I guess it's easier to dodge uncomfortable questions and delete perfectly justified accusations.

The more they try to justify their lies, the deeper they fall into this swamp. Make a photo with the date and name of the project, it is a huge difficulty for them. The video was shot with a very low-quality camera. It is even surprising that in our age of high technology, people launching their own project do not have the opportunity to make a good video.

They replaced another picture of their CEO.
I think spent a lot of time to design this wesite, now they are accused of fraud, they have spent money on it to scam people but failed, and they are angry about it. Haha.

I'm not sure why am I being so nice with these people.

You know something is fishy when you fail to address simple questions multiple times and resort to ad hominem attacks. That project is nothing more but a little shitty scam. Along with a fake CEO they have plagiarized whitepaper copied from next.exchange:

We did everything we could to solve the issue and provided everything, but when the moral of the story is to trouble people for sake of your own relevance by keeping such issues on-going, then how will it be solved?

So that's all. No further reply. The video is also taken down now, we are simply amazed how Bitcointalk Admin is allowing it.

We tried everything, and even followed advice which thought was to solve this issue but it was a mistake to waste time on something like this.

We are still open to put up more images or even videos IF it guarantees that this issue will be solved, but if not then this was the final reply here to you, at least.

First Round = FAKE CEO - you failed to provide evidence - CLOSED - since you dont want to provide evidence of his name.

Second Round = License - Are you going to answer the question and provide any evidence?

It just gets worse as the level of your game goes up!

This is the thing I pointed in my last post, there is NO STOPPING. If we provide the image, video is asked, if we provide the video, profile is asked, if we provide the profile, something else is asked. The cycle I believe is not possible to stop, because there that's how it's to be done.....


The thread was created on basis of IMAGE, we justify it countless times, but unfortunately instead of accepting, this is just going to continue.

What is this address for? Office? Operation location? Do you have a license to operate in which country? Can you provide documents?

Sorry but there is no talk of "SECOND CHANCE" here. We are very clear that we never did anything wrong in first place. Did you found us putting that fake image anywhere like ANN thread or Whitepaper? So tell me by your logic why we will not do that? I like you to answer this. If our intention was like you and some people are trying to put up, then why we will not put it on ANN and Whitepaper? And I have one more question, IF the intention was like you say it probably was, then why we did not had that image from the time the website was launched? And about the video, I have clearly explained that the CEO is not someone who runs 100 ICOs daily to have all social profiles ready to be shown. All other members have it, because they already had it, so it was not like it was created specific for this. So what profile do you exactly need to be shown? While it's very clear that you changed your stance on this because first up you asked for the video, once that was done then you have now started up this point, so it almost is never stopping thing till maybe we decide to stop replying or ignoring.

We don't have any problem with adding another image or even another video, but the point is that these demands are just not stopping. Okay, I agree that you guys are helping people stop from joining scam ICO, but does that mean you trouble even if ones are genuine? I mean, in that sense I could also start up with the thing that you are trying to keep yourself and your website relevant by targeting ICOs and staying on in public eye like few other people here, but I have not done that because it's obvious that there are a lot of scammers out there and a lot of are genuinely spotted.

But common, do you seriously think we will be defending this much if we really had wrong intention? It's not even a mistake that we have done, because the thing was picked up from our website, and now I don't want to sound silly here by saying that it's wrong, because that's correct. But it was picked up when we were making the changes. Your way and approach is fine if we had put it up on the Whitepaper or ANN thread, but we never did that. I mean, how is this fair to target something like that when it's in the work-out phase?

Also the 2 members you are repeatedly mentioning, I have mentioned it before and will repeat it again just for clarification, the thing you have pointed will be done soon, but in case anyone having any doubts you are welcome to contact them, and they are more than happy to clarify things.

Want a second chance? (you dont deserve a second chance), but giving you a benefit of the doubt, we asked you to provide a video. But how do we know that the name of that person in the video that you provided is what you said it is? You didnt provide any profile. Do you understand? It was FAKE ONCE and now we need evidence!!!  And dont forget we need evidence of the other two members as well. We dont understand why your CMO have not updated his profile with your project yet. This should be a matter of an emergency for a Chief Marketing Officer - to clear/clean the name of a project -  dont you think?

And again - Video and photo of your CEO didnt match!

No, I am sorry to say we have NOT created this problem. It was almost like people were waiting for the mistake to make it big. Is it so hard to see for you or others or are you guys actually pretending something?

I already explained about the video, the CEO's first language is not English, so to avoid any issues it was decided to go for the actual language.

How is that not enough now? I repeatedly asked what is required, and then I was told that put up a video, at that time it was enough? Now after adding the video, that become not enough. So, logically in a sense nothing will be ENOUGH, because you guys are not interested in solving, but interested in damaging genuine projects. This is the reason I believe why majority prefer not wasting time over putting teams, as certain people will microscope it unnecessarily to trouble.

JeromeTash - I hope you understand that you should give priority to this thread if you are interested in opening such things. We are still waiting for your reply about it.

This is a problem you created by having your CEO's fake photo on your website and only you can solve it by providing the necessary proofs. We should be able to confirm his identity. A picture of a guy where you can barely see half of his face and a video of a Korean - speaking guy, which I'm sure no one here can understand, though I admit I can hear him say your project's name...is not enough.

Take for example Windhanenergy project, they had a similar issue with incorrect photos. They posted a video with their entire team, they also provided additional proofs/documents of their company...building permits, certificates etc. and issue was resolved.

This is starting to become embarrassing now, can any person in senses look at the picture and video for godsake and be honest with their views!!!!

Ok so I will follow what you have suggested and put ANOTHER picture! But only IF you assure me that then this problem will be solved. As I am making myself look foolish by this with following advice/suggestions, and then up not making any difference at all.

What you need is Amazon AWS facial recognition software (the same program ICOEthics used to compare both images), which is pretty accurate for the most part. If there was even the slightest resemblance between the screenshot taken from that video and the image on your website, program would have given some sort of percentage match.

I would suggest that you post another picture of him from a different angle so that we can have a better comparison between the two. If you don't, we can assume you've replaced a fake CEO with another fake CEO.

Ok so now even the picture is not matching, nothing else is left to be said now. As nothing can get more ridiculous than that. Now maybe we need to bring some expert to confirm that image and video is same, but then that will not be enough as you said we can name a dog anything. Great respect people have for newcomers here.

You uploaded a video as recommended of your CEO, but you are failing to provide evidence of his name. How do we know his name is Jerry Wang?

The image was replaced with the correct one, and to even further give confirmation (suggested by ICOEthics), we added the video.

Yes, so basically what you want to say is that we deserve more hate, because we tried to defend and claim that the accusation is wrong. If that is the case then why wrote Scam Accusations? write it as Scam proven!

It's really great to see how people are playing their part in LEAVING NO ROOM TO BASH/ABUSE/HATE us, when we have done really no wrong. We have tried sending PMs to all people who asked questions and explained them, we explained here, but probably nothing to done.

Everyone is busy with their own scheme of things without even trying to understand our side. What exactly do IF there are dam scammers spread here, we are not scammers, we have done everything to prove that, what else do we exactly do now? 1. We did mentioned we will be making the update, but since it was not specific we are just mentioning again now that it will be done soon. The reason we have said should be matched with the question that was asked, which was that maybe those are also fake, in which reference we said that everyone is welcome to check themselves. So hope this at least clarify this.
2. No, it's not necessary everyone to be on social sites, when you talk about other members, they have NO CHOICE but to be present on social sites, because that's their WORK.
3. The problem here is not HOW we will get the INVESTORS, the problem here is that we are facing Scam Accusations, for which I believe the stuff given should be ENOUGH.
4. Now common please, are you seriously saying the Image and video is different? I mean this is just crazy. ITS SAME!! While how else do you want it to be confirmed that it's our CEO?? And lastly, the point you circle about Linkedin logo there, it's just the FRAME of the image.

1 - Not going to take you back again - you can go back and read all your posts where we asked you to contact your CMO and Adviser  - and instead you kept telling everyone to go ask themselves. You never said that you were going to contact them and ask to add your project to their profile.
2 - He should have a profile as every professional does. Where is his resume/bio? twitter? facebook? other pictures? something that connects the name with the image?
3 - No, it is not a crime for not having a profile. But Investors will not invest in a project, especially if the CEO doesn't have a profile - Your adviser should tell you that.
4 - Thank you for uploading the video, but we dont know who that person is. What you can do about it?  we already told you.
