End of 2019 is less than 2 years away. That's quite fast, I hope there won't be any delays. Would be really good to see it up and running.
Yes, that would be really fast. I don't know how it is in Georgia but in my country alone the building permission for such a complex would take several months. Then, from the video it could be seen that it is undeveloped land, so before the foundation and construction all that stuff like power supply lines, drainage, water, telco etc. has to be prepared. Honestly, I'm a bit sceptical if they could manage this in less than 2 years.
If you have the money there's really no impossible thing out there. We could roll out the work simultaneously, access roads, construction of the complex, power and water utilities are not a problem since we are near the highway and government prioritize this kind of work because it favors them (job generation).

Kepler is exempted from the Corporate Income Tax (CIT) for 5-10 years. This is an incentive given by the Georgian government.
Why would we? The political situation in that part of the world is as stable as it can get. Nothing to worry really.

I want to ask if this is thesame Kepler platform that TAAS team is developing?
I know this year AI projects will certainly set the pace in the space, but one just need to be very careful in picking those projects to invest into, as we all know alot of people will start throwing around the catch word AI inorder to gain attention. I will certianly study the project more and read about the profile of people behind it, wishing you guys the best

But indeed... more work means more revenue for the governments... as said before.. good motivational move !
Of course, Kepler don't get the land for free just out of altruistic reasons. But it is a win-win situation, so actually a very good thing for both parties.
