It really is hard to believe that there are some ICOs who are intended to scam people. There are all hypocrits and rely on the weakness of people especially those who are new to bitcoin. So sad.

There are a lot of scam coins and scam ICOs, so it just highlights the importance of doing your own research. quality over quantity.

Personally, I think we do not know how people think, that's why it's very important that we have to be careful in choosing the right ICO especially when you plan and look for ICOs where you can invest your money, be extra careful with it. and also for beginners, it is advisable to understand the whole ICO explanation from the understanding of reading the white paper and get to know the ICO team.

Most of the ICOs are obvious scams. They are easy to be avoided.
Before investing into any ICO, we should at least check the team member, the necessity of blockchain technology and the tokens.

Yes there are a lot of scams, but we should support good projects, as ICOs are very important to develop crytos. Now Ambit Mining is very good project ongoing, I invested and try to support it. So I would suggest to make your own research and select good projects.

The victims of the scammers are often new entrants to Crypto. Many profitable people believe in words that promise to bring a lot of profits to investors. Learn how to recognize scam and Ponzi because if you try to find high earnings in a short time, you will become a victim of scammers.

I agree with you . At the moment, there are more and more scammers on the market . I hope that someday, everything will change and for the ICO will introduce mandatory warranty obligations

yes, I admit there are many ico that are potentially scam. this is why we desperately need regulations that make investors safer when investing in ico. but currently there is no regulation that can be a strong legal umbrella for the crypto industry. so, now we can only learn and make research so as not to get stuck on ico that leads to a scam. the need for knowledge and broad insight to be able to recognize more deeply related to ico and crypto.

That is true, it is really sad to know that there are people that doing foolish things to other just to their needs that's why it is better to us to be much smart and fully aware inall the things that subjected or connected to this field so we can be much alert therefore we're not easily  foolishing and scamming others. We need to do is to gathered full information about the ICO that we wanted to join. There platform and the mission and vision of their project. We in our self are the most person that can able to help us. So be careful and wise.

I wonder how many of these ICOs turn scam when they see that they are not going to meet their goals for their projects. If your project needs say $500 000 to start phase 1 and you did not reach that at the targeted date, would it not be better to run with the money? Your project is going to fail and it is not going to generate a income, so you take the shortest route to a income, by taking the investment capital.  Roll Eyes

The lack of government oversight and regulations, makes scams so much easier.  Angry

Yes this is actually a sad reality. They use the popularity of bitcoin now to deceive people. Instead of the good image to be built, some people begin to have a negative perception of bitcoin which should not be. That's why every individual should be wise enough in making decisions.

My suggestion is, do your due diligence before investing even a penny in these projects! There are many Youtube clips, blog posts that provide easy to understand information about different types of  matrices that you need to consider before investing. This will help you to short-list the best projects to invest. Never invest your money without looking in to the project.

quite difficult indeed if we just look at the ICO project at a glance it does not make any difference, but if you want to know which ICO is scam or not one of the requirements is to cross check the project on a site that is specifically conducting an audit on the ICO, usually on the ICO website there is a survey institute where they do ICO they can see on those who are embedded,

It is very difficult indeed to believe with some ICO, indeed many Scam and most of the victims are those who are new to the world of crypto. 90 percent of Airdrop and they only aim to attract people from PUMP exchange is one of the scammer's strategy to earn that much money then they will their social media and telegram accounts. They will run.
Better before you enter the world of Crypto you have the knowledge and Do your own research, it all happens because we are less skeptical in following a bouty or airdrop other.
