From my point of view, the cap is too big. Indeed it's a promising project but this cap is a disadvantage which it is possible not to reach.But Who knows, anything is possible.

This is a big project it will all depend on how it will be valued by the SEC in the US.
Most ICO's now ban all US residents due to all the SEC uncertainty.

All too often this is the case (US residents getting excluded) so I wouldn't be surprised if it happens here. There is often just too much risk for a project to delay/jeopardize it in the event of any SEC class action.

I didn't know that this procedure is so often? I am sad about our future in this world. But no worries, either way with or without US residents kepler project has everything to fulfill its potential. The idea, the seriousness of them, everything is wonderful.

If I remember correctly they said that their final advertisement budget will be 10 million USD. I think with that much money they can even hire celebrities.

I can't remember right now, does anyone did that before? Hiring a celebrity, shooting a commercial for the project/ICO?
