There is nothing to do legally. In last few years many icos exit scams. Many people try to take legal step. But somehow they escaped. And in most cases it's hard to take action cause they are in other countries. The only thing we could do is not to invest in those icos. For that grow your knowledge and before the investment do some research on your own. That's it. There's nothing more we can do.
if we want to sue them legally, of course, we can, but if we are bounty hunters who want to sue them, of course it will cost a lot to be legally processed, but because we are constrained because our capital can only surrender and try not to choose ICO scam for the future.
It must be done by investors and the bounty hunters have no power to do that cuased by the regulation will only prevent the scammer to run away with the investor's money. Some investors have already taken the legal impact for some scam icos and they were getting jailed. 
Left and forget with how much money do you lost when investing in ICO, make good experience when getting scam ICO project for your way how to find trusted and profitable ICO investment at the future, right now many ICO not worth or scam because the developer looking thousand way how to get much money.

Hi, recently so many past-ICOs turned into a scam or a deadcoin.
Is there anything what we can do to punish them? More than 2 years ICOs are scamming us and still people are investing, is this really a world what we want to create?

There is a low chance to legally arrest the scammer but there are ways to prevent from being scammed. The wallets used on the purchasing are anonymous so there is a low chance to identify them and also most of the time the names of the founder are fake names so it is really hard to identify without much evidence. Preventing investing is the best way for those thirsty moneybags won't get money anymore just by doing some research on the ICO's background. You can use reverse search on the images on there post on the team and mostly scam ICOs are only using google'd images for their team and it is one sign that it is a scam. If we have a movement on cancelling those ICOs and shared their shady actions to those naive investors then it could be a great help to get rid of them on the crypto scene.

that's what causes investors to think 10 times to invest in new ICOs now, the thing we can do is avoid ICO projects that lead to fraud in the future, to sue ICO scams that we don't have the power to do.
Now investors do not have to be tired of thinking about ICO anymore, let alone think up to 10 times, because at this time there is clearly a better choice than ICO, and investors certainly already know what it is, because they are also not fools who suddenly arrived into crypto.

No actually. Because they use fake information about them. They never come to live. Although some Respected DT members & honest bitcointalkers still trying to reveal them and warn us not to invest. That's helpful but can't do anything much to punish them. Well IEOs is good for now
It's very true and very hard to stop all the scamming related activities immediately but some of the reputed members of the forum have been helping us to reveling scams. Due to these members and their helping work can help many people to get aware of some of the project's harsh reality and not putting themselves in danger by investing in it. Because of their work and warnings, they already had saved lots of people's money.

Just buy ETH and BTC ? No, investor are looking for fast profit.
Stop the ICO investment now. we better be careful with our money. lest we make the wrong decision to invest in the wrong category. we ourselves know that now more and more projects are scammed by fictitious projects so I have decided to stop investing in new projects since last year

Absolutely nothing..and I don't even think ICO still exists. If you have invested in any ICO and they fail you have nothing to do than to move on.. Another project will repay what you lost.. Kip trying and make good research about projects before investing
Unfortunately, this is the truth. The way ICO works mean that if some project is outed as a scam, there is hardly anything the investors can do to get their hard earned money back. Theoretically, you can pursue them using legal means. But in today's world, it is very common for these scammers to move from one country to other, to escape from law. On top of that, most of the victims may not have the financial means to pursue the legal option.

ICO are scammers,yeah almost all so if you are not willing to risk everything then better step off this palce.

there's nothing we can do except to tell them that ico 90% fail or die along with time ico increasingly sinking many investors already do not believe in ico because the harm and the project did not go well project will not last long since left behind by their investors.
As far as the crypto space is concern now there is nothing we can do to punish them because it is difficult at times to even identify them because most of the times they come with fake identity. The best you and I can do is to avoid whatever look like scam ICO.
basically, most of the information they provide is false information. so it's very difficult to do something to prevent that from happening. all we can do is warn others not to be involved in the project. Well, as far as my experience, there are very many scam projects, and we can't do anything about it.

Yes, to avoid themselves from the scammers in crypto is clearly still possible, but to punish them is clearly not possible, because the legal entity for crypto does not exist in all countries so scammers are still free in printing new projects at this time.I usually do not invest much, but if I have decided, I will consider it very carefully, and until now I have not made any mistakes and still make a lot of profits from ICO and IEO.
No. We can't do much to punish them or something like that. Legally it's hard to do anything at this point. You can filled case but that's will land with almost zero impact. I already been there. Some coin which I hold got scammed by the company. The case was filled it's been 5-6 months and there is no results. The only way we fan stop them with is knowledge and research. Learn where to invest and follow the market. That's only thing we can do to stop them
