I can't believe no one from the dt list gave him a negative.   He really deserves it.  I'm sure his signature campaign would not like that.
Personally , in my book, going back on your bid is not a scammy behaviour, shady at best.
I agree but one's behavior doesn't have to be scammy in order to earn a negative trust here, it just has to be untrustworthy.  at least that's been my observation.
lost time, frustrated auction, means you not considered to be a loss?
I don't understand what you're asking about the bolded part.  It's probably that you don't understand written English well enough.

I think what zazarb meant is if mexxer does not consider "lost time & frustrated auction" due to mark coins actions as scammy.
Yes, well he responded to the quote pyramid that had my entry as the last one and he bolded my quote, and I still don't understand what he was trying to say.  Anyway, moving on.

The whole situation is extremely shady and my neg will stay on him. While he never screwed anyone per say out of btc to his wallet, he did screw the OP out of a sale to another potential buyer. I believe someone from DT should flag him as a lesson to others that if you want to pad your post count do it in other sections(not that im condoning the behavior) but do it in sections that may not waste other users time and money

i wouldve agreed on it being shady at best if it were not for the fact that mark coins was active and posting after op pmed him about winning the auction. if he had just taken the 5 seconds to say 'sorry i have to go back on my bid, stuff happens ya know,' that wouldve been completely fine. mark coins tried to avoid the issue and only responded after the issue was brought to the public's attention.

Are you serious or what.

Complete and utterly bullshit. It's you who is ripping everyone off here.

I'll leave you a negative trust feedback as well since this hasn't been sorted out after a few weeks and you're still actively posting(i.e. spamming) on the forum.

i already said it, i dont have interest on the account anymore as because of substrata stepped into the scene just before we got the deal done (after my busy days)
sorry, but this is most stupid excuse I have heard ever, substrata action affects your liabilities as much as the rain outside the window Smiley

That is the worst excuse ever, the OP didn't ask substrata to leave that feedback on your account, he has nothing to do with the deal you made by bidding on the auction with OP.

You agreed to pay by bidding on the auction and now you want to back out because of someone totally unrelated to that original deal... very shady.

...
And won the auction at: 14 November 2015, 03:02:37
I've replied to the topic at: 14 November 2015, 15:21:31
And send a pm about it: 14 November 2015, 15:36:56

I've waited more than 3 days for a reply. But never got a reply from this guy.
Then  I've left him a neg trust around; 18 November 2015, 09:11:05
During that time;
From:  14 November 2015, 23:04:47 to  18 November 2015, 08:47:45
He posted more than 20 posts on the forum.
Now he claims he was busy IRL during that time period.

So, the pm from the OP was sent to you on November 14, 2015, 15:36:56 right?
The first negative trust left for you is on November 18 by the OP, then a second negative trust followed by substrata on November 19 as it is mentioned here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=372496 ? Am I wrong? I don't think i am the only one seeing a wrong facts here.
Then seeing your posts history here https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/mark-coins-372496 i see that on November 15, 2015 you made a first post on: November 15, 2015, 12:04:47 AM, followed by 2 posts in the same day then on November 16, 2015 you posted twice then on November 17 you made 18 posts.
I will not count the posts made on November 18, but as anyone can see, between the pm of the OP and the first negative trust you got you made a total of 23 posts . You said you were busy? Too busy to made 23 posts and neglect the pm of the OP? And why you blame susbstata while he left the negative feedback after 5 days and you weren't busy in theses days since you made made at least 23 posts? And why you care about susbstata NT from the beginning since he have nothing to do with all this mess?
Waiting for your answers marc (even theses facts are more than enough to convince anyone that you just posted in this auction to increase your posts count...)
Shame that we have the same signature, the consequences of your risky adventure will be severe imo.

there, can you check if im active from the time he sent me a PM

this is really going funny! you clearly posted here my posts just before he sent me a PM so how could i know? LMAO Cheesy

feeling police? then investigate the whole scenario accurately Tongue

EDIT: check carefully, i only had 3posts on the day he sent me a PM (Nov14, the time after he sent) and no posts on Nov15. do i look like active on that days? Smiley)
Dude.  You're being so fucking dense, it boggles my mind and probably the minds of anyone who might stumble across this thread.

None of the feedback substrata left you matters.  Your argument about how often you posted after the auction ended doesn't matter.  The only thing that matters, and what the community here is looking for, is that you hold up your end of the bargain on the auction that you won.  You are stalling and rationalizing why you haven't paid yet and it is obvious.  If you don't rectify this, you're going to get negative trust from a DT member and you're going to get booted off your sig campaign if you're wearing a paid sig. (I have signatures blocked).

Question for you mr substrata, why you left me a feedback on the day that i won the auction and im not so active here in the forum? Didnt you thought of maybe im busy and not able to check PMs before giving a negative feedback?
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.12973188
i think you may actually have a problem somewhere in your brain. you won the auction on the 14th. the feedback was left on the 19th. now, i know this may be difficult for you, but i want you to do some simple fucking math. 19, as in the nineteenth day of november, is five days after november 14th, which is (*fucking gasp) not the same fucking day you won the auction, who wouldve guessed. you can even put this is a calculator to check. here's another thing, i even took the liberty of doing all that for you: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=19-14

now that we have that out of the way, lets look at your bullshit claims.

i won the auction and im not so active here in the forum

wow, that sure is a lot of posting for someone who is supposedly waaaay too busy to even reply to a pm. not only that, you sure have a lot of posts afterwards too, and yet only now you respond to this matter since there is a public thread addressing it.

youre full of shit, and no one's buying your 4th grade level excuses.
its not even worth replying to this thread after this, ive presented everything and anything you say further is just a pathetic attempt at stalling. fun fact, i actually had to unignore you to reply to these postsm so back on that ignore list you go.

If you agreed to buy an item and then chose you never wanted the item but ignored the OP while being online posting that is shady at best but not sure about scammer. Spammer? Sure, which is also probably the reason you made the bids to boost your post count in the first place. Just think on this one thread you have paid for 10% of the item, the OP is helping you pay for it. I will be pming the campaign manager though as I don't think he wants this kind of advertisement.
