What does it matter that I emailed you and asked for 20btc to go away? How is that related to your theft of your customer's money? It is a separate issue. So let us get our facts straight...
Oh wow.
I understand perfectly that moriarty is a scammer, one look at his sites will make it obvious.
But I didn't think you actually asked him for 20 BTC to go away. This did NOT help.
I'm out. Good luck to you guys though.
I was contacted by Ricky because I am a writer at CCN. It would have been impossible for me to go away. I wrote the email from the same IP and signed it JC. My hope was that he would try to get rid of me which would have been proof that he stole Ricky's money. He answered the email saying, "I can't give you 20 btc because I can't guarantee you won't write about this story anyway." Then he stated, "Instead, I offer you 3 btc a month to ignore Ricky and write one good article a month about my sites. Ricky's coins are dirty and most likely stolen."
At that point I told Michael that Ricky's coins were not dirty and were not stolen and linked him to the forum and other places that proved that. That is when Michael said, "I checked into 'rickyjames' on both bitcointalk and NXTforum and, you're right, he is legit and his coins are legit, so he will be getting them back shortly. A lot of this could actually have been avoided had he just shot me an email before overwhelming the pool, but what's done is done. MM"
So, of course Michael has resorted to pointing me out as a scammer extortionist and created "jerancampanella.com" to spread lies about me personally, and although I realize that writing the email asking for the 20 btc wasn't smart, it also opened the door for Michael to offer me his bribe of 3 btc per month to "ignore Ricky because his coins were dirty and or stolen." That is what led to me showing Michael he was wrong and Michael realizing his scam of stealing people's coins when they use bitlaunder because only a crook would use bitlaunder was not full proof.
So Michael then said he'd pay them back and even sent a test transaction of 0.01 btc....
https://blockchain.info/address/1NcRZFL6NRz4XS8o1JEJnFVvGQn8WD8RiQSo, at some point Michael must have assumed he could keep the $80,000 and use my email asking for 20btc as the distraction and or sidestep. Regardless, the facts are facts... Michael kept Ricky James $80,000 because he figured that when someone uses bitlaunder they are a crook and this allows Michael to play cop and be a total thief. So, anyway... if Michael would have agreed to the 20 btc and sent it to me, I would have immediately given it to Ricky and attempted to recover the rest for him. It would have been impossible for me to go away and that's the reason (among others) that I didn't accept the 3 btc per month deal. I write for CCN. My public info is everywhere. I couldn't take money and disappear because Ricky would have easily seen that I just stopped communications, which means I would have to quit CCN and then I'd be implicated and involved in a theft of $80,000. I certainly would not want that on my head knowing that I would be the first suspect the cops would come after, as I have paperwork with CCN and operate totally transparent and publicly.
Don't know what else to say. Fact is Michael has $80k that belongs to Ricky. I have received nothing for any of the work I have been doing. I believe in bitcoin because I believe in truth and see what the Federal Reserve and this country has done to the American Dream. When I wrote the interview of Michael Moriarty, I praised him for being a "bitcoin pioneer" and I feel like such a dirtball because my interview (according to Ricky) led to him trusting Moriarty with his $80k. So, I can't sleep at night and have spent probably 50+ hours on this for the one reason and that is getting Ricky his coin back. The 1 btc bounty is my own money, simply because I feel Michael has taken advantage of me as a journalist to sucker customers into his scam trap and it disgusts me in every way.
Michael believes in anonymity for one reason, so that he can steal with no repercussions. That has led me to change my position on the anonymity of bitcoin. I believe in privacy and I believe in the anonymous side of bitcoin. Where that ends is with businesses. I have an online webiste too, and I accept bitcoin. But I understand why I cannot remain anonymous because if customers trust me with their funds and to deliver a product, the trade off is that I must accept the fact that I must operate with transparency, and I do and always will.
Michael refuses and bashes other companies like Circle, Xapo, and Coinbase because they require customers info and he is so proud he does not. The difference of course is that Xapo or Coinbase can't steal 80k because they are not anonymous. Michael can't have his cake and eat it too. Where is the transparency Michael? You don't get $80k for free in this world. Those who do are the IRS, the FEDERAL RESERVE, CAPITAL ONE and CITIBANK... The companies that wrecked this country and steal from its citizens every day. You are scum and no better than they. You use lies and deceit to make a living because you aren't capable otherwise.
If I am wrong, give Ricky his coins back and prove it. Operate a company which provides a service and make a legit earning helping others and allowing a recourse should you fail in providing said service.
You failed in your service to RickyJames and countless others. You use fake Fiverr customer reviews, spamming threads and irc to push your shitty sites. You use bitcoin meetups to drop your site names all in an effort to get people to hand you money so you can make an easy living. You are the reason this country is going down hill. People no longer want to do real work to make money. Instead they want to lie, cheat and steal which is why I get emails daily saying I won the lottery or the plethora of scams that currently exist. Which means you are a liar, a thief, and a
"scammy piece of shit." Think those are harsh words Michael? Prove me wrong. Return the 80k and show us all you are who you say you are. As of now, you are the Nigerian banker who has a million dollars waiting for me if I only Western Union him $1,000 to get it. He is not using a real name and sends from TOR addresses and masked IP's because he is a thief... much like you sir. I hope others help me find you, and jail you, since you have admitted to your theft and refuse to return it. Everyone makes mistakes... I kind of think mistakes are the point of life. You make them, you admit them, you make amends and you learn from them going forward. You have done the first two, but instead of making amends and learning from them going forward, you expect to get to keep your stolen money and continue on in your scam operation. It does not and should not work that way. Admit you made a mistake, return RickyJames' coins and let me get back to my life where I have to work for every last penny I earn. Is it easy? No. Is it fun? No. But it is called a society and it is required to be a part of one. Those who cannot operate under these rules belong in a cell. That is why we have jail... it is for people who have proven that they care nothing about anyone other than themselves and if our ancestors would have operated that way, we wouldn't be here today. We are here because they joined together and protected and assisted each other. Looks to me that you have shown you are in this world for you and you alone. That is disgusting to me. To wake up everyday with the mindset of "who can I screw today" is sickening and pathetic. You are the force holding back evolution. When we could be talking about new ways to grow bitcoin and end the Federal Reserves stranglehold on our society, I instead must spend hours trying to find you. You disgust me, and make me sick to my very core. We get one chance on this earth and I despise the fact that I must spend my few years with you. You have already cost me a month. Thanks for the lies on jerancampanella.com and all your bullshit. I hope you sleep well at night knowing you are the opposite of what makes a man a man. You are scum and deep down inside you know it. I am a good person and I care about others and you may have millions and I may have hundreds but I believe in karma and it may not be today, tomorrow or next year, but eventually you'll pay for all you have done to people and if I can see it happen, well then that's all I can ask for.
