You refused to ask your CMO and Adviser to update their profile by adding your project. You are expecting that everyone goes harass them asking questions about your suspicious project.
It is YOUR obligation to do that if you want transparency.

You had a FAKE CEO on your website, we asked for proof of his identity, you provided a video of someone - Do you expect people to just believe in the video of a person that nobody knows who he is? Where is his profile? You dont want even to provide a profile. Nobody asked for a passport- we asked for a PROFILE + VIDEO. 

We were trying to help you get out of this mess that you created but looks like you are getting angry. We will let you deal with this alone, and soon more people will be giving you more red trust.
Investors should be aware and very cautious about investing anything on your project.

What other response you are exactly looking for? You asked that you are not sure about those two members part of the team, so how else do we really give you the confirmation?

This is seriously amazing. Now on your request, the CEO was requested for the video, now that too is not good enough? This is just not right, how can you put such claims like that? The thread was opened because we had random image, and due to that we added the correct one.

And even further for sake of confirmation and clarification, we added the video of the CEO, but now that seems not good enough? What else do you require us to do? Put Passport here for confirmation?

This is not a nice response - Imagine how many people will be contacting those two members to ask if they are part of your or team or not.
It is YOUR obligation to do that for the investors, and not investors to do that for you.


As far as this video and the image that you uploaded to your website, how do we know that his name is Jerry Wang? Where can we confirm that? As you know, anyone can pay $10 dollars to a homeless and make a video, photos, etc. Where is his profile?

The question, yes the name of the CEO is Jerry Wang.

The thing that I am trying to explain AGAIN and AGAIN is that we there is only CEO image that's wrong, while THIS is the IMAGE we HAD on Bitcointalk forum -

On Between 19/20 our developer added random image as he was checking everything on the site to be 100% completed, BECAUSE we were submitting site on ICO Listing places, where we needed to add all information and since the CEO was not available, temporary the random image was added by develop so it was that every information was correct.

IF the intention was to "FAKE", "SCAM" or anything like that then WHY will we NOT put it on the Bitcointalk thread? And HOW is this right that someone go to our website and pick up something that we were "WORKING" on and put up here as the route to FAKE team?

I am not saying that this is RIGHT, what I am saying is that why do people have to JUMP in like this? I can understand IF we CLAIM that this is indeed the CEO and then it was FINE to label us with whatever one wishes, but FIRSTLY we NEVER put up anything random here.

As per Anders Johnsson and Arturas Svirskis, EVERYONE is welcome to contact them DIRECTLY and get their CONFIRMATION if they are really part of the team or not. Won't that be easiest way?

They are so in a hurry to launch their ICO without properly putting the right profile in their homepage, some of these fake ICO are just recruiting people from Linked without even investigating the background of the people they are recruiting because as we all know people are putting fake credentials.

There is nothing strange about that. Caught with a fake image is one of the worse things that can happen to damage a project's reputation. But now that your project is in the spotlight, just posting a new image of the CEO will not be enough. That is why we made the previous recommendation. And about Anders Johnsson and Arturas Svirskis - there is nothing wrong with that either - if they are part of your team, they should add your project to their Linkedin profile.

But what is strange is that you refused to answer 1 simple question about the name of your CEO. So, we will ask again, maybe you forgot:  What is the name of your CEO? Jerry Wang?

You posted this about the fake image of your CEO, but you didnt say anything about the name.

I did nothing wrong here except bring attention to the community about shady and scam projects.
The excuse you just brought up is very typical of scammers trying to cover their tracks... I have seen lots of them give that sort of excuse here before.

Why even make an ANN before your project is ready?

CEO is the most important person in the team but instead decided to make us look like fools. Your act of putting up a fake profile of your CEO is what we would label "UNFAIR"

Yes, we do target scammers as criminals and there are lots of them here. If you can't be genuine and prove that your intention to handling investors' money is genuine, then you are a scammer in this forum. That's why this board is here.

The reason we do not have "under construction" is because the website is ready and working, it's only that there are BUGS that we are testing and fixing. We are ALREADY working on all points, along with what you mentioned about 2 members of our team.

While it should be so obvious that we are not TRYING to scam anyone or put up anything fake, because you can see ALL links on genuine picture, but the picture that's in question is not proper which is why NO INFORMATION is given. It's something that's added by the develop just to complete the SET.

It's strange why will we require to do something like you have suggested? As the CEO image and details will be available much like it's available of the REST of the members, and then anyone who feels otherwise could EASILY contact directly for confirmation or whatever they want.

It almost seems there is a crime commited by us, when we have not even done anything!

Just as we were trying to explain the thread opener this, the above person added feedback, I really don't know how this system works on Bitcointalk, as how can someone so quickly give feedback? I mean at least the person to whom it's given should be asked about the issue that is considered for it.

We are not creating 100 ICOs daily that we are experienced, so there are so many things that we are just starting to know is required to be put up in terms of details and all that, and we on request are adding those, but we are HUMANS only and everything can be put up in one go. If something is MISSING/INCORRECT, it should be mentioned but just directly putting a label on us is so UNFAIR.

I REQUEST these people above KINDLY don't target us like we are criminals, GIVE A FAIR chance to PROOF that whatever mentioned is "WRONG".

And we don't request to wait too long, within next few days, we will be updating everything along with the thread, so I ONCE again request the thread opener and the person who opened the thread to KINDLY reverse their action. If after final update that happens anything like this spotted, then everyone is WELCOME to label us whatever they want, but PLEASE be KIND ENOUGH not to label us like that without even letting us put up things properly!

Maybe you should contact Anders Johnsson and Arturas Svirskis and ask them to add your project to their Linkedin profile. We have sent messages to Anders Johnsson in the past, but it appears that he doesn't like to answer questions. They need to validate that they part of your team. And maybe you can make a video of your CEO and post on your website or youtube. Or, you can also ask your CEO to take a selfie holding a paper with today's date written on it and upload here.

This is not first time that I hear this same excuse. I have seen lot of fake team and they had tried also explain same thing. But eventually most of them turn into scam. So how I will trust you. Why you have made announcement thread if your website is still under development? Why you didn't marked on website, "this website is under development". You are very cleaver, you just hire few random peoples from marketplace like marketing Md Jamal Molla and used their real photo. But you are hiding main role from your ICO. You have used few real image so what was the problem with CEO photo? Change photo after exposed is not going to help you and there is not enough reason to take down this thread (IMO).

I have HUMBLE request to you PLEASE do not spread such claims. We will be upgrading our website in next 2 days which include the thing you have mentioned, so I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY take this thread down and IF you find anything STILL Fishy Please open it again and that time I will NOT defend anything! But please do not put up something like that when we are just fixing it up. Right now we have some bugs in the website, which we are trying to fix, and that's why these things were not focused upon along with handling of Bitcointalk thread for answering of questions, but again like I said before we could reach, this has opened up. This is just so wrong! We are working our ..... off day and night to ensure everything is perfect and someone started a thread labeling us scam!!!!!

I KNOW you meant to HELP but KINDLY understand that it's not so easy. We are focusing on fixing every thing on the website and therefore, it was temporary added image, which is WHY you can't find LINKEDIN link with it, unlike ALL others.

PLEASE CONTACT Anders Johnsson and Arturas Svirskis - OR any other for confirmation IF you are having doubts. We will be having the CEO image updated shortly along with the LinkedIn link for it as well.

So please understand that we are not doing ANYTHING SCAM. Also, I again REQUEST you to PLEASE contact those 2 people of our team for confirmation, and PUT IT HERE, as it's so sad that people just blame randomly BEFORE even asking ONCE.

I REQUEST you please DO NOT HURT us when we are not doing anything wrong. If you still have doubts, PLEASE write here instead of calling us scam like that!

3. They were asked to produce video evidence of CEO and proof that the CEO's name is actually Jerry Weng in the New Photo, but they still produced a fake video that was not even matching the new image on the website and could not provide documents to prove that it was Jerry Weng

4. On failure to provide the evidence, a new fake image of Jerry Weng  was updated on the website which was also proved not to match the video that was earlier on sent

5. The CEO the all of a sudden then turned into JD Venkatesh on the website's team profile with a new photo

7. No evidence provided of having a license to operate a casino when it was requested
