I play on that casino as well, but luckily I never won anything so I don't know what would happen..
But I got a similar experience (without winning still) on Rollbit, where I was accused to use alt-account (which btw it is not forbidden on Rollbit) and they refused to give me details about that.
Now.. I'm not asking for the algorithm to spot alt accounts, but I don't see how providing the alt-account username would put their algorithm at risk...
So basically it looks like casino found the way to evade problems like this: just say something about an alt-account, don't provide any info about that, and do like Ponzio Pilato washing their hands because it is not their problem anymore.
This is so fucked up.
This is where platforms like casinoguru or Askgamblers come in. If one truly thinks they are innocent. They can further their case there and those people will ask them to provide more details of the basis accusing the user of multi-accounting.
if they really saw multi accounting they should froze all the account before... not after u want to withdraw some winnings
bullshit reason
When you see a thief whom you previously identified stole your items, attempting to gain entry to your premises to steal your items again. Do you lock him out and let him go scot-free, or you bust him and have him punished in the best possible way?
For those who find it strange that I ask to return at least the deposit - my answer: 15k is my earned money, which I deposited there and since I already know that this is a scam casino like many others who at any opportunity will freeze the account and will not give the withdrawal. And about the fact that I cheated - , do you consider betting on tir1 event, on the top 20 teams of the world cheating?
You have been given a go ahead to try other alternative means to confirm that you are innocent, such as via CG or AG. Why are you reluctant to do so?
