The problem is too many people does not understand the differences between ICO Sale price of a token and the real value of a token after getting listed in exchanges. I also agree with you, probably the price is going to pump for a short time after getting listed in exchanges and will go down immidiately.

This is no problem for projects like Kepler. In the fact, the value of KEP or any tokens depend on the value of their ecosystem and maybe can be determine by some speculators?

That is the ultimate expectation but that should be successful so Kepler taking more time to re validate all the codes and build release versions before bringing it to live implementation, that helps to operations work in a smooth manner.

Building such platform requires lots of money and time, they can't deliver the product before raising enough money through ICO to set up the business, they need first to reach softcap.
