I'm not sure if I understand this question but I can assure you there's no risk involved there. If you want to be the very first one, go above and beyond what others might do.

The reason we have pre-sale is to gauge the market reaction, and if we fall short with our objective in that stage, we would still have time to re-focus our PR campaign to the specific market we want to reach. And the pre-sale will allow us to have initial funding to further our goal.

Probably because of all the scams in crypto. They don't want to be liable for helping a scam reach its targets
