As for the bonuses in the form of a trip to Georgia for three lucky ones - this is a great idea. So the community representatives will be able to communicate with the developers and see the team and their developments with their own eyes. This increases the credibility of the project team.
I was in Georgia, very long time ago. This is a wonderful place.
I don't think medium is blocking articles in cryptocurrency, lots of people in this cryptoworld writes articles about the cryptos and I am sure medium is getting lots of traffic from these articles, I'll look into that.
A bonus trip to Georgia is wonderful idea, but lets keep that limited because investors don't want their investments go to some exaggerated marketing stunts.
Unfortunately, they block the articles. Not yet massively, but the fact itself is there. Here from the local section there is a thread:

The ban on facebook in my opinion does not really matter, because there the percentage of the target audience, which is sent information about crypto-currencies, probably the same as in instagram. By the way, maybe Zuckerberg deliberately does this to annoy the brothers-oarsmen.
As for facebook, then his era is gone forever. Ahead is only the slow dying of this social network. Now the era of Telegram.
Yep, can just agree. Facebook should really be no problem if it is no ICO friendly anylonger. In the end it was anyways ironic that you saw ICO ads there, on a platform known for stealing your data and more then centralized.
Still I think Twitter could be more of an problem if they would go agsinst crypto.
The crypto community on twitter is the largest along with Reddit. If twitter took action against crypto, there would be a huge backlash. Even though I'm definitely not a fan of Jack at Twitter, it is good that he supports btc.
