Online Gambling Scams

Input from everyone wanted...

What is BetBTC.co scam? Any more info please, this site runs many years, so far I never seen any scam accusation against them.
They are excluded from Game Protect consumer protection service, because they hide the operator and commit the criminal offense of fraud since years!

BetBTC.co state on their website " Licensed in San Jose, Costa Rica", but they do not state who is licensed in Costa Rica and they also do not state the operator of the website in their alleged terms and conditions = misrepresentation!

I informed BetBTC to fix this misrepresentation, but they had no interest. You can read it here.

Why, there is only four sites in the list? you should have to put about all so that we know that where to play and where to not. you should have to invite everyone to help you in collecting that list.
You are right listing 4 casinos is really not enough and its really limited, much better to contribute all of members here so that the list would be filled and would really benefits us all because if we do have a list we could make a preference in future regarding on what game wed like to play.

You mean adding trustable sites as well? I will consider it. Sounds like a great idea.

Thinking about adding CoinRoyale. There seems to be zero support which leads to situations like this one: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-alert-coinroyale-1603185

Have you read that thread thoroughly? Finally, admin realised his mistake and doubled his deposit means player made 100% profit just for waiting few days without playing anything.

I agree the support is quite bad nowadays but that is not to say that site is a SCAM. Admin didn't run with money, but he has delayed deposit and compensated for his mistake.

As far as I know they have not paid him the full amount but they reach an agreement and jasonort has been paid just a bit more of 100 btc but I am not sure. There is a big thread in the scam accusation section of the forum which you can find valuable data for betcoin.ag and specifically this case.
Even if he did receive 100btc it is many hundreds of bitcoins short of what he should have received.
The slot was provided by BetSoft who provide many of the slots at bitcoin and other Internet casinos.
I would like to know if the rule of not winning the jackpot during free spins was passed onto betcoin.ag before this incident or not, at least if we knew that i would know wso i know who's side to take.
It seems no such rule existed beforehand. Have a look here, he posted all the transcripts to their forum:

https://www.betcoin.ag/non-payment-jackpot-glam-life-my-support-ticket-transcript

(this was before they reached the settlement). So I consider it a SCAM. It's obviously Betcoin.ag's fault for not knowing how their provider's games work, so they promised a win that couldn't exist in that situation.
Thats right no rule at betcoin existed before this incident so they were at fault, but was it that they did not read the terms and conditions of the game from BetSoft and therefore fucked up 100% or did BetSoft not tell betcoin that the jackpot could not be won during the free spins?

If BetSoft did tell betcoin.ag about the clause then why did they involve themselves with this case, just because the game was played on their servers?
Maybe they just provide great support but it just seemed strange to me.
The payout structure of the game "the Glam Life" is directly stated in the paytable of the game and provided by Betsoft. Free spins were not excluded in the paytable of the game and were therefore eligible for the jackpot.

Who owes the jackpot is explained here: https://game-protect.com/betsoft-scam/

There is no juridical valid settlement, they owe the full jackpot. Therefore, betcoin.ag and Betsoft is clearly a scam!

Yeah, now I really hate 999dice.com. I think now they do a game system that is not provably fair, because whenever I do bets will surely get different defeat with primedice. When I use a trick that I use in 999dice.com to play in the WORLD WAR I get pretty good results. Hopefully the Admin 99dice can fix the system or replace the new system more provably fair
Their system is not probably fair. When you enter their site, you must click a button to "request" the next bet's hash. This means that if you do not click that button, the result is not probably fair.

That is why I added it to the SCAM list.
Sorry but I don't get your point here the button request I just visit their website now but I don't see any "request" button, Can you please explain more about that button you're talking ? if you can know the next bet hash isn't that weird ? If you take a look on Fair Bets tabs it's clearly said the formula.
My bad. The button's name is "Get Server Seed Hash ". It is in the fair bets tab.

If you don't click it, there is no way to prove that 999dice couldn't manipulate the results. You have to explicitly ask them for the bet to be probably fair.
Lack of Payment - You play to have fun, but you also play to win money. So when you do hit a payday, you want to get your hands on your cash quickly. Some casinos pay pretty instantly. Other casinos can take 30 days or so to pay. That's acceptable in some instances. But when a casino leaves you hanging and the check never shows up in the mail? That's not cool. Not all bad online casinos that are blacklisted lie about sending you money. In fact, most don't. Instead, they'll tell you straight up that you don't qualify for a withdrawal because you violated certain bonus conditions or didn't meet the deposit requirements.

It's all very true and we can't do anything bad to the accusations of the Casino who has done his job well. Because I am sure that most of the existing casino, brand worked very well. And usually the things that make our funding could not be in withdrawal because indeed we have violated applicable provisions

I thought that betcoin.ag is also one of them scammers because i saw the owner's account here that he receive lots of negative trust.
But he still running in continue his campaign.. well if he still paying i think there is some mistake or misunderstanding about the issue when there is someone got jackpot in the game and free spin. and i think if they continue they will build reputation again..

What is really amazing here is that 999dice.com despite being discovered as a scam with fake Provably Fair system is alive and apparently is rather popular.
They don't give a damn about our rating and we as a community can't do anything to influence their actions.

Give rain for the beggars and those beggars would defend the site for free cos they dont want their beloved scum site to be gone. Also those beggars would refer their other beggar friends.

That's the main reason why 999dice still have great traffic than other dice site. The admin always giving away some mbtc, and many of those people who get the free mbtc saying that they are the best site to play. Those people will never care about the fake provably fair as long as they can earn some bits without doing nothing.
Yes i guess it makes not a lot of evidence to say that 999dice is scam though many feel like it including me. 999dice never give free mbtc to the player only a little satoshi.

They scam people's bitcoin, and they paid the btc to new players, and new players lost money there. Which is a very elaborate scam. The another example is betcoin.tm(not .ag), they offer 888 btc no deposit bonus, sane people would know this is a joke and scam, but still some moron people got scammed there, sad.  Cry

It probably just comes down to advertising, if they can get a players attention then that's all they need.
Most people won't bother to check if any scam accusations exists before gambling at an online casino which is crazy really, especially in the bitcoin world.
