-snip-

This should be in service discussion with a new thread title.

They all are Ponzi. Investing in them will likely will cost you losing your investment. To answer your question, best way is to determine is to check the deposits they claim to receive and their dates. I have picked many deposits which were not made on the day as the site claims to have received.

I really don't know if the answer I seek is tucked somewhere here because I havent been able to see it. I like to ask if these sites are legit or scams

http://bitcoin-maker.biz

http://tradeinvest.us

I am looking at doing business with them but not sure if there are genuine.

I have sufficient info and documents to file criminal complaints at the police or start a court case if required, but I personally think that they will simply process your withdrawal, because everything else will become unlike more expensive for them.

Anyway, there's a lot of scam accusation about powerbet.io right now, but all of them have broken certain rules which
I looked up after reading the accusations.
Good to know you are the server admin at powerbet.io!

I don't know what your problem is,
No problem, just informed you it is good to know that you are involved in the powerbet.io fraud scheme!

but by reading the comments in the thread of the accuser you can tell what was the reason why they're accounts is frozen,
Yes, you can read "their" reason, but this does not necessarily mean this really happened.

powerbet.io also have T&C that you can read which you deny for no valid reason.
O.k. mr server administrator, based on which circumstances/laws do powerbet.io have valid terms and conditions?

( I read some of your posts) just do a little reading in the comments you will learn something,
You read my posts and you learned something? What did you learn?

I also looked in your trust, and reputation is not good, so I'm just gonna ignore after this. Tongue
Where can you see my trust?

My reputation is not good based on what?

Yup, shills love to ignore me! Cheesy

they didn't answer my messages too,,, i sent a lot with no respond

since your transaction is on hold you can just continue waiting, if this issue is still not resolved after a day or two
you can make your own thread regarding about the issue you're experiencing. Wink

I was thinking of joining this bookie site as well. It's a good thing that I happened to stumble in this thread. So PowerBet.io, you just lost a potential customer because of your incorrect business practice. That is not the way to run a business. You cannot seize assets of a gambler which they themselves deposited. That is considered theft in all courts.

Powerbet.io is a big scam For a long time
I've been betting on powerbet site and there are no problems at all if you really follow their rules because some users are abusinh the 100% first deposit that's why they create a multiple accounts

Customers should also note that their original deposits will not be refunded."

@Powerbet.io: Who do you think you are? A judge? Only a judge can decide about confiscating money from natural/individual persons. It isn't even relevant if you write such a clause in your ToS. It's simply not legit whatever you think you can write in your ToS if you violate laws and conventions YOU are the one who is cheating people.

If you have good evidence a user opened multiple accounts then void his bets and grab his winnings but DO NOT confiscate his deposit. This is reserved only to a JUDGE but no one else.

It's simple as that. This money doesn't belong to you. You cannot make your own rules like Astrid Lindgren's Pippi Longstocking. You have to follow the rules of a state of law.

Any discussion about this point is obsolete.

I think when we have proven scammers as powerbet.io they should be banned from posting in the forum especially in self moderating posts they only have good reviews in their main post because they delete all the negative ones this aint fair and especially disorienting for new users
Ohh, I did not know that they censor the posts also!

I could publicise an article on Game Protect website and everyone can write the article or post comments. Google list Game Protect well...  Smiley

What do you think?

You'll be doing God's work  Grin

I m even thinking of buying powerbets.io domain and have a huge warning sign
So if you want to write the article (300 words are enough), we could start. Smiley You can write the article here and I will copy it.

No, you do not need to buy their domain. Google list my scam articles usually on the first page. Example: betballer scam (directly below their 2nd entry  Cheesy)

The article will be publicised here: https://game-protect.com/online-gambling-scams/
