If the issue of ICO extended less knows, but ICO has already started and will end a few weeks longer. easy to hope only ICO can extend, we wait for its development only. due to the success of a project or failed depending on the person inside.

Did you set your softcap in Ether or in Dollar?, I mean 10000 Ether worth about $5M now, while when you started your ICO, 10000 Ether were worth $3M.
