The salary that Ronaldo is getting has nothing to do with what Al Nassr expects from him as a soccer player... If that was the case would that mean that 100 million per year is not enough since they expect him to score two goals every game? The whole transfer isn't about improving the squad in the first place. It was a huge promo move by Al Nassr and the entire Saudi Arabian soccer world.

No number of goals in the Saudi Arabian league would ever justify 200 million per season. It is all about drawing attention to the club, the league. Not even the shirt sales are interesting. Somewhere I read that they sell about 400 Ronaldo shirts on a good day, but when Ronaldo went to Manchester United they sold tens of thousands a day. Even hundreds of thousands. Manchester United sold shirts worth 187 million pounds within the first 10 days after his arrival.

Of course, Al Nassr paid a huge amount of money for his salary. The difference is that United just won EFL without him, and they will probably finish top 4 without him, and they could potentially even with Europa, or at least go to a good stage without him as well. It is exciting to see that Ronaldo has activated his scoring mood with a penalty. Everybody was criticizing him for his behavior and proud lifestyle,thinking that he will not be successful anymore because he is not playing in a famous league with big players but they got it all wrong. From the way he plays in Al Naasr,it shows that he is happy and relaxed with his new club because he scores with ease.
