I'm not sure that the team will easily implement this project. In Georgia there are scientists and experts in robotics? I think it will be necessary to attract additional people from other countries.

It's only located in Georgia, but the service provides for people around the world through kepler platform on internet, So it doesn't matter where you live, you can still use their platform. For your question about scientists and experts, Kepler platform serve like middleman between you as investor and AI developers ( people who made Robotic ). In order word, AI developers will put projects on kepler platform and you can invest in those projects and get profit when those project sold.

yeah, I guess they want to implement something like Uber or Airbnb; not to have cars but be a rent a car worldwide, not to have hotels, hauses but be the worlds leading rent a home company.

Robotics will be able to be applied in wider scales, than is already now applied. It was necessary only to wait a little and robots to replace the most part of our routine work and by that will exempt us from importunate duties.
