it is true that there is a lot of fraud behind the ICO. but I am sure of the 10 existing ICOs, there is one ICO that can be trusted, and can generate profits for investors.
lately there are many scam projects, we need to be more careful and deepen education about crypto. do not immediately join the project, do a lot of research on the project to avoid scams.
True when you are too much careful on what you have been do for you can avoid everything that was possible to be happen like being a victim for a scam project that are rae here to happen. 
So, you must be aware from bad project like that. 2018 is the highest year which many projects are scam. When investing you must consider many things, And don't forget to check and look on their Roadmap, Team, What project is it, What the problem and how can they solve the problem. If you find irregularities between those points, then never to invest in the project. You have to invest your money in a safe place, a project that innovates and has a good future
Scam coins and scam ICOS, they are everywhere, this is not new, as you can see there are ICOs and Cryptos that may let you think that they are legitimate and promises you service that you won't regret, and right after that or right after you invested, they'll show you the opposite of what you have said, and then ending up getting scammed, be aware, and make sure to read and give further research.
I also noticed that there so many ICO scams nowadays, We cant do anything to permanently stop hackers/scammers from doing what they do best, but what we can do is avoid them.
Scammers are everywhere, and the fact that they are now present in such a huge amount are involved in fraud projects, it is not surprising that punishment should be tightened and everything will be the norm
agree on that there must be something to do about it a huge punishment they really deserve to be punished since many people are now being scammed everywhere there a vast amount already has lost. 
for beginners, it is advisable to understand the overall explanation of ICO from the understanding of reading whitepapers, getting to know the ICO team, and accessing information on telegram
I lost more than 11 ETH in only two ICO. HashCard was very promising project in my researching even i read whitepaper and roadmap read carefully. This was real life project it was actually anyone can convert cryptocurrencies to fiat money also they provide Hash Card but it's finally scam. Then i invest in ShiftCash also it was good project same thing happened with it.
for new investors it is better to be cautious because those who are more vulnerable to losses will make them lose their money, so it's best to only invest in coins that have a bright future
Unfortunately, this is the reverse side of decentralization ... I think regulation is a born of corruption and it is not known what is worse !?
This is true, the level of scam icos has increased greatly even after the scamming spree of the lending icos that made away with lot of peoples funds. This doesn't even show any signs of stopping either.. One has to really study these icos well enough before deciding to invest in them.
Invest only in bitcoin and ethereum - you will not get to scammers.

There is a lot of scam in crypto, but sometimes a promising project can not even collect a soft cap and investors and bounty hunters wil notl get tokens.
The big problem that today haunts us is this really scam, which today has risen very seriously over our heads, a very large amount of money was simply wasted in these holes, there's nothing to be done, but we need to look for a solution
It really is hard to believe that there are some ICOs who are intended to scam people. There are all hypocrits and rely on the weakness of people especially those who are new to bitcoin. So sad.
So true, a lot of ICOs parasite on succes of big coins like Bitcoin. It doesnt mean if Bitcoin is sucessful that every ICO will be sucessful.
in my personal opinion before we start anything in any field of work including bitcoin. We recommend that you ask for advice and instructions to senior seniors in the field or look for a good refraction to hold onto.
Agree, its hard to find new project, no scam and "we" investor can invest trusted project.
we have studied the project but we cant study the people behind their project. The wrong is a people behind it, not the project. They take all money and go away, never serious about their project and less responsibility. Never listed in any exchange, no update, no feedback and no announcement.

Totally agree! I have just scammed from Ubiatarplay. They gave me %5 of my rewards and it is not acceptable. In addition to this, I can't sell this tokens because they haven't listed in any exchange.
Do not buy coins not from the top 50 - then you will not fall for the scammers. Better buy bitcoin - this is a good investment
Stay sharp. There lots of scam. Try to be safe.
