not paying for the auction i won = scammer? how could that be? anyway, substrata has something to do with this, if you dont know why then stop commenting until substrata confirm here
you bid on an item. therefore, you agreed to pay for the item to obtain it in the event you should win it, which, in this case, you did win it. you dont go around saying 'i bid xx for your item' and back out right when you win. you went back on your word and didnt even bother to contact op (but you clearly had time to post around the forum lmao) when in fact, all of this could have been prevented with a single pm saying something like 'hey something came up, sorry but i wont be able to pay for the account, feel free to extend the auction time.'
i honestly dont know why you think im involved in this somehow, was i involved in the sale somehow? not the last time i checked. in fact, iirc i even sent a pm to op suggesting he make a scam accusation thread, and stated explicitly that i wouldnt myself because this was none of my business. all i did was leave you a negative trust rating because i thought you displayed some untrustworthy behavior in this incident (backing out on a tacit agreement, wasting people's time, going silent on op while you continues to spam, etc), nothing more.

as everyone is saying, im not at all involved in this, stop trying to make yourself out to be the victim. ask yourself, is everyone else wrong, or are you wrong? chances are, its you.

also, you should probably go learn how to spell 'seriously' correctly first.

If you win an auction with a legitimate bid you have the obligation to follow through with the deal, something that you haven't done as of now.

Well, try again. Be nice. It has nothing to do with substrata, you know that, just do it. Your negs will be removed accordingly and you can continue to be a good btc citizen.

thanks for the kind comment

I just spent the last 20 mins going through your post history mark coins and i must say that all this could have been prvented with a simple pm to the OP.

nov 14th you win auction at basically 4pm. You have 3 posts on the 14th after 11pm(which means you most likely saw the auction pm). then no posts til the 16th. On the 16th you had 2 posts. Then come the 17th its back to business as usual n you had 17 posts.

During all that time you had to have seen the auction pm and basically neglected to respond. You could have pmed the guy back and said hey im no longer interested in the account. Or you couldve been truthful with him and said hey i just post for my sig campaign post count.(thats what i feel you are doing here)Either way the burden is on you if you decide to make a bid in an auction and i feel you intentionally neglected your responsibilities here and maybe do need a neutral or neg rating.

I also feel by reading the pms that were posted back n forth that you both acted quite a bit childish and neither of you were in the right there. We are supposed to be adults and as adults we shouldnt be treating each other this way. I guess grow up is what you both need to do

yeah i supposed to respond on the PM of OP but the day i got time to spend on the forum i already have a neg trust (1st feedback) from substrata so that's the reason i dont want to continue the deal anymore and i didnt even respond anymore. anyway i want to here Substrata's opinion here on why he gave a feedback the time i wasnt so active here and only leads to this issue

Sorry, but are you retarded? Substrata has nothing to do withi this, quit fucking stalling, or i will mark you as scammer.

Pay for the auction you won. Otherwise you will be marked as scammer forever, and your account and rep will be ruined.

Mark coins:  You might want to listen to what other people are saying here, because they are correct.  First, if you won an auction and were going to be busy, the right thing to do would be to notify the person you won the thing from.  And being busy is just an excuse anyway.  You weren't too fucking busy to bid, were you?  And second, a third party's feedback has no bearing on whether you should pay or not.  That's a piss-poor excuse, and it does warrant DT (-) trust.

OP:  Your language in writing to Mark coins makes you come off childish at best.  I'd try to be more professional in the future, especially when you're trying to get someone to pay you.  It's not going to help your cause if you're motherfucking the person up, down, and sideways.

All this stuff is a big reason why people are turned off of btc, but that's another matter.

this is the best and most fair comment so far, i may want to pay for the account that i won maybe if he doesnt act like the way he acted in the first place, i tried to talk to OP in a good manner but his act make me doubt even more. thanks anyway

Mark coins is a known sig campaign spammer. I can see his posts everywhere... All of them are insubstantial. He probably bid only to boost his post count as well. Not surprising really.

1. Untrustworthy
2. Scammy
3. Like you don't care about your rating at all

really? i will repeat it

1. i even sent a PM to OP that i am interested in the account while the auction is still open
2. scammy? seriously? how?
3. if i dont care about the rating, i would pay for the account even they dont remove it Tongue

You should:

Pay for the account you won. Honor your deal. Stop whining about negative trust from some other member. If you can't be online to bid and pay for an auction due to IRL issues, don't fucking do it.

Seriously, you come off as a really sad ass scammer/loser for this, just pay it up and get the damn account you wanted it anyhow right?!  Tongue

sometimes no one can know if he will busy on xxx day or not, you know what is "emergency"?

i already said, im about to pay for the account that i won "IF" substrata doesnt leave a red feedback on the "DAY THAT I AM BUSY"

you can all check my activity on the day i won the auction but the feedback of substrata makes me dont care about the account anymore!

cant you guys understand things like that? its pretty simple, really

EDIT: this issue is really a small thing, you guys just want to make this things bigger and bigger LOL

No. To you it's a small thing. Have you seen your trust rating? FFS, fix it , dont' ignore it like a fucking asshole.  Undecided

for all the people who want to comment here, pls read the WHOLE story first on why and how did this happen. based on all your comments it looks like you only read some part of the discussion and not the whole thing

No. I read the whole thing. You are using a really lame excuse for not paying for your auction win. It makes you look:

1. Untrustworthy
2. Scammy
3. Like you don't care about your rating at all

I think people should be warned and maybe a neutral would suffice.

I could say that a neutral trust is a must and even a negative trust is justified in this case.
No offence marc coins but no one forced you to be a part of this auction and if you are really busy in your real life then a simple message to the OP would avoid all this mess (since you had connected here several times a message will take from you less than 1 minute...).
I recommend from both to end the purchase, mark the topic as solved then close it.
He's on my black list. I don't do any deal with this scammer.

Do you think things like this deserves red trust? On the otherhand, why dont you ask substrata on when is the first time he gave me a feedback? Thats the base of this problem, hope he will tell us the truth

Defaulted on an auction without giving any information to OP deserves negative trust. If you don't have any intention to buy a product you shouldn't place a bid.

If it deserved negative trust from default he woukd have it. In my humble opinion the way the op is speaking and pmed will hold anyone on default from giving negatives but we'll see. I think people should be warned and maybe a neutral would suffice.

I don't give a fuck about substrata's neg trust. You made a deal with me, not him.

As I said above If you get a negative trust you try to solve it not avoid it!

If you've contacted me back then I could make him delete your neg trust. But you tried to avoid your problem, that's why you deserve neg trust!
You're a lying scammer bastard.

just try to understand my previous replies to you about this matter. If you will continue acting like a kid then this will be my last reply here unless someone who is trusted enough is interested in this trash topic of yours. Bye
I'm not acting like a kid, But you are. For instance, basically you're saying with crying eyes that  "I got a neg trust from someone who's not related and I didn't fullfill our agreement because of this".
