I saw it coming.. it's no longer a new thing in Nigeria. Nigeria is now an object of mockery world wild. Did you expect him to do better than buhari? Lolz expect More. Revolution is calling all Nigerian on board, just like #endsars.

Until Nigerians youths decide to fight for their right as citizens of the country, we will never know peace. God can not come down on Earth to fight for us. The moment you realize that, the better for us. Since the electoral and judicial system failed and deprive us of our votes and right. We are left to no choice other than violence.

We claim religion thinking religion will fight for us. God uses people on Earth to accomplish his mission but who is ready. People whom God would have used to settle this problems had been bribed, and left us to no faith.

With the way things hard like dis, him no suppose hike school fees now, people dey see shege before dem see there children send go school even as school fees never high. As him wan increase school fees, him suppose make sure say him put appropriate things In measures wey no go make people too suffer am, but the way people don dey suffer already, him come dey add to am, I dey sure say plenty people go dey wey go drop out due to say dem no get money to dey pay school fees. I just hope with time, things go better because currently things are getting worst and people dey see shege currently.

Jagaban too dey rush to do things, see d way him commot fuel subsidy also without providing appropriate measures to ease the hardship, since dey commot fuel subsidy, shege wey people dey see don increase again, some people dey even find am difficult to eat even once in a day not to even talk of eating three square meals in a day.

This kind of decision no good to made, this man call Jagaban he can never do what he suppose do, how them go increase students school fees when they know how they get things worst in the country for everybody, where dem want make the family of poor go get money from? They all know that if this kind of a thing happen na protest go take follow am, any small protest from this country will make some students to leave school, because no be every Parent fit afford that talkless the salary they are earning to come and pay that kind huge amount of school fees, this kind thing fit make some parents fit have high BP. If they have children that cannot be able to drop out from school, the parents will end up chasing the money parents are really trying

Last  I heard about this matter na be say the school fees hike go run across all federal university nation wide which is crazy because imagine a situation where someone is earning less than the amount he will use to feed his family and also train his children to school. We didn't expect much to happen with this present administration but no for things to get from worse to worst.

The thing is something else ooh, in this country education seem to be only for those that has money, even public school that was meant to be somehow affordable is now very hard because of school fees increment. Is actually sad to see how education is not really regarded by the government when education should have been something they would have really look into, to enable those that cannot afford to send there children on private school to easily enroll them on government school.

Our educational system is getting worst everyday where people find it difficult to go to school because of high cost of admission into high institutions, especially the poor an average man is really suffering from it. school fee's increments is a very big problems to so many students in our educational system.

Op this school fees hike matter no be small thing oo, even UNIJOS students sef don dey protest, how dem want make student cop with the hike in price wen transportation and feeding sef dey increase anyhow, abi naija wan do make na only the rich dey get educated?

True true this our government wan squeeze the small one the poor dey manage comot from our body oh, I no understand why them still dey interested in our small pocket money. Them say we are the leaders of tomorrow and me I no ready for that talk again becos no hope for that tomorrow as e stand now. If we pay 200k for sch fees wetin we wan take chop nah? Pesin papa get this kind money no be to use am go find small thing do? Well I no shock for this one becos as election finish them get ways to take collect wetin them lose. God help us oh, very soon them go say make student dey pay tasks.

This is serious. Na to leave school to learn trading or skills be that. This is not fair to the masses. Imagine where I was paying transport fair of 100 it's now 200 within 2weeks interval. Everyone has to work harder because to survive in this country, you will need multiple streams of income.

I feel that the increment is School fee isn't completely the government fault as the governing council of the university are the people who actually determine the school fee.

Based on our knowledge about subsidy, it is a direct or indirect payment from the government.

Assuming the government pays 70% as subsidy for a school fee of #150,000 (that is the government pays #105,000 out of #150,000) removal of subsidy means we have to pay the full #150,000 but if the governing council of the university decides to increase the fee from #150,000 to #300,000, students will be left in the dark and assume that this increment was as a result of the removal of subsidy not knowing that the governing council of the university as a hand in it

I no even know where this country is leading us to because to be sincere this is getting out of hand, e come mean say people wey no get money no go fit afford school fee again then wetting be the work of government and why are they in that office and why is the school fee of Federal University be high like this?

Although for northern side, the school fee never high like that but 200k Naira is much for undergraduate, the funny part is that even after the school, no guarantee job they outside they wait for u.

I have been experiencing bad government for a while but this administration is getting out of control, food, shelter, social amenities and other things we need are expensive and the government is not supporting again; insecurity come join them again ”For this country now, the cost of living wan kill the living”

Obob this matter get as e be. The school fees high well well and e nor make sense to increase school fees for this kind time wey the economy dey dance makosa. Government nor try for this one because na only them dey say them dey do one or two to make things easy for local man make the fuel subsidy wey them comot nor finish man but them still dey increase school fees. How them expect people to fit take afford am? Even the student loans wey them dey plan to start sef nor easy to get. I no go advice the students to protest, cos protest no dey go anywhere….make them reason with the school management to allow students write exam without paying school fees till clearance time. 

If person been tell us say, the next government go make us miss Buhari, most of us no for believe but, e don be the order of governance for this we nation. This na the one thing way we don Dey sure say, government Dey hand over and continue through their time in office.
Nigeria government just turn out yo be the type way be say, them no Dey continue on the past government better project because, them feel say the success of the project no go link back to them as the source but instead, them Dey like kick start there own new project and somehow, the suffer project Dey always Dey continued.

Where e bad here be say, our people no go still learn say, person way invest most chop dividend for en investment. After all the money way Tinubu use run election, you must ready for harsh policies because, en money no fit just waste like that.

Government way suppose Dey encourage education, them Dey acknowledge the poor state of things for the country and still, they make necessity like school fees unaffordable. Yet, e Dey propose loan accessible to pay grade far above minimum wage for country way more than half Dey live below that level. The country na for the strong shah, make we Dey try.

If to say work dey, my brother things for no dey the way im dey, because, because of the no job issues (joblessness issue) nai make e com be like say things com worst for the youth, because how some body go go school finish e no go see better work? E too bad nah, and now way school fees con increase self, e con dey give plenty students double thought whader them go quit or them go continue because no money to pay school fees and even if them go the school finish no better job for them.
But as a naija way we be anyhow way the government run am we as a Nigerians we go survive.
For some countries as a student way dey go school, you still fit dey work, but for naija no be so, the government done Tite every Conner so that students go suffer and still them increase the school fees.

This is what the federal government wants to work towards, for universities to be able to generate money for themselves internally, or in a way the pressure on the federal government would be reduced. UNILAG is a federal government university and the fee they pay is far much more cheaper than state government schools. Despite that state government schools depends on state government, federal government students pay the lowest fee in the country. There is no way they will not depend on the federal government.

The schools that I know that are less dependent are paying high amount of money. I remember Lautech that went on a strike for a long time, they resumed for exam. After they finished the exam, the strike continued until the tuition fee was increased. That was many years ago. I do not know much about the school anymore.

Nigeria has one of the Universities that has one of the lowest tuition fee in the world, in a way that some tertiary schools in some states are free, while federal government universities are paying low amount in fee, followed by the state owned universities. The private schools are more expensive. Maybe it would have been better in a way that those that go to school may easily get job if the school fee is normal like other countries.

These rich men and politicians are threat to the poor people in Nigeria because they are worsening the situation of things in the country so that the poor man wouldn't be able to survive through the hardship and might not be able to train their children by giving them quality education. i have sat down and thought of it when Tinubu said that there will be removal of subsidy from school fees, this one make me para weller because na only school fit give poor man the opportunity to mingle with rich men and to also dey big office like rich men children. Now wey Tinubu don carry him own plans come to make the poor ones strive to live, imagine before poor man dey fit eat three two times but now na government won begin give poor people money to take survive wey no go reach them spend for three days. It sucks that the country is too big for these old cargos to lead due to their inefficiency lessen the hardship in the country.

Reason dey for this increase but I understand where the anger dey come from because assuming say work dey and dey increase this school fees students no go para much because dem fit work work wey go pay them well and them go pay their school fees by demselfs but work self no dey and the point of the increase no come make sense. Shey una dey see how much wey private sectors dem dey pay for school fees compared to wetin the government school dem dey pay and make we no forget say government dey carry too much load for their head wey dem need release because the government for the country no dey work. Assuming the government dey work, all this wahala no for dey happen. These universities dey generate so much revenue wey dem supposed fit dey handle demselfs but still dey dey depend on the government support.


Leave the police matta dat one na another topics on e own because our uniform men for this country dey fuck up but this protest sumthin, we too dey overdo. We know say we dey country wey law no dey yet we go dey overdo the protest thing and dey give this men reason to dey abuse us. The way I dey see this thing na say government wan commot hand for everything wey make the school ey generate funds to handle demselfs because weda we like am or not education is now becoming a business in the country and dem dey find way wey e go dey profitable. Me I no like the increase but if we really want change for the country, we need to dey try other alternative dem and not doing exactly what we have been doing before and yet we dey expect the change wey we dey cry about, the increase sha too big make I no lie.

For that same Lagos state, na im dem dey harass and beat up voters wey don see the thing wey dis Tinubu go do because dem wan vote against him. If we look very well self we go see some of the lasu Muslim bigots wey follow dey harass people wey no wan vote APC/TINUBU. Yes many Muslim feel say instead wey Christian go become president say make Tinubu dey there and dem rig him enter, today na who the thing affect go dey bear am. Tinubu na tax wey him sabi, na to increase standard of living and not to improve it na him im sabi. Shabi him be governor during Obasanjo when dem two get problem and obj seize Lagos state allowance, no be IGR him take rule? Agbero begin full everywhere for Lagos. Omo na to wait for supreme court or next election to see if remedy go come. Bag of rice now don dey fly like Ethiopian airline.

This does not really come as a surprise to me because the price of everything in the country have increased following the poorly planned subsidy removal. While I see the increase in school as outrageous, there was need to actually adjust the school fees if the school are to meet up with running the system.

What I rather find so strange is Federal schools increasing school fees to multiples of what it used to be considering the fact that they are being funded by the government and the staff under the payroll of the government. Well, I will not forget that everyone is looking for a way to take advantage of the systems since our institutions, that are supposed to checkmated them, are practically sleeping.

At this price, there is little difference between public schools and private schools and if you ask me, I prefer the later considering the infrastructures and learning environment that is like world apart.

this matter done tire me well well. everything in this new government just dey go left Left. nothing wah this government done do, wah favor the citizens. from the first day wah they come, plenty this done go wrong already. since things are hard in the country, we're can some parents see such amount of money to pay there children school feels. already, one of my friend done tell me say him wah withdraw from school for now. e get something wah me been talk before, I say may our country no miss our before PRESIDO BUBU. and now we are missing him already.
