Of course, Robots with AI tech is very much controllable in any given circumstances. Safety measures can be put in place like putting a kill switch. The robots you see going wild and killing people are just for movies. Something like doesn't really happen in reality.

That's is true and it's a valid point,but I am focusing on the part of machine learning,what if the AI gets so advanced that it can tell that it can think itself.

Well, it still depends on the ico sites. Some of them needs to have kyc before making reviews so we cannot say that those ico reviews really don't have real verification. Maybe you sometimes need to visit some of them.

I guess he haven't seen or tried to review good ICO projects. You're right, mate. There are several ICO review platforms that have KYC so that they will see who's reviewing the ICO.
