I was fine to let the thread die a death, but BCB & Gineta PM'd me out of the blue today. Basically Gineta is trying to coerce me into removing a thread about him.
Now Gineta is threatening to come around my house 'and see what happens', yet still refusing to answer the simple questions put to him.
It's all smoke and mirrors as far as I'm concerned.
I'll conceed that no actual scam occurred but that's simply on the basis that he was caught out, and all that's required is simple clarification. The more Gineta resists, threatens and such the more I'm convinced that the aim was to scam people.

Like I stated in PM, the Jacob Maldonado that AugustoCroppo proved it to be lives in El Salvedor, not Northampton like claimed. He also claimed he was actually born in France, not Spain like his ID states.
There is also the issue of the fraudulent ratings being given by Gineta stating he's made transactions with myself, Rothschild and Danieldaniel. No such transactions have occurred (see previous post for logs).
In order to give ratings, a person must be auth'd. This proves it was Gineta who allocated the ratings.

So gineta's personal info is all over this thread. I'm all for doxing scammers and using any LEGAL means to recover a debt, however I don't think it was proven that this guy scammed anyone.
So I'd request that personally identifying info be removed. You can certainly update this thread if you find him using other nics in IRC or attempting to defraud other members.
Maybe a mod or admin would report back on whether it would be beneficial to lock or leave the thread open.
