It seems obvious to me that he is unlikely to decide to move to Saudi Arabia, given that it was his decision to leave the club, which means that the decision to move belongs to him and the club should not interfere with it, so Napoli's agreement with a Saudi Arabian club makes no sense. The English Premier League is where he can fully realise himself and improve his skills, among all possible clubs, Chelsea looks the most suitable for him
Osimhen's exceptional. He deserves control over his destiny, but big-league soccer makes it difficult. Chelsea backed out of a perfect match. For now, the Premier League is out. So much money from the Saudi League is appealing. But the competition is different, which is important for Osimhen, who still has a lot to prove.

Al Ahli was interested but signed Toney. Thus, another door may close. The situation is difficult for Osimhen. Stick with Napoli and risk kid play? Or accept Saudi money and risk career stagnation? Its a gamble either way. Though fans may not like it, I hope he takes the greatest option for himself. The next several days will be huge. Regardless of his fate, this boy has a bright future.
I think in this case we can't say if osimhen should respect Napoli after their decision want to release Osimhen to the Arab League, a player like Osimhen still wants to develop in his career so that it  him want to play more in Ligue 1 (PSG) or the English league (Chelsea or Arsenal), even all three teams actually offer a lot of money but in fact Napoli rejected the offer, So this actually shows the selfishness of Napoli to destroy Osimhen career because previously Osimhen has said if he want leave from napoli and maybe it hurt the hearts of the Napoli owners, besides that if we talk about a club that activates the player release clause, of course the player has the right to agree or disagree with the decision of the club and it happens to Osimhen who currently does not agree with Napoli decision to sell him to the Arab League and napoli must respect with osimhen the decision.

Ivan Toney was previously their reserve recruit if he failed to get Osimhen, so when Osimhen currently prefers not to play in the Arab League, then Ivan Toney will automatically become a new recruit from Al Ahli this season, but I think Ivan Toney will also be a good recruit for Al Ahli considering that he also has speed and sharpness in scoring goals so far.

Chelsea can't afford the huge salary and transfer fee that Napoli is asking for. and they have already got an agreement for Sancho. a loss that I think Napoli will have.
maybe because of Osimhen's own choice who doesn't want to move to Saudi, which makes Napoli rumored to have crossed out Osimhen's name from the Napoli player list for this season. will Osimhen just be a spectator this season?
I'm not really sure Osimhen can go to Saudi. but if previously it had been realized, it would have been a big advantage for Napoli. unfortunately, that didn't happen.

Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Osimhen is no longer in the Napoli squad and the number 9 he used to wear is now given to Lukaku.

Competitive race for the SPL title this season would be entertaining for everyone, especially the supporters. Al Nassr are strong enough but consider them on the other hand, they need to make crucial upgrades for better chances of winnings, not in league games but in finals against Al Hilal. Al Nassr have problem and fixing them should be their priority. Remember every club have their weaknesses and Al Nassr own is opened to their pre-eminent rival, clearly referring to Al Hilal. The Knights of Najd have huge problem and dealing them will definitely take time.

I think the same, Al Nassr can't make the same mistakes as two seasons ago, it's incredible that they haven't been able to win, I think everything should focus on win or win, there is no other way, for me they have an excellent team, the players are well matched , CR7's spirits are through the roof, I think it's time for them to believe in themselves, Al Hilal is also a very good team, very complete and strong, I think these things are what always make the difference, Al Nassr always lacks that little bit to achieve things, I think they need more Effort.

Interesting for Al Nassr:

Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't rule out return to Champions League

In the last two seasons Al Nassr's problem has always been the same, namely they have problems in their defense line, so that is what hinders them from competing with Al Hilal for the Saudi Pro League title. Unfortunately at the beginning of this season they showed the same problem, namely looking fragile in defense. Cristiano Ronaldo continues to show good performances, only that it is not supported by good play from all lines, especially in defense. Compared to their rivals Al Hilal, Al Nassr is still behind so it is very natural when many people predict that Al Hilal will win the title again this season. Now we can only see whether they will be better or not to compete for the title.
I agree with your opinion and indeed Al-nassr's weakness is their defense is not strong enough and honestly I also do not understand why until now Al-nassr's defense has not been fixed even though Al-nassr should have learned from last season and corrected last season's mistakes including the lack of strong defenders. and now at the beginning of this season Al-nassr has not changed its defensive strength and of course I hope Al-nassr can fix it quickly.

it is true that Cristiano Ronaldo always plays well but of course with Al-nassr's defense which is not strong enough it certainly has a bad impact on Al-nassr and of course if this situation continues it will be difficult to compete with other clubs especially Al-hilal.

yes of course it is natural that many people predict that Al-hilal will win the title again and indeed Al-hilal is very strong and in the last match Al-nassr against Al-hilal in the Saudi Super Cup of course Al-hilal won with a fantastic score of 4-1 of course seeing this of course it indicates that Al-hilal's quality is better and much different from Al-nassr yes we can only see how Al-nassr will be this season. but of course the opportunity for Al-nassr is wide open to become champions this season and also we just see the strategy made by Luis Castro for the match that will be played by Al-nassr.

For a hot blooded young player like Victor osinimi, it is likely that his football career will build more on the European football league side much more than it will in the Saudi Arabia league, so the young player knows what is best for his football career at this moment in time and that is why he taken the decision to go to club that could help his career more, although Saudi Arabia league is a center of attraction right now, but it still not the favourite of younger footballers.

It was very easy for Christiano Ronaldo to move to the Saudi club's side because he was already at the end of his football career and having long years of European experience.

Wait guys, it seems like this deal is over and Al-Ahli have got their new striker. He is Ivan Toney from Brentford and surely we are familiar with him because we often see him playing in the EPL. He is also part of the England national team and I think Al-Ahli are good enough even though they failed to get Osimhen.
You're right. Al Ahli successfully signed Ivan Toney. He is one of good strikers in EPL, he is also still 28 years old. Sure, Al Ahli did a great job by signing this player because it is very possible that he will play well in Saudi league. I am a bit surprised that Al Ahli signs him because I don't hear much rumor that Al Hilal is interested in him.

The fee spent by Al-Ahli is around £40m and I think it is much less than Osimhen's fee. Everything is done and just waiting for Ivan Toney to come to Arabia this week as an introduction to Al-Ahli's new players. Anyway, I am quite curious why Osimhen is thinking too much considering the deal with Chelsea has ended and on the other hand he also did not give an answer to Al-Ahli.
According to transfermarkt, the transfer fees was £42m. Yes, it is much cheaper than Osimhen and it was below the market value of Ivan Toney. Al Hilal have negotiated well, they could sign a top striker at a very reasonable price. Since Al Ahli signed Ivan Toney, I am not sure if it is possible for Osimhen to join Al Ahli, too. Ivan Toney and Osimhen have the same position, they are a striker. They can't play together.

Anyway, Ivan Toney becomes one of the most expensive players in Saudi league now.

it is true that Al Nassr has no problem scoring goals, but on the contrary, their defense is quite weak. last season we saw that the number of goals scored by Al Nassr and Al Hilal was not much different. but Al Nassr conceded quite a lot.
if Al Nassr wants to compete for the trophy this season, they should have evaluated last season. and now they have to do better. not only focus on collecting points, but they could also lose by goal difference. and that would be very painful for them.
Like I said before now, Al Nassr's problem in the last two seasons haven't been about scoring goals because they've got a quality attacking line that scores lots of goals weekly but their problem and the reason they failed to win the Saudi Pro League last campaign is their weak and toothless defense. No matter how prolific a team seems to be, if the defense can't protect it from conceding too many goals, it's very unlikely for such team to win trophies. After what happened to the club last season, I was expecting a major overhaul in their defense line by releasing some of the players in that position while recruiting more quality players to the club but since they failed to do that  I hope they find a balance to their defense so they can compete against Al Hilal for the league title this season.

Al Hilal is loaded with good players and they didn't usually need to make huge changes in this team because of the teamwork they have and the better coach they have in Al Hilal. Al Nassr is in close to race with Al Hilal each time but they are still not at the same level and we usually see Al Hilal beating in the Saudi League and this made Al Hilal think they can always get better results in the games they have against Al Nassr.
However, Al Hilal is also getting improved and this made the other teams in the Saudi League think they can never reach teams like Al Hilal and Al Nassr.

Quote
Al Nassr captain Cristiano Ronaldo left the door open to one day returning to play in the Champions League as he helped with this season's draw on Thursday.

The former Sporting, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus forward was presented with an award for being the all time top scorer in Champions League history, with 140 goals in the competition.

Ronaldo and Gianluigi Buffon were on stage as the first draw under the new format was revealed in Monaco.

I actually don't get it. What does it mean when he says he doesn't rule out to returning to play in the Champions League? The only option to be considered here is that he implies going back to a European club that is qualified for the Champions League? Hmm... That's bold and I wonder if he is really aiming for that or if he shot from the hip when he said that. He made enough money, so he could literally offer himself for free to a second tier club. Maybe the only realistic club here that would give him another chance to play is Sporting. If he really says that he would do it for free, then maybe there is a realistic chance that he returns for one more season. But he would probably have to forego a lot of money as I assume that Al Nassr considers extending his contract.

If he decided to return next year, he would be 40.5 years old. It's not impossible as we have seen with Pepe. And it might be his best shot to get a spot for the team playing the World Cup 2026. Since he is addicted to football and in outstanding shape, could this really be a possibility guys?

"Summer 2025, Sporting signs Ronaldo" ? Smiley The Portuguese league is not the strongest and it's likely a place that Ronaldo is able to compete on a high level.

Well, it's basically official, Osimhen will be just at home waiting until Napoli manages to sell him, he will probably be gone for a very cheap price to some team nobody heard of, and that's going to be a hard situation to handle for Napoli because they could have sold him for a lot more, and they kept on wanting more and more and more, and this resulted with them failing to get a transfer made in time. They were stupid enough to think that they could keep him until there is a good offer, now that he declines to play, and the window is closed for many leagues, the yare not going to be able to get anything done.

Al Ahli was their last chance, and they pushed it too far and now they got Ivan Toney instead, which means that Osimhen is not going there. We are talking about a team that literally make the player sit at home all day until they can figure out who they can sell it to, that's a huge deal and I do not think that it will happen anytime soon, it's a very sad deal.

One things stands clear for everyone, Al Nassr have not been able to bear Al Hilal in consecutive meetings and mostly in the cup finals. Al Nassr just have to improved their standings because winning is important. Al Nassr need to work on their defendlines because that's the specified point of their weakness. Al Nassr are complete and having the necessary pressure to utilized for winning, keeps me wondering. Cristiano Ronaldo is the main man and have made provisional aides for the team.

I thought this would be Al-Hilal's first defeat since last season but I was wrong because this team never gave up until the end. Al-Hilal secured 3 points after playing a tough match against Damac and I think they deserve to win the Saudi league title again if they always show their champion mentality.

Initially Al-Hilal took the lead before half time through Mitrovic's goal but not long after the advantage was immediately replied by Damac with two quick goals in the 49th and 53rd minutes which gave the away team a chance to beat Al-Hilal. But it failed after Al Juwayr and Mitrovic completed the score needed to win this match and I am still amazed at how strong Al-Hilal are even though the pressure is clearly on them. 6 perfect points from 2 matches still make Al-Hilal the temporary leader of the standings and they really deserve it.

Before the match ended, there was no word of defeat for Al Hilal and they proved it in this match. They were ahead at the end of the first half, but then Damac was able to equalize at the beginning of the second half and they were also able to turn things around to 2-1 in the 53rd minute. However, Al Hilal did not give up, they continued to make attacks and finally they were able to equalize in the 73rd minute.
They thought they would get a draw after the time showed only 5 minutes left in normal time. However, they managed to score again and at the same time secure victory in this match. It's not that easy to beat Al Hilal.
I agree with your statement. Damac team should defend well in the end but they became unsuccessful to defend in the end because they did not expect that kind of heavy attack. Al Hilal team captain used his mind and left his team for attack and his team did attack again and again and in which they became successful to stay ahead from Damac team. Al Hilal players confidence was at top because in the end that kind of performance is incredible and that's why they are winners and that are champions. In the tough time  ,Mitrović did goals for the team and his team won due to his effort because he did 2 goals for the team . Now ,Al Hilal team is at the top because they played two matches and they won two matches and they are at the top in this tournament.

Chelsea apparently moving fast that they start to selling the players who potentially will not be used because after Sterling and Lukaku the latest player who sell is Armando Broja that just like we know Armando Broja was asking to Chelsea owner to sell him because he hasn't included to Enzo Maresca plan and apparently he will have new club this summer

Everton would became an Armando Broja next club because it says Everton and Chelsea have reach an agreement to loan Armando Broja and it says no loan fees which mean Everton loan him for free but at the end of season Everton have to permanent Armando Broja status

Source : https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1829783686008480233
Armando Broja definitely not the type of frontline for Chelsea, he's not vibrant and strong enough to mount his actions under pressure, I even prefer to stick with Nicolas Jackson than Broja who's currently on loan to Everton. Chelsea manager, Enzo Maresca selling off the players he found not useful to him, it's not as if these players are productive but not just in his seasonal game plan for Chelsea. Enzo Maresca made it clear that he's one of the fiercest manager to handle Chelsea and he will not relent towards his managerial role, always coming up and doing his best to ensure constant winning for the team.

Guys, is this a dream? The best African player is one step away from moving here and Napoli has reportedly agreed to the transfer value given by Al-Ahli. Shocked

I didn't expect a great player like Osimhen to be here and it would be a landslide if he made his decision. The fee offered by Al-Ahli is around 80m euros but the most tempting thing is the salary that Osimhen can earn, which is up to 30m euros per season.

Al-Ahli will have a dangerous striker this season and there is no doubt that they will be a productive team considering that the former Serie A top scorer will shake up the Saudi league. Al-Ahli have also ordered a medical test for Osimhen and they seem impatient to wait for Osimhen's answer.

Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1829419337062441058
Honestly, I almost don't believe this. But it seems like this really happened. I think this is the most successful transfer that one of the SPL clubs will get if this really happens. And it is reported that Osimhen's agreed contract at Al-ahli is for 4 seasons. Although there is a release clause where this player can return to Europe if a European team wants to buy him in the following season. But with the transfer market about to close, Osimhen has no other choice but to accept a bigger offer from Al-ahli. And it's actually quite good financially. But career-wise I still can't comment. Chelsea is also trying to get this player. But it doesn't seem to work.

Al-ahli will really be a dangerous team this time after getting Osimhen. Because with this we look back at the young star players who came to the SPL. And several young players have joined the transfer market this time and Osimhen may be the last.

Wait guys, it seems like this deal is over and Al-Ahli have got their new striker. He is Ivan Toney from Brentford and surely we are familiar with him because we often see him playing in the EPL.

In this match, Mitrovic was again the sharp spearhead for Al Hilal, because in that match Mitrovic managed to score 2 goals against Damac. I was very impressed with Mitrovic's performance, because in the two matches he played with Al Hilal, he always scored 2 goals in each match. So up to now Mitrovic has collected 4 goals, and maybe he is the current top scorer in the Saudi Arabian league.
Mitrovic contributed a lot of goals and a league title last season for Al-Hilal and it seems he is going to repeat his great performances for them in this season. Mitrovic is not a very famous player but in Saudi Professional League, he is one of biggest star player there and last season, his performances are very good, better than Neymar, Benzema and comparable to Ronaldo.
Yes, my friend, that's right, in the previous season Mitrovic gave Al Hilal a lot of trophies. This is certainly something that makes Mitrovic very proud, because as we know, before Mitrovic moved to the Saudi Arabian League, he was not a well-known player. Although it is true that before Mitrovic moved to Al Hilal he was a player from Fulham, when Mitrovic was at Fulham, his performance was considered mediocre. Maybe because Fulham is not the favorite team in the Premier League, this has an impact on its popularity. However, currently Mitrovic has really become a very sharp striker in the Saudi Arabian League. I agree, for example a player like Benzema can be said to be inferior to Mitrovic, but when compared to Neymar, I can't say much. Because as we know, currently Neymar is still injured and has not shown his true performance when he joined Al Hilal. So if you say that Mitrovic is better than Neymar, I don't think that can be said now, because Neymar hasn't played yet. But even so, Mitrovic's performance deserves a thumbs up, because without him I'm sure Al Hilal would not be as good as it is today. Maybe if Mitrovic was made Ronaldo's new rival in the Saudi Arabian league, I think that would be very good.

In the latest tweet from fabrizio where Chelsea did not reach an agreement with napoli, so there is no hope for chelsea fans to see osimhen as part of chelsea this season. Chelsea about Osimhen is over and now only the team from the Saudi Arabian league is able to provide all osimhen's wishes, both about salary. Apart from that, Al Ahli has also got Toney and it is likely that they will not pursue osimhen again.

And it is likely that Osimhen will remain with napoli and he will rejoin the squad if there is no positive result from the meeting between chelsea and napoli. I am more sure that osimhen will remain with napoli because napoli fans really hope he does not leave in this transfer window.
After all the attempts by Chelsea to sign Victor Osimhen on deadline day failed, the only option for Victor Osimhen leave Napoli this summer is to move to the Saudi league or remain with Napoli where he'll be relegated to train with the team's under 21 team. Reports have it that Victor Osimhen's relationship with Napoli have gone sour and can't be amended again so it's now left for Osimhen to join the Al Ahli or lose out in playing first team football till the next time transfer window will open.
Al Ahli on the other hand have signed Ivan Toney and might back out from any further negotiation that'll see Victor Osimhen join the club. The next three days will be very crucial in deciding the future of Victor Osimhen
