I found this little piece of document - Investor Alert Ponzi schemes Using virtual Currencies: https://www.sec.gov/investor/alerts/ia_virtualcurrencies.pdf

I learned there, that we can go for help when encountering supposed Ponzi Investments to the following institions: U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission,

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA).

So my question is - do you know if anyone contacted these legal authorities?

1. No source code, no whitepapers, and no roadmap

to me, that's enough to classify as ponzi scheme.

"Of the many cryptocurrency, this one claimed its market always goes up."

I still don't get it. How are some of you guys actually being taken advantage of when the creator themselves have already admitted it's a Ponzi? When they blatantly state it this clearly and you lose money, that's on you and nobody else. Seriously, quit throwing money at scams and you won't lose money to scams. It's so simple.

The TBC creator is running scared now Smiley More information has been released about their escrow service which is NOT
an exchange. People were upset after the recent event in the Philippines when they were told that their 'Exchanger' was not
coming out until next year. There is no exchanger!! It will never come out. There isn't enough of Bitcoin in circulation
to cover a fraction of the coins so how are they going to exchange it? Into what? Soya beans? Health products? Fiat currency?
This is a big illusion and a clever one. Hundreds of TBC members are now running from this and offloading their coins fast because
once the authorities get involved and they will, the illusion will be seen for what it is. This isn't the first con the creator has created
either. He has been involved in other ventures where he still still owes a lot of money to certain people. Oh and lastly, ever
wonder what the admin of TBC are actually doing with all the stakeholder money they are getting from coins sales? Do you
think they are putting anything back into the communities they so loftily supposedly support? Smiley They don't do a darn thing.
Tried to contact them lately? They won't respond and now they are taking people's coin from their wallets. TBC members,
wake up, get out and stop lining the pockets of this man and his fake actors. Don't allow yourself to buy into the hoax that it's
still a baby. It's over and now other whistleblower forums are looking at it and one will rip it apart. TBC is a 'Community Coin'
... aka it's worth nothing unless people think it is Smiley It will rely on merchants only but as far as inherent value is concerned, it's
worth diddly squat Smiley Reputable merchants will not go near this because it cannot be exchanged and the higher the value it gets
the more difficult it will be to exchange.

TBC is an outright con and deception. The Philipino people have been targeted to perpetuate this scam. They are not a legitimate crypto-currency. There is no exchanger coming and people are going to get arrested who are exchanging this fictitious currency from poor people that cannot afford the cash for it.I'm blowing the whistle on them. The guy who created this is a con artist and is from the states. The promoters and leaders of TBC will end up destroying their names because of this anonymous conman. He has already made millions in stakeholder monies which are nothing more than empty promises. People are being left with fictitious coins they cannot sell but the creator doesn't care. He has perpetuated an amazing con over extremely lovely but uneducated people, some of them though are being fed by greedy Philipino individuals. The owner uses actors and fake videos to reinforce the scam. TBC you are bye bye... Time is up Kris Kringle Smiley

The Billion Coin - Self Doubt To Considered Cryptocurrency

The original content of  http://edukasibitcoin.com/review-thebillioncoin-skema-ponzi/
translated from Indonesian to English

Cryptocurrency has become popular today. Behind it, there are also the fraudsters are trying to seize the moment, and trying to make a profit by using the term.

One is Thebillioncoin (thebillioncoin [dot] com), or abbreviated to TB. First heard it also had to think this is the Tuberculosis TB (tuberculosis abbreviated to TBC) as it stands is more popular in Indonesia. But this one, is the name of a coin, which claims to be one of the cryptocurrency.

Of the many cryptocurrency, this one claimed its market always goes up. The course aims to attract new members. Such models are certainly too good to be true. Cradles beautiful dreams to prospective new members. Set- tling them to be able to be a millionaire in a short time. Moreover, most of the new members are people who do not understand much about cryptocurrency.

Market Cryptocurrency, must be running reasonably based on market conditions. In accordance with the adopters cryptocurrency itself assess the market at any given time. That is, there would be price rises, or falls. However TheBillioncoin claim describes marketnya always up. It was beyond reasonable.

Why TheBillionCoin Not Cryptocurrency?
1. No source code, no whitepapers, and no roadmap

2.Block eksploler dubious. You can compare yourself with blockexploler Bitcoin / litecoin at various sites. Additionally, the TBC blockexploler mentioned that he is opensource, but none sourcecode tuberculosis.
3. TBC is no on coinmarketcap.com
4. Prices always go up. It's really not fair unless it is determined by the owner of tuberculosis and not by the market. Because there is no market cryptocurrency always go up, unless the market is the market mere hoax.

5. Prices always go up it is a [/img][/img]ponzi mechanism to do, to look for new members.
6. There is no open market. That is, at any time if this scheme had fallen, all the members will only have a worthless coin, because members can not sell the coin anywhere.

7. using style MLM (Multi Level Marketing). Starting from testimonials member, and the billionaire of their version, which many cradles new members.
8. Bad reputation in bitcointalk, rated as coin scam ponzi scheme. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/tbcryptocurrency-1474005

Of those things, it is clear that this is just a ponzi scheme TheBillioncoin just using the name of cryptocurrency. You need to be aware of this, be careful not to be fooled by this kind of false cryptocurrency.
