I don't think if the project is a scam, the CEO of the platform would be the one to tell you that, no one wants to tag their platform with a bad name even if they know that they carry out shaddy activities.

I think you misinterpreted what the CEO told you and need to clarify things. You also have to do your part in being very careful before investing in any project because we can hardly know how to differentiate the good from the bad platforms.

1- Bitmax doesn't accept the responsibility for their activities and mistakes.

2- I already threatened by CEO, he suspended my account to fear me there is a lot of evidence about it.

3- A company which doesn't bear their actions cant be trusted.

condolences with you, unfortunately, DOS prices have increased at least x3 times. I also joined the IEO but couldn't buy it.

Thank you mate, but dos made x12-13 after published on Bitmax. And decrease immediately.

I use Bitmax regularly (because my tokens is only tradable here) and they have problems many times, such as suspicious login activity issues which happens to many users. Not really surprising things like this happened, I thought they've already solved it but it seems some users are still affected.

Yes but i missed the opportunity to make my money x12

Does that constitute enough reason to call an exchange a scam exchange? Binance also 'made' thousand of people fails to participate in the launchpad. But for sure, they have problems which needed to be solved immediately.

I try to participate Bİnance ICO either but I did not achieve this. This is the difference between Binance and Bitmax. Binance never told me "You have successfully participated." But bitmax did. Also, a big company must take responsibility for their actions. Bitmax said to me: "The mistake made by us we didnt design well sorry" Also their customer services suck. It has been 48 hours past and they didn't answer me.

Besides "Login activity issues" totally lie. Because I'm using Ubuntu which is Linux software and my software cant be hacked, besides I'm using google 2fa. Besides, i didn't get any email from bitmax for "suspicious activity"

An unprofessional move by Bitmax. It doesn't mean it's a scam but anything that acts in such way to it's users can't be trusted for.
Their own statements are misleading and they are not even clear about where they're heading. A good company should be responsible for it's actions.
Such are the things that leads to demise of a growing exchange.

" A good company should be responsible for it's actions." Exactly.

First red flag for me was the rip off name. Bitmax? Trying to get people to get confused with Bitmex is a bad way to start a business.

The chat also clearly shows a lack of professional attitude, I didn't read all of it, to be fair, too long for me.

But to be fair also, I don't think you really have a case. They didn't seem to have cheated you. The system crashed, lots of sales happen like that, you got your money back right?

With the most optimistic look that bitmax has ever made, He is slack. Such a stock market platform is impossible to do healthy transactions. Everyone has to pull their assets on this stock market before it's too late

This is enough and concrete evidence to prove that they are scammers i gues better create same thread in scams and reputation section here

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

And also in altcoin speculation section
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=224.0

The more thread the more prospective victims will be saved

Your experience is very bad. If we can't trust the stock markets, trading doesn't mean anything. I hope they correct what they did wrong. They'il pay for at least some of your damage.

These kinds of scammy exchanges shouldn't have given credit in the first place. Even the name is wrong. This is what, if you develop a little further then you'll be Bitmex or what? Funny. Thanks for the heads up though.

You have a terrible experience mate, Maybe he meant about the design that their system is not perfect it has some errors that need fixing, so this is not your fault it is an exchange fault. If this was intentional this is very bad and we should stay away from this exchange. Anyways you can move this thread on SCAM Accusations. I'm looking forward to this issue and waiting for others feedbacks.

How to move a thread?
Just go to the bottom left of your thread and look for move topic.

You're sad and you're right. I saw the evidence. If there was a big crypto money exchange, it would fix it. Unfortunately a very bad crypto exchange platform.  Angry Angry Angry

Hello crypto lovers!

A short time ago, I heard of a stock market named Bitmax on the advice of a friend. I was registered in the exchange obviously liked the interface and mobil app. I've seen this place as a place where I can better assess my digital assets as someone who's fed up with the monopoly of other exchanges. I have not had any problems so far.

But this exchange on March 11 made the ICO of a token called DOS. But the ICO they did didn't look like Binance's ICO. You were supposed to fill in an application form from dos's own site(with your bitmax email) and register. Then, if you have sufficient funds on Bitmax Exchange, Dos tokens would be credited to your Bitmax Account.

The day that ICO happened, I successfully registered with ICO. The screenshot shown below contains the verification code required for recording and the message sent to me by the system after recording.(The message system has sent does not belong me because i didnt capture it, why would i?)

(You can check the verification number, you can check the time 5:06 GMT+ (Ico had started at 5:00, and i received e mail 5:06 because of overload)

After this event, Bitmax said that Dos tokens will be swapped if I have enough Bitmax Coin in my account within 48 hours. But 48 hours later, the coins didn't count on my account. I had enough balance on the Bitmax Exchange because I was prepared before.

After this incident, I reported it to a manager in the Bitmax Telegram group. The administrator said that Dos tokens were not transferred to my account because I could not successfully register. I gave him the evidence. He said he was going to pass it on to a top official. The next day, this administrator sent me a message and told me that the transaction could not take place for reasons they didn't have.

Then I e-mailed the situation to the dos token authorities. They also Bitmax all the responsibility for themselves that there is nothing they could do they said. I e-mailed to the Bitmax support team, and I didn't get any feedback even after 24 hours passed. Bitmax's customer service didn't give me any answers. (You can see both Dos answer and both Bitmax  Telegram support answer)

Later, I entered the official telegram account of Bitmax and met with Bitmax CEO George Cao. I presented my evidence. But the answer I received was very funny: the problem is entirely from us, and you may have done everything right, but we're sorry. Try again next time.

And the sad thing is that after the Dos Token ICO, he went into the Bitmax Exchange and made it exactly x13. So bitmax stole the opportunity to make my money x13. As a result, they said they were just sorry.

Well, is that all? No, we're just starting.

I told the CEO of Bitmax that I would move this to Bitcointalk and other platforms. He perceived it as a threat. And he told me to do my best.

And you know what happened? My bitmax account, which is$ 330 in, was instantly suspended. I was told my account was suspended when I tried to sell the bitmax coins I hired to buy the dos token. The evidence is available below.

And I texted him when I realized that the CEO was doing it. He said he didn't do it himself, because he tried to log into my account from around the world, and that's why my account was suspended for security reasons. But that was a big lie. I haven't received any e-mails from Bitmax about trying to access my account.

The CEO of bitmax intentionally suspended my account. Do you know why? Because he knew I'd let him know right away, and he knew I'd understand what he was doing. And when I told him, he said he didn't do it, but he was interested. In minutes, my account problem was gone, he fixed it. And you know why he did that? To say "You were in trouble and I saved you."

https://imgur.com/a/oVs6MeR (this video is proofed that is the ceo himself)

Finally, I took my remaining$ 330 money and left the stock exchange because I had no confidence in the Bitmax Exchange.

As you can see,the bitmax exchange is a rogue, liar, dangerous, a lousy stock that has a CEO who can suspend your account directly if you annoy them. (his telegram username : @BmaxHeat

I offered you everything with evidence. I will try to keep people away from these scams by hearing my voice not only on this platform but also on the other big platforms.

Thank you for reading.
