Yes it is good to save money fast
No matter where you are on your financial journey, you need to know that it’s possible for anyone to turn their financial life around. Sometimes all it takes is that first step in the right direction to get things moving in your favor. But, as with most things, sometimes that very first step is the hardest part.
If such a problem is based on a person's character, if that person is a loyal type, then under any circumstances he will be loyal, and vice versa.
Invest in sp500 index. Hold for long term. Done.
You can't save money if you don't have it. You gotta invest first and then you can "save" one part of the profit.

Use your money wisely, just buy everything you need and not anything that you want.
Don't buy unnecessary things especially if too expensive.
Always save at least 20% of you salary every month, and don't buy expensive things especially f not necessary.
Saving money IS actually fast if you keep povetry lifestyle yourself, but that's really hard, to be honest.
I think only spending is fast
You can save money on everything but you gonna spend it anyway, so what’s the point of saving. Life is too short, live it.
I managed to save money by eating home rather outside, limit my going outs, and as you mentioned, buy strictly things that I need.
Based on my experience this is how you can save money easily:
Always think about NEED VS WANT.
Avoid eating at the expensive restaurant .
Always follow thw formula: INCOME -SAVINGS = EXPENSE
Make a budget plan and monitor it.
Look for extra job/sideline to have an extra income.
Have faith that you can save do it.

What you say for saving money is true however if you really want to save more money thebest way is not to save but earn. To be more specific what i mean is if you are able to earn a few times more income compare to now. Saving is good also but let say if each time you are able to save this small sum like 1-200 pper time how long will you need to build up your savings? So finding ways to earn more income always win save a little here and there, by the way don't mistaken me i am not saying saving is not good.
I think everyone has plans for saving money. To me, I bought myself a piggy bank. Every day, I will take 50k put on piggy. Each time I have a bonus, I will get 50% of the money to put in the piggy bank
Currently, I do not have any balance to save, my salary just enough to cover me
