Imo, they will buy back with the profit they got from the platform which means only some part of all available tokens will be repurchased.

Yes, if goes will be reached and progress be shown the price will go up naturally. I also would like to see them focus more on the development, but of course they also should have some plans to make investors happy. Trying to get in big exchanges for example could be a start.

The Kepler roadmap in whitepaper says: Listing of KEP on major exchanges for may 2018. The way it is written, looks like Kepler already has deals with exchanges, can you tell anything about exchanges yet?
