Their representative gave their... explanation after a long wait, said it's been closed for a while, yet their live support said they're still following-up the case the day before the post was made. And upon being asked of more details, they went back to "re-check and try to fix". So yeah, very... confusing.
I became first confused when came to know they came to a solution on a case after 5 months. And no I am confused whether the case will be resolved positively or not. I do not know the reason for such happening. But I think they have
#not sufficient fund
# Trying to scam people by taking a long time
# Their system is not enough good to check whether it is perfect or not
# Their customer service does not have enough credentials to check and make a solution might have other reasons but I am not aware of that.

To give you a full understanding of what kind of service they are. This is one kind of casino that will make a client wait for a very long time without having their issue get resolved, and they will keep asking the person to be patient.
Even the most patient person eventually becomes patient, especially when it involves their money or when there is no deadline for the issue to get sorted out. This customer waited for 5 months for his KYC to get "verified", lol.
I have checked the link and I came to know the user who had created the post got the fund after 5 months of the thread created. So, I am confused about how long time they will take for the solution of these cases. The site seems to me nothing but time-wasting.

I'm just surprised they made it right after 5 months. Crazy timeframe.

Could you tell us on which kind of games you were gambling? On overall you were in profit or in loss?
You said your account is restricted from betting, do you mean you were mostly betting on sports? It's sad but some casinos/sportsbooks lock sportsbetting accounts when they start to win too much and request an endless KYC in order to send the funds, because they don't want the customer to continue to constantly win their money. I don't know if it's the case here, but only (real) decentralized or parimutuel sportsbooks, betting exchanges and few specialized sportsbooks are fair and safe on this matter unfortunately. I hope you'll manage to get your funds at the end though.

Yeah entirely sports betting with the account going up and down winning/losing parlays was well in profit on the account. Obviously made a mistake not withdrawing earlier because the max you can withdraw at once is $500. I'm guessing withdrawing back to back like that made them freeze me.

Since you're don't have any proof and not that active in this forum, I left a neutral feedback on your profile in order to make people know if you have an unresolved accusation.

$7,400 is a big number, so it's not really surprising for a small casino which don't want to pay such amount winnings. Moreover I don't see any user in this forum give any review about your casino, so we're don't know whether you're trustworthy or not.

first of all our casino is not that much small to can't pay just 7400 $
second the team check this user case two times before and if there is no shared data on the internet there is the reason for sure
third, we always welcome big players and we care of course 1$ our player's money there is not no unlogical reason if we are not going to pay or block always there must be a reasons
I will re-check this case and if there are some information can be share we can post here and and if there are some problem outside we always try fix

I have to agree with holydarkness here. We need a little more context as to the situation. You cannot just say scammer, we closed your case, and that's the end of it. I understand you may not want to post certain details, but let's at least have some sort of explanation. Your casino has not really earned the reputation of trusted IMO at this point.

Can you be more specific on what problems you find with the user? Also, you said that the case is closed long ago? How come is it "long ago" if last week, on 4 October, your customer service was still replying OP telling him that they still following up the case, and again, just yesterday, on 10 October?
