Hello, hopefully this shall be the closing statement that'll put this case to rest.

OP was accused of multi-accounting, and as OP insist on their innocence, despite 500 representative's explanation that their detection, I suggested them to escalate to an ADR, and they choose AG. I've been periodically monitoring 500's page on AG, waiting for OP's complaint to be public for the last one and a half months, and still nothing.

From it, I think it's safe to infer either AG read the complaint and ruled in favor of the casino or OP never escalates to AG as the original findings by the casino is true. Thus, I think it's safe to mark this one as resolved.

are you waiting for it to be approved by askgamblers or waiting for 500 caisno representatives on askgamblers to respond? for any chance you can share the link to the complaint? I checked 500 casino on askgamblers and it says there is "no complaint filed yet".

I checked 500's page on AG periodically to see whether the case has been made available for public or not. I believe it's still under review by AG's mediator, deeming whether the situation fit for mediation or not. I think, the way it works, once they deemed a situation fit to be called as a dispute, they reached casinos' representative and simultaneously made the thread public.
ahh I see, so it is different from how casino.guru does it, since in casino.guru the title of the complaint will already be available while the content of the complaint is still private and is being reviewed by them before they make everything public. while I do visit askgamblers from time to time I always thought they do the same as casino.guru. anyway, thanks for this info.

Actually, no, I don't think they're much different. CG also share similar SOP where they will review the basis and nature of a case, deemed whether it fit to be mediated by their team or not, and would made the thread public only after those preliminaries. I think there were situation where cases were being rejected behind the screen due to its nature not fitting their criteria.

I think, on most situation, the thread was made public with the player's complaint as opening statement also already available for public eyes. On cases where it's still private, I think that's because they're reviewing the deeper elements of the case, the proof that the complainant submitted, while they've deemed the case fit and accepted to mediate.

Well, i see this as a strong warning to other newbies who might be coming across this thread to learn from what others are passing through, its not that all casinos are the some, but it is important that in using a gambling platform for the first time, we should deposited only the amount of money we can afford to lose, this may come through the bet, our own violation of their rules or any other challenges regarding their ToS, so that when the worst like this happens, it will not cost us much, because we have already prepared over it.

We all used many platforms, one of them was this, but I bet there around 1k, so small amount compared to you.
If they only now noticed the multi-account, as someone mentioned before, it looks very bad on their part.

Adding to what acroman said above, in case you wondered why and how the ADR is different than addressing and providing their findings here, it's because the ADR can get those evidences private, for the mediator's eyes only, thus the casino can be assured that providing their findings to validate their ruling will not jeopardize their security algorithm.

I play on that casino as well, but luckily I never won anything so I don't know what would happen..
But I got a similar experience (without winning still) on Rollbit, where I was accused to use alt-account (which btw it is not forbidden on Rollbit) and they refused to give me details about that.
Now.. I'm not asking for the algorithm to spot alt accounts, but I don't see how providing the alt-account username would put their algorithm at risk...
So basically it looks like casino found the way to evade problems like this: just say something about an alt-account, don't provide any info about that, and do like Ponzio Pilato washing their hands because it is not their problem anymore.

This is where platforms like casinoguru or Askgamblers come in. If one truly thinks they are innocent. They can further their case there and those people will ask them to provide more details of the basis accusing the user of multi-accounting.

Hi @NikitaD, based on the conversation posted, both Taniq and Cossaq have fully concluded your case as they primarily deal with Sportsbook-related matters.

Just to clarify, the casino has systems to detect multi-accounts which have been primarily used to bypass the limitations in betting. Like they have mentioned, providing the proof to the complainant (i.e. the banned player) would be similar to revealing the inner workings which have the potential to be further abused.

I am standing stall and not corrected, LOL. But I [always] appreciate a casino rep who is willing to be present on a thread where their standing is rather clear, just to acknowledge that fact and [re]share their decision.



OP, with this post by their rep above, and your rather uncanny decision as mentioned by others aside, if you're still willing to chase this case, I am advising you to reach either CG or AG, I believe their rep will be more than willing and cooperative in sharing all of their findings under the privacy that the ADR provided.
