I wouldn't say betcoin reached a settlement; they kind of forced the guy to accept it in exchange for his silence; which is why trusted users on the forum have left negative trust on betcoin's profile. They also have more issues you can read about here:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/whats-wrong-with-betcoinag-heres-a-list-1322261

I think you should be fine playing on betcoin, it's just that there are way more added risks of losing money.

Well I didn't thought that betcoin.ag is going to be on this list but I think as of now they are getting back the reputation they already have from the past. And not just the only issue of betcoin well it is going to depend on you guys if you are going to keep on trusting that site or you are going to stay away from it.

Wow I never expected something like betcoin would degrade their name this way. The thread would be an important tool for monitoring Casinos.

You might want to add cloudbet in the list of not paying I see some gamblers having a hard time to withdraw their balance from the site. Here's a few scam accusation about them.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cloudbet-scam-warning-1440736

Hmm. Looks like sometimes there are very considerable delays on withdrawals, or maybe in those cases they don't send it until the player opens a scam accusation thread.

Adding it to the "with problems" list pending further action. I think we need input from the site admin - so if it happens more times, we know they're actively "missing" withdrawals.

I would not add Fortune Jack to the list.
The situation mentioned above is about the payout problems with a youtube contest and not the casino payouts.

This is good ! We must name and shame these thieving bastards. Winning in gambling is difficult enough then they won't pay up ? Winning is very rare and they make massive amounts of btc before they suffer a loss. Even though it's still so rare we must still fight with the casino for what is rightfully ours. I mean like winning wasn't enough now this. They should be happy to just pay they make lots.

Nice idea to make list about not paying or scam casinos. I support idea, and I hope this can be useful to everyone who wish to gamble with bitcoins.
I followed a bit situation around betcoin.ag, seems that in the end betsoft made a deal with Jason. I'm not sure what happened there, casino said its betsoft mistake, some members here accused betcoin.ag. Last I remember is that Jason got some money from them, I'm not sure how much.
I recommend that every information be checked twice, with bad reputation we can harm some site without any need for that.
Okay, I think I am going to add those who pay but have had problems historically in another, separated section. That way people can make an informed decision.

Okay, waiting for other's opinions on this one, since it doesn't involve the casino bets themselves.

I would suggest adding a note in the op for any sites not covered in the list.

"If You are new to gambling and don't know about a particular site being a scam or not. Then do you own research by googling the name and going to the ANN thread on btctalk and looking at the last few comments on the thread to see the state of the site"
This is a great idea. I will add something like this.

As far as I know they have not paid him the full amount but they reach an agreement and jasonort has been paid just a bit more of 100 btc but I am not sure. There is a big thread in the scam accusation section of the forum which you can find valuable data for betcoin.ag and specifically this case.
Even if he did receive 100btc it is many hundreds of bitcoins short of what he should have received.
The slot was provided by BetSoft who provide many of the slots at bitcoin and other Internet casinos.
I would like to know if the rule of not winning the jackpot during free spins was passed onto betcoin.ag before this incident or not, at least if we knew that i would know wso i know who's side to take.
It seems no such rule existed beforehand. Have a look here, he posted all the transcripts to their forum:

https://www.betcoin.ag/non-payment-jackpot-glam-life-my-support-ticket-transcript

(this was before they reached the settlement). So I consider it a SCAM. It's obviously Betcoin.ag's fault for not knowing how their provider's games work, so they promised a win that couldn't exist in that situation.
Thats right no rule at betcoin existed before this incident so they were at fault, but was it that they did not read the terms and conditions of the game from BetSoft and therefore fucked up 100% or did BetSoft not tell betcoin that the jackpot could not be won during the free spins?

If BetSoft did tell betcoin.ag about the clause then why did they involve themselves with this case, just because the game was played on their servers?
Maybe they just provide great support but it just seemed strange to me.
They do state "Hello jasonort, we sent this to the software provider for review and we are reviewing it internally. There are a few reasons why this may happen including this was a free spin or bonus round which was not mentioned here but we will see what the software provider states very shortly."

So I'say they knew.

(Sorry to hijack your thread, i will try to find another place to ask these questions)
Hijack? We're trying to make a decent list of scammers. If we don't discuss about who is and who isn't one, how are we supposed to do it? Smiley
