It may not be official but it is true that there is an offer on the table that much is true. @Sithara007 it’s not an official announcement because Messi's team has said that this news is not true and any decision will be taken at the end of the season. Also PSG never disrespected him and if you’re talking about that current suspension then its a right call because in the future any player would go on a leave without permission and cite Messi’s case hence it’s an right call by them to suspend Messi for breaking the club rule.
