Thanks I will edit everything in.

At this point not much hope unfortunately.

Please update this. I was surprised it took this long for them to resolve. YOu really should make the right format and it would be easier to understand.
For the embedding part, since you are still a newbie, you can't yet.

Should I just edit this post or make a new one you think?
Just edit this current one.

You can use this scam reporting format

Code:
[b][color=black]What happened: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Scammers Profile Link: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Reference Link: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Amount Scammed: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Payment Method: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Proof of Payment: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]PM/Chat Logs: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Additional Notes: [/color][/b]

Month gone by still getting same under review response
Nothing surprising about them so far. Perhaps they should not be trusted at all. I may actually use this scam accusation as a reference when leaving them negative feedback on their profile

Op you should post scam accusations on good formatting especially you should provide the profile link of the scammer, reference link of the scammer, how much the scammed was, payment proof, and so on. So, that forum members can easily check whats going on.

yas.bet is scam

how can bitcoitalk help me have my fund in yasbet?

We can't help you get your fund back in the sense of forcing yas to refund you, all we can do here is help overseeing your case and/or tagging the platform if they're proven to be questionable so it can be used as future reference for others who want to try their platform.

You can start by having your own accusation thread, supplied with as much proof as you can provide, submitted with the proper format as written here or as below:

Code:
[b][color=black]What happened:: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Scammers Profile Link: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Reference Link: [/color][/b]

To be fair, negative tag from yahoo was to invite them to look into the case and would be removed once solved, and it's been solved, so probably yahoo just forgot to remove/change the tag. I'll use this opportunity to inform him and made him aware of the situation through mention. yahoo62278, you might want to revise the tag?

Normally if a site is tagged and I agree to remove the tag once they resolve it, the site will message and ask me to remove the tag. I have received no such message from Yas.Bet so shishir99 is probably correct, they do not care about their reputation.

I'll remove my tag if the past situation was solved, but let's hope they pop in here and fix this situation.

For some reason, I was going to ask you if you wanted to keep the tag until they do not resolve the new case. As you know, they do not care about their reputation and they did not bother asking you to remove the tag. There is no time limit when they will appear and respond to this topic. Since there are open scam accusation, the tag was valid but the reference was incorrect.

I would like to ask any DT member to tag them because it's already understable that they are operating business and they do not care about users problem. I consider this as shady and I would still be happy if yahoo62278 kept his feedback.

OP I was made to understand that most of casinos have a third party affiliation with KYC verification company so in that case, most verification takes long time before they would be able to respond to you with respect to your verification. Just as you said that someone waited for three months here that is likely a truth because that is how it works but my own annoyance with these casinos doing such is that they should be able to inform their clients to know why the delay and possibly give them time interval or ETA so they do not feel neglected by the casino.

Waiting for 3 months to have one's KYC verified? KYC verification can take 5 minutes or just a few days, not months. What are they trying to verify in order to need that much time? A customer's intestines or nerves?  Cheesy

Third party may be true but I've never experienced just indefinite we are looking into things replies with no time frame on any other bookie.

Bro, this is how they ask for verification?  Shocked

This is so dangerous! I have a feeling those customer service agents are even stealing your sensitive data in the name of verification. I thought there is some portal where you upload your KYC details for verification just like you see in exchanges, not a customer service agent asking you to send them your details.

Never mind, it just realized they were asking for your user ID.

Yeah it's ID but they also ask for verification documents over help chat.

This has always been the issue with casino though but a form of courtesy by them would make more meaning than to keep clients to be waiting without any remorse from them. OP all I could tell you is to be patient with them since they have told you your verification is processing then give them time to finish up with it.

So what does that mean, do your friend have the same opinion about this site? I think you're too hasty to jump to conclusions. Let's just say they're not really a scam, just have a lousy team to sort things out.

Hmm... I'm afraid this is true. Their live support is very... useless. It was quite unfortunate that I did not make a screenshot of the time when I initiate the contact, but this chat has been left like this since my last post, so roughly 12.00 P.M. and seven hours later, there still no response

With the current situation, where their support is very poor, I think it will be a good idea to leave the tag as it is for now. After all, the message on the feedback is correct, only the reference link isn't, so it still serve something... I guess.

Agree

He doesn't know the site can use (bait-method). Small withdraw getting process, the big withdraw getting hold/blocked with some stupid situation like (KYC) or somethings. There also have some case while the casino buy some times by contacting provider, etc for not process the withdraw (accusing the provider)

The provider came to bitcointalk, clarification the bet is legit & fight againts the accusion from casino. In the end, the provider end-contract with the casino and tell to the people that the casino is not trustyworth due of the situation.

In the images you captured, your KYC is still in the review process, verification isn't final.

I have a friend who has withdrawn from them 20+ times without issues, yet my account was restricted from betting and withdrawing after 3.
So what does that mean, do your friend have the same opinion about this site? I think you're too hasty to jump to conclusions. Let's just say they're not really a scam, just have a lousy team to sort things out.

Above thing said, I am not recommending anyone to play on their platform for the time being. And, as the representative of the platform has been away for a while, I am currently trying to reach them through live support [or email if they required me to] to let them aware of this thread. Though it probably will take a while, given I've been hanging for about half a hour without any response or anyone addressing my chat.

Sadly, just give you some bad news.

They're not gonna respond any kind of your message in here or via personal message. The last online from the (Yas.bet) account on (Jully) already passed more than 1-2 month. I don't think you are gonna to get a response in here.

Keep contact with them on their site, gave us some update in here and created scam assumtion. Even your case cannot be solved, at least you can leave a feedback for all-people in the internet to stay away from their casino.

Thanks I changed the title, I tried messaging but they don't accept from newbies, I left messages in their welcome thread in the gambling section.

I have sent them a Private message on behalf of you and requested them to visit the thread. They will receive this in their registered email about this private message. But as you can already see, they are not active here and they are not fast in responding as well. It took several months to resolve the last scam accusation. User yahoo62278 left negative feedback almost a year ago.

The old accusations was resolved but I guess they did not even contact yahoo62278 to remove the negative tag. This shows how careless they are about their reputation in this forum. Let's see if they come back.
