I keep saying the same thing over and over again, but when a team wins every game, there is really nothing another team can do.

Any other decision but letting him go would be insane by Al-Hilal, but make no mistake, the clubs from the Saudi Pro League are not only watching out for high quality players, for their following on social media. If they want to draw attention to their league, they are literally willing to pay social media success. Now the issue with Neymar is that he isn't even on the field playing. It doesn't make sense for fans to buy his jersey or any other merch. This really didn't pay off for them. But when he played and I remember a few games of him, it never looked as if he is fully into it. Of course he is still a great player and it can look great whatever he is doing, but it wasn't true passion.

I have asked myself whether they had some sort of clause implemented in the contract that he wouldn't be paid this is absurd salary in case he gets injured. Paying the guy for sitting at home would hurt most clubs, but probably not those from Saudi Arabia.

But I think all of this didn't go unnoticed and the question is where will he be playing as he is only 32 years old. Who would be willing to work with him?
