The first half was over and in this match Ronaldo managed to score a brace with an advantage for Al-Nassr 0-2. A quite exciting match considering that Al-Nassr must win this away game to shift Al-Shahab's position at the top of the standings. Even if Al-Nassr wins this match they still can't be comfortable because their points gain is the same as Al-Shahab with 37 points. What do you think of the way in the second half? Will Ronaldo score a hat trick in this game? or Al-Wehda can equalize the score later?
He has already scored 4 goals and this game, and he has shown now his worldclass. There are only 5 minutes left to play and a 5h goal can still happen. AL-Nasr is now on first place in the league, but Al-Ittihad FC Jeddah has two games less and can be on first place with two wins because they would have 3 points more. So I would like to watch a game, just to compare the quality of the games with the Premier League.
I don't understand what you mean by because Ronaldo has scored four goals in one match he has proven that he is a world-class player. Most times I think and reason why we say these kind of things. Is it today that Ronaldo proved that he is a world-class player? why do we always forget history and forget what these guys have done. Whether Ronaldo scores again or he stops to score throughout his career, nobody would dispute that Ronaldo is one of the greatest players of all time

Ronaldo is my favorite player so far and even though we think especially for those that are not a fan of Ronaldo, we should be happy that we have a player that the world really need in there team. Although some persons still castigate Ronaldo of not performing well, but we need to ask ourselves that we are in the shoe of many of these players, do we think we will be able to perform like them.
Many these players do go through hard exercises that many of us might not be able to endure and they still come to the pitch to do wonders. I have full respect for Ronaldo Messi and many of the amazing players we have still playing on the pitch.
After joining the club in Saudi Arabia, he performed somewhat poorly in matches, which led Saudi and other supporters to mock him. Many believe that Ronaldo may never play well again. He could never lead his club to victory for Al Nasr. But today Ronaldo emerged in his true form. His four goals led Al Nasser to a 4-0 win at Makkah's Al-Wahda Stadium. Finally I would like to say that it takes time to settle into a team and develop some players into your own. We should give this time.

I don't know about Al Nassr fans, keep expectation and waiting until Cristiano Ronaldo back to the top performance or they will disappointed with how much salary spent every years to see Ronaldo failure without any goals contribution on official matches.
There is no doubt about the expectation for Cristiano Ronaldo to perform, but his teams needs to play accordingly for him to score goals  Grin. I never used to watch Saudi league and with the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo, you start to watch the matches and many will start to follow the league, so it is worth the amount spent for a star player and even thought about placing a bet after so many bets were waged on Al Nassr to win the match even though Al-Ittihad won the match.

I think the same as you, I had never really been interested in that league, but the fact of having someone like CR7 there makes us all at least a little curious, also when they beat Argentina in the world that woke up many who Arab football is growing consistently, I can't blame CR7 for eliminating them and getting bored, but football is a team, not a single player, this means that we don't think that a team wants to be successful, We just have to take the example of Pep Guardiola when he had Barcelona on his hands, who made all the great players play for Messi, and only in this way was the tiki taka created, and all because Messi was his gunner.

I agree that it will take time for Ronaldo to get used to this level of playing and his teammates, but we also need to realize that he is not what he used to be, meaning if it takes too much time for him to get used to it, he might be not good enough to matter eventually.

I still think that he will score a lot next season, by that time they will get player that will compliment his style, and I think he will be used to it by then, and it will be much better for him. This year they may end up winning the title, and then next year they will use Ronaldo a lot better and it will be a good situation to be in for him. Let's hope he doesn't get even worse before that.
Now we have to check few things for his better future like can Al Nassr able to bring more quality players for the better results or Ronaldo has to decrease his level for having better results because he played quality soccer in his all career in European best clubs and now here he is having nothing like these clubs with mostly local players are need more time for this all adjustment with Ronaldo is also need to adopt few things which helps him, and he is able to support them and having better coordination for the better results.

As we are having rumours more big players now thinking to join this league then surely we will have some quick development and increase of performance from the Ronaldo as well but right now after just few matches expecting Ronaldo will play like he used to be in Real Madrid and Juventus is completely childish thinking from the fans and other peoples as well.

CR7 is a player who has allowed himself to be affected by the inevitable, it is his emotions, and he is a great player because now he knows very well that he can have great results, but there is something that always prevents him from doing so. , and it is that a pain that he has to overcome, when that completely passes, or at least that he manages to overcome it in large part because he will have a better performance, it is hard for what he has to go through, but I think it is time that he defend very His work is good, everyone in it has treated Al Nassr very well and that is something that must also be seen, because at Man United it was a nightmare for him.

I have also seen that the press has been very strong with him, and it goes without saying that the comparisons with Messi are too strong, all of this affects him, he is a player who has very high morals, but he is human above all.

There are many of us who support CR7 no matter what he goes through, that's what matters in some way that gives him a lot of strength for what he's going through.

There are stars who would like to lead a normal life, but it's obvious that they can't because wherever he goes he will have a lot of people on top of him.

al - nassr 4  - 0 al wehda

well, I confess that I wasn't even surprised by this result because I don't know these teams well and the way they play and eventually I would have this result, my attention is on the fact that cristiano ronaldo managed to score 4 goals, I had already observed and commented here that cristiano ronaldo would not be able to score many goals because he was playing in a team where all players were selfish and played individually, so why was this game different and cristiano ronaldo managed to score 4 goals?

I believe the answer to this question is here:

when talisca is playing, all the rest of the players have focused on talisca and also opt for individualism instead of passing the ball to cristiano ronaldo, this also happened at manchester united, where when this new coach joined, he started to do with that all manchester united players would focus on rashford or bruno fernandes or other players and i think the reason was for other players to also have attention since cristiano ronaldo is old and can retire while other players still have many more years

No one can deny that Ronaldo is one of the greatest players in the history of football, but if you check the opponent history, you will know that scoring 4 goals against them shouldn't be considered a big achievement. Ronaldo's performance with Al Nassr could convince me when he scores against great teams like Al Hilal and Al Ittihad. Indeed, Al Nassr was going to win with or without him, so he should prove his quality in other matches.

Sure! every great football player has a period of time where he shine and perform the best, gain titles and build a name, Ronaldo did all that in Real Madrid and before that in Manchester United he did good with Juventus as well but he failed his this last season with Manchester United so maybe going to Saudi Professional League wasn’t just a choice but knowing he can’t perform better as he did when he was young.
But to be fair this match against Al Wehda i watched some minutes of the match where he scored 4 goals and showed a great performance it wasn’t at all about the weak opponent IMO, Since only his first season now and he just getting use to the new different game play. I would say with 38 YO his performance is great and he doesn’t need more achievements to know he is a great player that made history.

Now just after few weeks ago with having some bad time as well for the adjustment he is at his best and done amazing performance with 4 goals were stunning situation for the Al Wehda which is currently at the 13th spot and having open chance to relegated for the next season, but soccer pundits are also happy with the performance of Cristiano Ronaldo because things were not ideal after his arrival and many questions were looking for the answers, but now things are settled because fans are feeling positive which is good change just after four goals from this legendary player in this game.

Now with this win against Al Nassr are level in points with Al-Shabab for the top rank but having one match in hand is also advantage which is going to help them for having better lead and their chance for the winning of this year's title as well next week they are going to play at home against Al-Taawon.

Come on man

Scoring 4 goals in one match is no joke, regardless of the opponent. Let's give credit where due. He's a 38-year-old, for Pete's sake. I am imagining if he scored 4 goals against Al Hilal or Al Ittihad, next you would say is let him prove his worth by scoring 4 past Real Madrid or Manchester United  Roll Eyes

I agree with you. We all know who C. Ronaldo is, he will be always one of the best players in football history. And we know that he is a skillful and professional player, he is also a typical player who always tries to work harder. No one denies that C. Ronaldo is a top player who deserves to get appreciation although he is no longer playing in a top club now. Sure, making 4 goals against Al Wehda isn't a big achievement, it is a small club from a small league. Even if Ronaldo makes 4 scores against Al Hilal or Al Ittihad, I am sure people also will say "it is not a big achievement", too. It will be difficult to appreciate it if we do not see the positive side. However, it is very important that Ronaldo makes many goals now. He needs to prove to all people that he doesn't lose his skills and ambition to be the best player in any league he plays.

Ronaldo's expertise as a player today cannot be attributed to his current performance in his new club. History cannot be forgotten so quickly; he was a world-class player before joining this new club, and even if he does not perform well in this new club, his past achievements cannot be easily forgotten. Furthermore, he is older than before, so I don't see him having the strength to perform as well as before. He's a morale booster for the team he's currently on and can improve their play on the field, which is all he needs to help the club. Scoring four goals today is not surprising to me; after all, he has done so in his previous clubs.

Yes, it is true. However, Cristiano Ronaldo's current age is no longer young. so it's only natural that we see it starting to show a decrease in performance and it's not as good as before in its golden age. and still history has recorded CR7 as one of the best players ever with so many achievements he has achieved. scoring 4 goals against Al-Wehda has also proven that CR7 is still pretty good even though he is no longer young.

Cristiano ronaldo for this league is perfect, dosent need to run much and will always get the ball . Its like when you were a kid in the playground and you always pass to the best player and he does everything. We seen today finally the Ronaldo we knew and he could have scored more. He scored only 4 times i think in his career 4 goals at a single match.

It is not easy to develop good co-ordination with fellow players, when you are new to the team. Talisca has been the leading scorer for Al Nassr this season. The problem here is that he has never played with Ronaldo before. So it will take some time to develop the team bonding and get used to the style of play. And if I remember correctly, Ronaldo was parachuted directly to the match against PSG. He didn't got much time to get acclimatized to the conditions in Saudi Arabia. But IMO, there is nothing to worry. Ronaldo is a great player and he will find his rhythm very soon.
When you pay someone this much money (which he was paid for marketing and not his talents let's be honest), you expect him to be both in good chemistry with the team as soon as possible, but also you expect him to play so well that you would see the money and where it went.

Ronaldo may not be playing amazing with his teammates yet, but he is also not showing any solo skill neither, he basically just plays as you would expect a player in that team would, yeah he is better than Aboubhakar, but he is not "that" much better, dude is getting paid 200 million or something, he should be playing much much better than how he is currently playing.

I see that what is disappointed is that Cristiano fans are not entirely Al Nassr fans, they have very high expectations for their idol so that they hope that all the matches that are carried out by Al Nassr must be won by Cristiano. talisca got a red card against al fateh, it looks like al nassr is completely dependent on cristiano.

Well.. I don't agree with this argument. Al Nassr is not that dependent on Ronaldo. So far in this season, Talisca has scored a total of 13, which is the highest by any player in the Saudi Professional League. Ghislain Konan has a total of 4 assists to his name. So even before the inclusion of Ronaldo, Al Nassr was performing really well. And despite the draw conceded to Al Fateh, Al Nassr still tops the table with 34 points (although we have two other teams with same amount of points). And their next match is against Al Wehda, which is a rather weak team. Hopefully they can get full 3 points from that match.
I agree with your opinion. In fact, since Al Nassr spent a huge amount of money to recruit Ronaldo, he has not really proved that Al Nassr spent that money is completely worth it, he only shined in a friendly match against Paris Saint-Germain, and official matches are lackluster.
I think Ronaldo is still a stranger to Al Nassr. Ronaldo tried very hard but he and his teammates still lacked coordination. Ronadol needs more time to practice with his teammates to combine better.
I think language barrier is the big obstacle when you are unable to communicate properly and of course there is jealousy factor involved too.
But not all the players of the club are Ronaldo - people watch Al Nasr match because of Ronaldo - we didn't know about the club before Ronaldo joining it.
