As reported by romano if al ahli already prepared medical test to anticipate if firmino will be giving green light to play in al ahli.

I hope that firmini will not be stupid enough to miss this chance. It's better rather than play for a mediocre club with small salary at this moment.
Al ahli has been giving him huge offer which is very worthy for him to play in saudi pro league as soon as possible. It's the time for him to shine again. Fi
IMHO, Firmino's potential move to Al Ahli could be a game-changer. His time with Liverpool is over, and given the lack of evidence supporting his transfer to the likes of Juventus or Real Madrid, Al Ahli's offer seems solid. Respecting Liverpool, Firmino's opting out of the Premier League, which makes Al Ahli's generous offer appealing. I truly believe Al Ahli, eyeing squad enhancement, could leverage Firmino's skillset immensely. Hence, considering this promising bid is prudent for Firmino
When Firmino was without a club, this condition was taken advantage of by the Al Ahli club, because that way they could bring in players like Firmino without having to pay a transfer fee. With Firmino joining, he will add to the list of league players in Europe who have moved to the Saudi Arabian league. Previously, we knew that Karim Benzema had also signed a contract at Al Ittihad along with fellow countryman N'Golo Kante. However, the most interesting thing is Luka Modric, who is not tempted by offers from Arab league clubs. He (Luka Modric), who is reportedly also in demand by Al Hilal and Al Ahli, but he still decided to stay at Real Madrid.

It's just that I wonder why no European club wants a player like Firmino even though he is a player who has no ego, plays for the benefit of the team, his teamwork is good, he is also flexible, can play in various positions. But whatever it is Firmino's decision must still be respected, maybe this is a wise decision considering the salary offered by Al Ahli.

Many players have started leaving the Premier League, La Liga and moving to the Saudi League because they are playing for a Saudi club.
Firmino seems to have been tempted by the Saudi club's offer so he decided to leave Liverpool and move to Saudi.
He is a pretty good player this season when strengthening Liverpool to play in the Premier League.

It is possible that Firmino will also be a star in Saudi next season and there will be many interesting matches in the Saudi League.
Previously, the name Firmino was associated with 2 Laliga teams, namely Barcelona and Real Madrid. However, no one has confirmed that Firmino will go to one of the teams in Laliga because the two teams do not seem too serious about getting Firmino signature. Yes, it has been widely reported that Inter Milan are also interested in signing Firmino in this summer's transfer window. But recently, only Al Ahli is likely to be the front-runner to get Firmino because this is based on the seriousness of Al Ahli in approaching Firmino. At the beginning of the month Firmino status will be a free transfer player and he officially parted ways with Liverpool after 8 seasons with Liverpool. Now, if Al Ahli can bring in Firmino, of course there will be many players from the EPL who have joined the Saudi Arabian league team because they are able to provide a bigger salary compared to European teams. Well for this I think we will see another surprise that happened in the transfer market this season.

This league is not familiar to us except for the Arabs themselves, of course there is a lot of hope hung on Ronaldo for Al Nassr FC to win and if there is competition between clubs in Asia it can also be hope for Ronaldo's new club to win.
Most people don’t know anything about all of those Saudi teams, even the Al Nassr which Ronaldo is currently in, people outside Saudi don’t know about it before, but immediately they signed Ronaldo they club because so popular, Al Nassr signing Ronaldo have brought a-lots of popularity in some of the clubs in Arabian clubs, but with the players clubs in Arab countries are going for, they are getting more popularity, which with time their league will also be a very popular league which everyone will be talking about, because most of the teams in the league are really spending money on getting talented players. Significant numbers of players are leaving the premier league clubs and going to Saudi clubs, which is already contributing to the popularity of their league.

Marcelo Brozovic is another player who is near the Arabian teams and Al Nasr is trying to hire this player for the next season also Xavi asked his team to hire Marcelo Brozovic for the next season, it seems like the Saudi teams got more money, and better situation to buy this player.
While Marcelo Brozovic couldn't play a lot this season because he was injured.

Marcelo Brozovic is one the most outstanding players in the Italian League. And despite his veteran age, he still can successfully deliver great performances when he's called upon.
I think it is still too early for a player of Brozovic standard to leave Europe now because the mouthwatering financial package that comes with the Saudi Arabian clubs offers.

The bluagrana were unlucky not to increase their bids for the Croatia international. Al Nasser is already interested in Brozovic, and we know that any player a Saudi club admires, they pay an enormous amount of money and beat their competitors. Marcelo Brozovic will leave Inter Milan this summer; he has pushed up to start a new chapter somewhere else. Barcelona have no chance of signing Marcelo Brozovic since a Saudi team is interested. Only the massive offer from these Saudi clubs will change the minds and decisions of these players.

Roberto Firmino is rumored to have received an offer from the Saudi club, Al Ahli. the Brazilian, recently left Liverpool after his contract expired. thus, Firmino is free and can choose his next destination. Previously, it was rumored that Barcelona had also been linked with Firmino. but according to CBS Sport, Al-Ahli has prepared a large sum of money to get Firmino's signature. in fact, Al-Ahli is already having his medical ready if they get the answers they want by the end of the week. if, in the end, Firmino accepts offers from the Saudi club, he could join forces with some of Edouard Mendy's familiars. including other players, who joined other teams.

Referring to Romano's report, more about Al Ahli's profosal to Roberto Firmino. I think, a dilemmatic decision for this Brazilian player. if you look at the money offered, of course it is more fantastic than what he received from Liverpool. however, AlAhli hopes to wrap it up this week.
To be honest, I like this player. although, in the 2022/2023 season it is rare to become a main starter. however, Firmino has often been the winner for the Reds. Whatever Firmino's decision is, I'll be happy to see it. moreover, if he can play again as a regular player. in this competition, he can produce quite a fantastic salary. So, it didn't take a week for her to agree. but if not, there are not many options for him to play in the European league with a competitive team. this offer, clearly opened up new opportunities for him.

Yes, this is going to happen. I believe the deal is good and Roberto Firmino is going to have a good stay in the club. Al Ahil is going to pay him quite well. I think he will also be able to play as a regular. I mean he is going from Liverpool to Al Ahil. He should be able to play as a regular player in the team. I am not sure how his performance is going to be though. He might be a little inconsistent at first because it is going to be a big change in everything for him.

By the way, he is 31 years old. I believe he has a good amount of football left in him still. I think he has a lot to offer wherever he is going to go.

I see that Mahrez has quite a chance to join the Saudi Professional League, personally he has reached the highest level in Europe having won the Champions League as well as several titles in the domestic league. Even though the contract is still active until 2025, if you get a suitable offer, Manchester City certainly won't mind letting him go, but with a note that Manchester City also don't lose Bernardo Silva.
Mahrez has been rejecting saudi's offer.
His contract is still long and it seems like that mahrez wanna try to stay until his contract will expire next season. Manchester city has become strong candidate to win UCL again next season with almost same squad.
He was able performing perfectly last season. That's why i don't think he consider to leave from city in summer.
He will stay in city for next season.
I don't really understand why Marez rejected the message of the Saudi league? He had a really good season with 5 goals and 10 assists, which is a lot, especially at Manchester City with their frantic competition in attack. Marez is already 32 years old and at Manchester City it will be increasingly difficult for him to compete with young players like Grealish and Haaland. He might be able to spend another season or two at a high level, but no more, and in Saudi Arabia he would be a star and would definitely be in the squad, the competition there so far is much less than in the English premier league and he could play at a high level there more.
In addition, he would have earned himself a peaceful retirement.

With the way the Saudi Arabians are presenting a lot of money to these players to come join their league especially the young players who we know do not need the money as retirement money after a successful career, it is showing young players who actually like football and are playing more for the love and competition than for money. Some players have refused accepting the deals because they have what they are playing for. Brozovic is still linked with a move to Barcelona, he may also refuse to join Al Nassr like Luka Modric.

If the news is true, then Al-Ahli will most likely be able to compete for the title in the Arab league.
More and more clubs in this League are bringing in top Europa players, apparently Ronaldo's journey in this league is getting harder. Interesting indeed but maybe not for Ronaldo, before that Ronaldo and Al Nassr did not get the SPL title and unsuccessful in Final Saudi King Cup, maybe in the next season their chances of getting the title will be even smaller. Al Nassr must bring back many Europa players to strengthen their squad, if not I doubt they will get any title in the new season.
At the moment, Arab League clubs are still competing to get other top European players, even though they are not young anymore, but the salary offer is quite promising, so that has attracted a lot of interest from players.
Last season only Ronaldo was a star in the SPL but for the next season there will be more stars and this will of course be even more competitive while many European players are coming, Al Nassr did fail to get a trophy but they have now added new strength again with the arrival Hakim Ziyech added that their attack was even stronger. I believe this will attract more interest, including from the betting market.

He is a top striker but I expected him to stay in Europe for at least a year or two. Since so many clubs are currently looking for a striker and Real Madrid even signed Joselu as a backup plan, Firmino would have been a much better choice in my opinion. But no matter what any European club would have offered him, if he wants to make big money the SPL is the way to go now and that is what he decided to do. But in terms of his quality he could have stayed in Europe without problems.
Agreed, but he has been taking a decision to join in al ahli. I remember if juventus and intermilan have been showing interest in him. Firmino could pick one from either of clubs but firmino is choosing to join in the saudi club rather than try to pick one between juventus and intermilan. Im sure if he is still having capability to play a bit longer in european league but it seems to me if firmino wants enjoy his life by playing with fewer pressures and big salary. It's firmino's decision. Leaving from liverpool has been giving him emotional impact to determine which club that will able to sign him as a new attacker. Waiting for official confirmation from al ahli about him. The negotiation is still running but firmino has not yet said yes for al ahli's offer. I expect the news will come very soon.

But since Liverpool continued to experience difficult times last season which eventually made his name rarely get minutes to play so his time ran out on the bench. Firminho is a top striker and he can be a good example for a saudi league team in the future. It is true that most European players come not because of the league but more than that which can make them happy without having to work hard for many seasons and that is indeed the main attraction for players as well as to try new things in new leagues that have never been exposed to before.

I think this is the best option for now for Firminho after leaving Liverpool and there's no harm in trying a new league for next season. Al-Ahli was very good at taking advantage of a moment like this to be able to sign one of the Liverpool legends in the summer and it looks like that will happen soon if there are no other obstacles that make Firminho think again. With this, Firminho will team up with former Chelsea player, Eduard Mendy, who has previously made an agreement with Al-Ahli.

Firmino would be huge as he is one of the most underestimated players if you look at his performances for Liverpool and that he wasn't part of the first eleven often times. When you say it is about trying out a new league, I doubt that this is what drives any player who is going to the Saudi Professional League. They aren't going there to try out the league, they are going there to bag hundreds of millions.
Firmino is not underestimated at Liverpool, the club has always believed in him even though he rarely gets a place in the main squad. He not that he was never trusted to be part of the 11 players who played in the early minutes, Firmino was once part of Liverpool deadly trio with Mane and Moh Salah.
Firmino name is very well known in football circles, he has also been part of the Brazilian national team, he doesn't need fame anymore by moving to the Arab League. Believe it or not, a lucrative salary is the main attraction for any player, whether they are approaching retirement or not. It is very difficult to refuse a tempting salary offer, especially for players who have passed the age of 31 and above.

It’s now time for him to move on and join a team that’ll guarantee a position in the first team, it’ll improve him and could be amongst the best players in that league. Mahrez already won some trophies in Europe, I’m happy he’s joining the Saudi league and I’m optimistic that he’ll bond with them easily there and continue his career there.

Saudi Arabia's professional league became extraordinary after Ronaldo's arrival. They become the new attraction of star players who start in retirement. Perhaps another attraction is the incredible amount of salary. At the moment I only know some players in the Saudi Arabian league including Benzema and Ronaldo. There are also Cristian Tello, Ever Banega, Santi Mina who have played for clubs in La Liga. Perhaps Benzema's arrival in the Saudi Arabian League will shift the goal of players at mass retirement age not only to MLS in the US.
It is true that currently the Saudi Professional League has gained a lot of popularity only because of the world famous stars signing their clubs. Ever since Cristiano Ronaldo joined the Saudi club for an incredible salary in Saudi Arabia, they have had a massive following. Especially a few days ago, Karim Benzema joined the Saudi club after retiring from Real Madrid. And since Karim Benzema came to the Saudi club, Arab clubs have become more popular. But there are other players who have been in much better firms before. However, the way the Saudi Arabian League has started to bring stars to their clubs, they will definitely be able to reach a better level in the future.

Guardiola has put more faith in Bernardo Silva ability which kept Mahrez on the bench in the FA Cup and Champions League finals and left out of the starting line-up in the quarter-finals and semi-finals of European competition. He will pay more attention if he plays in the Arab League with a guaranteed first place, the salary factor also needs to be considered to raise money during his career there.

I don’t blame Guardiola for leaving out Mahrez and play Bernardo Silva more often than him, they are both good players and it’ll be very hard for to decide who to start with and make amongst his first team line up. Amidst all that, he never gave Mahrez opportunity in the first team again which is very detrimental to a player of his caliber.
