I'm borderline on locking this thread but locking it might prove more damaging than leaving it on.. especially in a situation like this which could induce massive FUD. People see this thread locked and it's a throwing feces war going on with new threads. If there's gonna be FUD, might as well try to contain it all in this thread.

But hopefully, we all restrain/contain our bowel movements. I'd like to see more informative post, at least something that would be helpful and lessen the stress in a situation like this. - Like the previous one about OKPay and Perfect Money is paying out. Although last I heard, only people were successful in withdrawals with OKPay. Bitcoin withdraws are still stuck.

At the time of this post, no official response from Leancy either. I'm gonna' sleep on it and hope I'll wake up to some good news. 'Nite all.

Edit - Leancy's bitcoin payout and holding wallet seems to be intact. They haven't emptied their payout wallet nor have they transferred or tumbled their holding wallet which has around 860btc last I checked. This could be a sign of hope or we could all be waiting for the inevitable to happen. Either way.. it all comes down to the waiting game.

i can request next payout but im afraid that if they get back payout will be gone

Never before have I seen a HYIP scam and continue to pay.  OKPay & Perfect are still paying with Leancy.  This gives me some hope that the program will last longer.  However I find it strange to get no official word from "Ryan" in about 24 hours, this is NEVER a good sign.

Wait & see....all we really can do at this point.

It's over guys, they pulled the plug... Leancy was a midlength HYIP and it lasted enough. As for every HYIP, the winners are the admin and the early investors.

There's 3 type of HYIP. Short, mid and long term.

Short terms HYIP are the one offering a crazy daily (even hourly lately) interest. They usually last from days to weeks. The only time these should be joined is when the when they are first launched and take the shortest term possible. The goal of these websites is to build confidence, good feedback, and big userbase; once it's done, BIG deposits come in and at that moment it's very easy for the admin to shut it down. So the user who invested 50$ with 200% interest paid after 30 days never gets his money back... The one that did 50$ at 25% daily for 5 days receives his money.

The midterms are exactly like leancy, smaller interest rate (well 5% was quite big), tend to build a BIG userbase, they last from weeks to a few months and very good, for early investors. At one point they shut down, the website becomes offline or the withdraws stay in a "pending" state forever. I'm surprised that's not what Leancy did, but since they went offline/online a few times due to fake server issues ppl are confident in the program and are probably still investing as I write this.

The long terms are good, they may last for YEARS, but have a very small interest rate, not only they are a ponzi, but are used for money laundering. I personally don't use them as I don't like to wait for my payments.

All of these websites, look the same, are runned by the same guys and are affiliated to the same websites/forums/social network. Almost all of the accounts that you see in these facebook forums are runned by only a FEW guys. The websites templates and the verified okpay,pm,payeer,egopay accounts are being sold on websites for a few hundred dollars each. The websites are mostly runned by the same providers and the domain names sold. It's mostly a very few small companies running HYIP services and a few websites admin that run the program. I have invested 3,96 bitcoins, and withdraw 0,33.... so big loss for me!!!.

From yesterday, withdraws do not work. They are in "processing" status.  Web apparently works normally, but I assume they have taken the money and run.

I have just started investing in hyips, and was just hoping that the first of them last at least 20 days, in order to begin diversifying,,, but it has not been possible so I will have to rethink about my strategy and remake with a less aggressive one and rebuild my initial capital again.

Some things I have learnt:

*Web can apparently be very professional and very well translated (I am Spaniard, and I can tell you that Spanish translation was a good one in Leancy even if it is a big scam

* It can accept bitcoins of whatsoever, and withdrawals can work smoothly for some days, but...... even if you get daily payments,,,, the important thing is when they are going to stop....

In my humble opinion, before I thought that some people earn money with Hyips and some other not, and that was just a question of diversifying, but now I think after my first "brilliant" experience, that in cases such as Leancy.com no one REAL has got any profit from the initial investment. Probably the people in January and February were just scammers friends or fake players. Then in Mid February and March, where idiots like me put their money on,,, they have just waited and run... (some may have recovered 50 or 60% of the total invested,,, others like me just the 10%...). So the problem is that nobody wins.

problem is not about site up and working or not - is about withdrawals working or not. money is accumulating but you cant get it out. it's just numbers running on your screen. I still hope the admin will come and fix it, but as time passes that hope shrinks.
