I think you will not forget today's match because Cristiano Ronaldo will make his debut for Al-Nassr vs Al-Ettifaq which will take place at the Mrsool Park stadium. If you look at the standings list, Al-Nassr is in 2nd position and only 1 point away from the leader of the standings, Al-Ittihad. Certainly the match must be won by Al-Nassr so that they can get 3 points and can occupy 1st position in the SPL standings.
Thanks for this news, I want to know whether Ronaldo can score on him debut match with this squad or not ,statistically Al-Nassr is in good performance. Meanwhile Ettifaq is also not a strong enough opponent in their league, a few seasons before they have not been able to occupy the top position, only stuck in 5th place and even then in 2020-2021.

although they did it very late - but its never too late.
In my personal opinion CR7 might not be happy playing for European leagues and maybe he has clashes - that is one of the reasons he has shifted to the Arab world.
Living with Arab is not an easy thing either
Just when the drama started with CR7 at European clubs, Ronaldo made his own decision. In addition, Ronaldo was kept on the side bench in a few matches in the World Cup in Qatar, especially in the match between Morocco and Portugal, if Ronaldo had the opportunity to play ninety minutes on the field, Portugal would have won the match.  As we generally know CR7 suffered such discrimination due to some political conflict of Ronaldo with Portugal national team coach.

Quote
Living with Arab is not an easy thing either

It will be quite difficult for Cristiano Ronaldo to adjust himself for the Saudi Arabian club, because there are some environmental reasons, some cultural reasons, especially yesterday, a news was published where it is said that Cristiano Ronaldo cannot find a cook to his liking even with a salary of four thousand euros. Although the club in Saudi Arabia will be challenging for Cristiano Ronaldo, Cristiano Ronaldo will not change himself.

Arabs have brought football excitement to their country from Europe by hosting this friendly match between PSG and Al Nassr .
Ronaldo entry in SPL have changed the course of football fever and now these type of matches will happen often and in this way they'll earn alot more than they have invested on Ronaldo.

Yes they have ambitions to be the concern of the world, especially in football so far they have got it but we don't know how they are going forward
Rumors to bring in some famous players began to be heard, the latest news is that they plan to bring Ozil anyone hear this news?
Ozil is the player most likely to join the Saudi League since there is no top club that wants to contract him.
Yes i heard about that too and not just Mesut ozil even Messi there is some rumors that Saudi Arabia offered a higher wage than what they gave Ronaldo to attract him joining the Saudian league. Simply they have a lot of money to spend and attract many football stars, the match against PSG was so fun and brought much attention to it and to be honest the Arabic team performed so well and managed to score beside Ronaldo goals. There’s no large difference between some of European leagues when talking about level without forgetting that most of the player of Saudi Arabia National team that won against Argentina are playing in the Saudian Professional league.
We may see more popular and known player joining this league as we use to see when China leagues use to attract them instead.

C Ronaldo is a man loved so many people and he is an influencial.person when it comes to the game of football(soccer). Sadui Arabia have really made the correct decision in signing ronaldo. This Ronaldo deal will bring so many good deed to the Saudi Arabia league as many of football attention will be shifted the saudi league because of
ronaldo,as people are always in anticipation to watch the living legend. This world record singing of Ronaldo has exposed the saudi league to the world including my self
I totally agree - I m not sure how much effort they have made in bring him to their country
I have heard that the deal was made by the friend of CR7 and not his real personal manager - I am sure for Messi moving to Arab is not an easy task too either - but mark my word CR7 is blessed to be move to Arabia.

The club and Nassr have been at the top of the discussion since the signing of Club Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia.  All competitive games are held in Saudi Arabia with various clubs.  A few days ago, Saudi Arabian club and Nassr did not have such a storm of discussion, but Cristiano Ronaldo signed a contract with this club.  It has even been seen that there were few journalists coming to Nassr every week and now the massive journalist wedding has seen the full contribution of Cristiano Ronaldo to the club's press coverage.  However, the club will come forward in terms of the game because Ronaldo, as the world's best star, will try to teach everyone a good lesson after joining this club.  The club and Nassr players will also be updated in terms of the game.
That is correct and this means that Al Nassar has not made a bad deal by brining Ronaldo to Saudi
They have spent millions on Ronaldo and earned billions.
Arab know how to earn profit and how to turn things in their favour

How much money was offered is not the issue here, the problem is that we still have some worries about human rights violations going on in Arabic peninsula. Maybe we are giving misinformation by the western media, but when you just open up a law book and read the laws of some Arabic nations, it does look like it's not what we believe to be "good thing" in the west.

I am not saying we should dictate how Arabs should live, do whatever you want in your own nation, but if we disrespect it and not want to be there? Then it is our own decision and to mock ronaldo and messi to be fine with all of it just because of money when we all know they go against it? Like Ronaldo having kids with his girlfriend and not marrying her is illegal there, and yet he is fine with his life style being illegal as long as he is paid and special case is made for him. That's the bad thing that we are against.
Human rights and related things are completely useless because while we have money from these Arabs then surely no one care about this all with this human rights violations having different definition in world because if you are able to check then go ahead how things are happening in different parts of the world, but all is going on with this just few poor countries are suffering because no one care about them, and they are also having not enough money and power to settle their issues.

With the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo now we will have many big names will also think about this money and transfer into this region and no one will care about how they are treating their peoples and how poor they are in obeying human rights commissions because money is power for the most of the peoples, and they are spreading this all wisely which is working and giving them good benefits.

Ronaldo vs Messi is a the most entertaining thing for foot ball fans all over the world.

I always considered the possibility of Messi going to the Arab Leagues at the end of his career as very unlikely, but he spent a lot of time in this geography lately and most importantly he won a World Cup there. Maybe he even started to have sympathy for these lands. I think a good contract can take him to the Arab League a few years later and re-stage his rivalry with Ronaldo. Also, It was quite fun to watch Ronaldo and Messi again in the friendly match, but I really liked the goal scored by Talisca in this match. I think he is a lost talent for European football. It would definitely be nice to see him in the top leagues for a few years.
We also never even considered that it was possible for Alnassr to bring Ronaldo either but when that happened we were quite surprised and it is not impossible that this also happened to Messi and even other big players.
All possibilities can still happen, especially with the money there, obviously this can be a differentiator, of course.
and they both know it - if success has a name it will be either Ronaldo or Messi
We watched in movies people chanting the names of players and the crowd goes wild for them - these are the living examples. What a life they live.

Given all the barrage of criticism that Ronaldo had to endure, Messi will be more cautious. Al Hilal's offer is really good and Messi would at least fancy playing in the SPL a few times. And the players do deserve these sort of payments. Legends such as Messi and Ronaldo brings in billions of USD in revenue for their respective clubs and they get only a fraction of that in return. So it is perfectly justifiable if they move to some of the non-European clubs, where the salary is higher. I won't be surprised if Messi makes is move, but won't rule out the possibility.
Regarding the club's income, do you know how much their total income from this match? I heard at least 2 million tickets were booked
and the most expensive ticket price is more than $1 million I can't confirm this news but some popular media in my country are reporting it
I believe this record happened because of Ronaldo and Messi and imagine if both of them played in this league.
After spending decades here in Europe and investing millions of USD for their own sack now these Arabs are using their investments and links for their own leagues and most chances they could be done as much they can for having these stars in these leagues which will bring good quality and investments as well because now things are changing in this region, and they are doing many projects for the entertainment purpose of their domestic population which is also increasing quickly in last few years.

Just imagine one match and how income and investments they have for this so if they are able to bring few more big names in soccer than surely this region could be at the top of soccer and having good quality and technique for their leagues as well Messi is also can follow Cristiano Ronaldo for moving from UEFA to here because he also deserves luxury like Ronaldo which is not possible in UEFA clubs right now.
I think most of the foreigners has estimated the power of Arabs - They didn't believe that they could hold a world class world cup
When they got Ronaldo - Europe was also surprised what has happened.
Dubai on the other hand the top rated tourist destination. The Arabs are rich and they know how to build their name.

In Saudi Arabia league today we see a match between Al-Ittihad FC vs Al Feiha which favoured the home team thats Al-lttihad because the were seen dominating the entire match after scoring the entire goal of the match in the first half which is 3:0, both ball possession and shot on target of this match was totally won by the home team and they really deserve the winning because the performed exceedingly well.
With that win Al-Ittihad success to get three points and right now they are in the top spot for a while, currently this team is the strongest club in SPL aside from Al-hilal and Al-Nassr. In the previous season, their performance was also good and enough consistent to at least get an AFC ticket.

Tomorrow match is Al-Wehda vs Al-Ta'ee, head to head record on paper Wehda is better rather than Ta'ee also Wehda need three points to at least stay away from the relegation zone, is it possible they can win easily tomorrow?

I honestly didn't expect the match to have this level of excitment, as well as the number of events that is rarely to happen in one match, also, no one expected a send-off in a friendly match.
I tried to find an explanation for PSG performance today,  and found that PSG will get nearly $10M for this match. That why I think they were required to play seriously and engage all the stars they have in the team.
That is a big value, it is appropriate for PSG to play with their full squad so that yesterday's match became very interesting, a duel titled Riyadh Season Cup 2023 became a stage of performance between two superstars as well as modern soccer icons, namely Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. This friendly match brought Paris Saint-Germain and Riyadh All Stars inhabited by a combination of players from Al Hilal and Al Nassr from the Saudi Arabian League. The match was won by PSG with a score of 5-4 over Riyadh All Stars. Ronaldo and Messi really gave a great show
These Billion-air Arabs those are owned half of the London's luxury properties and having all big clubs in UEFA now doing another experiment which will be successful because they now all understand how they can achieve their targets with their money was investing in the USA and Europe now they are transforming all this desert with this money into the best place to live, and recent soccer world cup is surely going to be game changer for them because after the successful arrangements of this event now world understand no one can stop them from things which they want to do.

In near future, we will have good media coverage of their leagues as well because Ronaldo contract is going to be good for them and opening doors for many other big players as well those are looking for good salaries even right now gulf soccer quality is not good, but this could be improved in coming years.

it was very reasonable with what was obtained and many spectators were very satisfied because these two teams really performed what the spectators expected.
two of the world's best players, Messi and Ronaldo, being on the same field, of course, attracts many pairs of eyes in the world to be able to witness it.
this club will receive a lot of positive things and they really deserve it and with the victory for PSG too I think it's natural and the fans of both teams are very happy, Ronaldo managed to score a goal for his team even though they had to lose by a narrow score.
I still think that this was a shame on football, and I do not like these. It was more of a Circus than a football game. I mean look at the teams and their differences, hell they combined two teams together to play against PSG, who is making that money? It's really a shame that football was ruined by money this much.

The past 1-2 years has seen the ultimate version of this, first a murdered bought an English club and was revered for it, and then Qatar killed thousands to do world cup, now we see Ronaldo and Messi being called up to play so his team would get attention. Money is really ruining football as we know it and making it something different.

Is this a sign that Messi will follow Ronaldo to the Saudi League? usually players entering retirement will move to clubs outside Europe before retiring  Smiley

I won't be surprised if Messi makes is move, but won't rule out the possibility.

if messi were to play in these arab countries he would be forgotten by time, all the glory he achieved throughout his career would be reduced so much to the point that he is not even remembered much anymore, i believe that messi knows this very well, that in the world of sport there is something every player needs to have in mind:

knowing when to retire with all the glory he's achieved, and when I talk about retiring I'm talking about retiring once, Messi already has a lot of money, he's already won everything, so it makes more sense that he retires at PSG and doesn't become greedy to go play in the Arab teams because he will not be remembered anymore

i see a lot of people talking about cristiano ronaldo, but in 1 year everyone will forget about him, because he is playing in a league with no quality, just look at ronalidinho gaucho who was an excellent player in the past but who, instead of having retired in milan he went to play in brazil, like so many good brazilian players that were forgotten by time, a player needs to know when to retire in order to continue as a legend. I hope Messi retires at PSG
