Powerbet.io is a big scam For a long time

And you made this statement based on what?
None of our players that followed our rules and conditions had any problems.

Regarding the OP, here are a couple of screenshots showing his login history on both his accounts:

We hope this will put an end to this false scam accusation!

I was using a vpn service you stupid stupid fraudster i cant access to betting sites from my country unless they are legally registered and suprise suprise you are NOT, neither do you have any license of any kind

That's exactly what I was wondering. How can you prove that the same IP is the same person this day and age? It probably is as a rule of thumb but if 10 people are using the same IP and all speak different dialects or languages it's fairly obvious that they aren't the same person.

I think when we have proven scammers as powerbet.io they should be banned from posting in the forum especially in self moderating posts they only have good reviews in their main post because they delete all the negative ones this aint fair and especially disorienting for new users
Ohh, I did not know that they censor the posts also!

I could publicise an article on Game Protect website and everyone can write the article or post comments. Google list Game Protect well...  Smiley

What do you think?

You'll be doing God's work  Grin

I m even thinking of buying powerbets.io domain and have a huge warning sign

They won't be banned until they break forum rules. In that case why not create a new thread to put all the negatives and problems regarding the site concerned.

Even if Authority9 broke your terms and conditions which nobody will read on any website anyways regarding no multi-accounting, has he cheated you guys out of anything?

Has he avoided any “stake, deposit or winning” limit on any of his alt accounts?

If not, then you should refund him.

If you are going to be this anal about your terms and conditions, then you’re just going to run out of business. I believe that you had a TOS that even required people to provide their ID and passport in order for withdrawal… There are bitcoin sports books like direct bet that don’t require anything and allow pretty much bets from any bitcoin address/account without restriction.

Wtf, so those scumbags have the right to seize your money just because you opened 2 accounts from the same ip? What kind of a shitty TOS is that?

What IF he and his wife is playing from the same house? Have you thought about this morons?

Just return his money retards.

The amount isn't worth to contact a lawyer but you can post this everywhere so hopefully no-one will be harmed in the future.

Sports betting service disallow multiple accounts due to some cases which is explained already in site T&C which I guess is accepted by every user following registration of an account.

However by disallowing multiple accounts, it does not enables sportsbook to keep the deposit amount from such account cases. It is already in their T&C but that doesn't means that they can play with customers funds like that. By putting points in T&C , the concerned service should be able to justify the reason behind putting of such conditions. I will be waiting for powerbet to answer this.

I also have question regarding their inactive fees condition.

And another instance that proves your dishonesty. You claim that if you have "suspicion" for anything weird you confiscate not only the winnings but  the deposits as well !!!! now a bookmaker that just wants to protect itself from abusive behaviours by players only confiscates the winnings. Your decision to also confiscate the deposits gives you a MOTIVE to find "suspicious" activities everywhere. Why really have you set up your terms this way if your goal is not to defarud people of their money???

Had exactly the same experience with them they locked my account and said  was not my first acount and that they will take my coins.... spend an entire day on the chat to get my bitcoins back

P.S i didnt even play a bet with them withdrew and run away from them

Its clear they are trying to impose an authoritarian rule, on the basis of their retarded "terms" they can literally just lock anyone's account and claim two IPs are same, boohoo YOU ARE DA SAME GUY!!

I hate seeing shitty companies sprout up and bring with them ridiculous notions of how businesses should be run.

We can solve this pretty easily i believe i have a case against you, you believe i don't fine provide me then your name and your country of operations and we will let the courts decide who is right since you don't have anything to hide that won't be a problem for you Would it?
And what i am asking is completely legal and ethical when there is a contract between 2 parties and one party decides to take unfair decisions against the other party arbitration is required so if you are a legitimate operation and not a scammer it won't be a problem for you to provide your information

If the OP has buyed an IP-adress for his own, you may be right. But if not, it means nothing. And if he uses a vpn-provider it also means nothing.

I checked powerbet.io if they would be a good choice for Game Protect and have to inform the community that they hide the operator, but at the same time, when you apply for affiliate, they ask 1000 questions and info from you!

Also, if an operator reserves the right to confiscate your balance or winnings on "suspicion", please stay away. To validate a claim, you need an enforcement order from a court. To get such an enforcement order, you need proof of your claim!

First of all how come you came to know about Powerbet.io? They are not Favorite either on this forum, you joined here today and got them today..thats co-incidence? I see this as a publicity stunt.

This player had opened two accounts with us. Unfortunately for him, he forgot to change his IP and used the same IP on both his accounts - both active with deposits and placed bets. Our terms and conditions are quite clear in this matter: multi-accounting is forbidden.
We're glad this thread was brought to the public as this will hopefully prevent other players from attempting opening multiple accounts with us.

The quote of Chevas Regal was not actually randomly selected as our anti-fraud detection system also signed a connection between these two new accounts and accounts related to this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1718840.20, where the OP, bestgr, and the last poster, ioanna1990 are the same (another thread meant at attacking us).

For bestgr, ioanna1990 and Authority9 we have this message: please don't try opening any more accounts with us as they'll all have the same fate.

I never knew about this betting house before I saw this thread. I checked their announcement thread and I saw they restrict a lot of comments and self manage the thread. This is not good for the promotion of the casino deleting comments which they don't like. Now this looks like the definitive proof against them. I feel sorry for your loss.

thanks bro i appreciate it
