I agree with this, I mean he could be a good player but nobody will offer him that much money in any of the big clubs, it would be impossible, not difficult but literally impossible. On the other hand if you get an offer of 40 million dollars from PSG but 350 million dollars from Saudi league, isn't it basically obvious why would anyone prefer that? I am not saying he would, but if he ever did, I would totally understand why.

Plus, Ronaldo got all the heat from being the first superstar to come to this league, and Messi following up will be easier, every thing that could be said about the situation has been said, Messi would get less comments about it for sure.
What could be Messi's possible reason for continuing with Paris Saint-Germain, despite the lower salary? One factor is that, in case he want to represent Argentina in the next world cup, he needs to participate in one of the top leagues. And here we need to admit that at this point, Saudi Professional League is noway near the Ligue 1 in terms of quality. But how important is this factor for Messi? Does he want to get in to the national team that desperately? I don't think so. He has already won the world cup for Argentina and may not be interested in playing for them again in 2026.
I think even if he wants to play, dude could retire today, and not play for another 3 years or so, and then he could still be called for the national team. He is seen as legendary as Maradona right now, and I think he would be respected too much to not be called if he wants to play, like I said he could play zero games for 3 years in a row and still could be in the team if he wants to, nobody will have the courage to keep him away from the team.

So, if he wants to stay with PSG he could do that, if he wants to leave for Saudi league for the money then he can do that as well, nobody would mind him playing anywhere as long as he is still playing for the national team.

What is this thread, a 31-page monologue about Ronaldo?  Cheesy
Maybe not like that either. So we have to understand, the presence of this thread is also caused by Ronaldo. There are no previous Arab League threads. The existence of Ronaldo in the Arab League made OP take the initiative to make this thread. Then if we talk about the other players, I think very few people know them. This topic will be covered in its entirety once this season is over, as many people who are already watching the Arab league are now part of an interesting argument going forward. Another reason why Ronaldo is now the main topic, because he was eliminated from the Europa League and then warmly welcomed by Al-Nassr for a high fee.

What is this thread, a 31-page monologue about Ronaldo?  Cheesy
I think the same - only people are talking about Ronaldo and nothing else.
However I read a news where it is stated that Saudi Arabia will be hosting Club Football world cup.. I think their ultimate plan will come to reality soon.
No doubt peoples are talking about Ronaldo because Saudis invested big amount just because of this talk around the world as recently they are opening their way for the exposure and having results like Dubai and Qatar which is just because if they have things like these even it's never been easy but now after investing funds like these surely they are on track for this now they are having launch their campaign for the hosting soccer world cup 2030 as co-host other countries are Egypt and Greece which is surely big, but things are still under development because we are going to have big changes in the Middle East with this all peoples are looking for peace and better environment after long conflicts in this region.

Ronaldo is surely the person who is leading from the front after having one of the biggest contract in soccer history, hopefully someone will join him in near future as well for better and fast changes.

Tomorrow there will be the Al-Nassr vs Al-Taawoun match, as we know Al-Nassr is currently in 2nd place and they have fewer match advantages than leaders Al-Shahab. I think this will be a means of proving for Cristiano Ronaldo and his friends to consistently win this season. Looking at the statistics for the last 5 matches, the two Al-Nassr teams performed quite well, winning 3 wins and 2 draws, while Al-Taawoun got 2 wins, 2 losses and 1 draw. It will definitely be a very interesting match to see Cristiano Ronaldo back to his best and I hope he will score again in this match.
Al-Nassr will likely end this season as the title winners. This will be in conjunction with the desire of ambitious Ronaldo. If Al-Nassr finishes at the top it will likely draw the attention of people more to the league and then Ronaldo will be set to make and break records.

Al Shabab's 2-0 victory over Abha has made them currently at the top of the SPL standings with 40 points.  However, the position they occupy will not last long because Al Ittihad will face Ettifaq and Al Nassr will face Al Taawoun. the chances of victory for al ittihad and al nassr are quite large.

Ronaldo did not start well against AL Nassr, but in the match AL Nassr against Al Wehda, Ronaldo regained his form, he alone scored 4 goals for AL Nassr.
As you said, Al Nassr should sign more players with more assists, and Ronaldo would be a good goalscorer. Age has reduced his form a lot, but I still hope Ronaldo at AL Nassr will reap a lot of success, because he is still one of the best players on the planet.
that's right, cristiano is a prolific goalscorer, what he needs is someone who can provide a good pass for him to score a goal but will al nassr give that, apart from that talisca is also still the top scorer of the SPL this season.

Match between Al Baten and Al Fateh In the last 5 matches Al Baten have won 0 matches, 2 ended in a draw and they have lost 3 matches. In the Over/ Under 2.5 market Al Baten in the last 5 matches got over 2.5 goals in 3 matches, and under 2.5 goals in 2 matches. Al Baten have scored 6 goals in the last 5 matches and conceded 10 goals. While In the last 5 matches Al-Fateh have won 3 matches, 1 ended in a draw and they lost 1 match. In the Over /Under 2.5 market Al-Fateh in the last 5 matches got over 2.5 goals in 3 matches, and under 2.5 goals in 2 matches. Al-Fateh have scored 9 goals in the last 5 matches and conceded 6 goals. With this analysis the winner is likely to be Al-Fateh.
From the statistics you show, it actually gives an illustration that teams in the relegation zone like Al-Baten will be teams that are easy to beat and when a strong team meets a weak team like them it is a big chance to get 3 points, so the competition in Saudi Pro League is not like competition in other big leagues where every match will be difficult to predict, even the far favorite team can lose with a big score to the team in the relegation zone.

Seriously, why should it. I think Ronaldo has to be able to adapt to the existing players. he must create even stronger chemistry and bonding. Al Nassr are a strong team in this competition, even before Ronaldo arrived.Anderson Talisca always scores goals for his team, he has scored 13 goals so far. so, Ronaldo has to prove that he can still be relied on.

Tomorrow, Ronaldo must prove his sharpness when Al Nassr host Al Taawoun. and if Ronaldo is able to score as many goals as against Al Wehda, then Al Nassr can return to the top of the standings which is currently occupied by Al Shabab by packing 40 points. so, let's wait whether Ronaldo is able to play optimally.

I am still trying to understand why Messi would even want to go to Saudi Arabia. It is clear for everyone to see that he is remains a top player and one of the best playmakers in Europe despite his age.
Football fans shouldn't forget in a hurry that Cristano Ronaldo did not choose to go to KSA. Technically, he was forced to go since no club actually wanted to pay for him. While on the other hand, Messi can pick and choose which club he wants plays for the way he does right now.
You can't rule out the possibilities. I agree that Messi is in a much more comfortable position when compared to Ronaldo. But after all, playing football is like any other career options. If Al Hilal is ready to offer $350 million (as per the rumors), then Messi would at least think about it. Right now he is receiving around $41 million per year in Paris Saint-Germain. But then, he needs to sacrifice the option of playing in one of the top leagues. That said, the Saudi Professional League is not bad either. They do have a number of quality overseas players (apart from Ronaldo).

I think one mistake Messi will make is to put money first before his career, the man is damn rich already, if the Saudi professional team offer him a $350 million dollar per year to leave his current contract and join their team, if he's really passionate about football and his career, i think the right thing to do first is the put the money involved aside and weigh other options, like what could possibly go wrong and how his career could be possibly affected, and also, what exactly is in for him playing for this new team aside the money they are offering, this are the few of the things I think he should think about before accepting such an offer.

I find it really strange that a lot of people are giving advice to Messi here. These same people would not think twice before resigning from their current job, if someone offers them a 600% pay hike. Anyway, the offer from Al Hilal is just a rumor and even if it turns out to be true, there is little chance that Messi would accept it. Anyway, he is already 35 years old and has a maximum 2-3 years of prime time left with him. IMO, he should go for the offer from the Saudi club if it realizes. Already he has performed his duty for the national team and won the world cup for Argentina.

There is no certainty that Messi will go to the Saudi Pro League so far, all are still rumors and there are also other rumors like he will return to Barcelona but that is if his old club offers a contract or there are also rumors that he will go to MLS, as you said Messi's condition Unlike Ronaldo, PSG still really expect him to extend the contract and maybe he will eventually extend the contract at the club
If we look at Messi's age and performance this season, he is indeed quite good compared to Ronaldo. Surely PSG will try to offer a contract extension for one more season. Despite all this though he has been heavily linked with rumours, it seems he will not be going to the SPL and will try to challenge in another top European league.

I know the very first thought that comes to mind is the huge amount of money he’ll get when he signs up, but I feel that he would go there to continue his professional rivalry with Ronaldo. Furthermore he’s won everything possible for a player, and now if he decides to move to Saudi who can blame him after all this will probably be the last big contract he signs.

I agree with your opinion. In fact, since Al Nassr spent a huge amount of money to recruit Ronaldo, he has not really proved that Al Nassr spent that money is completely worth it, he only shined in a friendly match against Paris Saint-Germain, and official matches are lackluster.
I think Ronaldo is still a stranger to Al Nassr. Ronaldo tried very hard but he and his teammates still lacked coordination. Ronadol needs more time to practice with his teammates to combine better.

Ronaldo doesn't need more time, what he needs is more good players. We saw his performance at Manchester United and it showed that age has greatly reduced Ronaldo's performance. Al Nassr should sign more players that will serve Ronaldo with goal-scoring opportunities because he cannot create them. If the club thought that by signing Ronaldo they have solved all their problems, then they have made a terrible mistake. Ronaldo should be used for marketing and publicity, while the Al Nassr management put the necessary things such as quality players and coaches in place.
Ronaldo did not start well against AL Nassr, but in the match AL Nassr against Al Wehda, Ronaldo regained his form, he alone scored 4 goals for AL Nassr.
