A phenomenal project
With that being said, aren't you guys afraid that there's not that big of interest in Education and Science? I mean, people care more about social media and sneakers these days. Is this going to be profitable at all, in your estimation?

You are right but on the other hand, there are plenty of projects which focus on those popular things like social media and the market spreads throughout all of them. Scientificcoin on the other hand is on of the few who focus on the field of science.

I would like to think that this project will be of great help to scientists and innovators in realizing their projects and ideas especially on those innovations that will greatly influence our daily lives.

The whitepaper is very vague and I don't understand that it keeps mentioning some "mathematical algorithm", isn't it supposed to be an ERC20 token? And I mean if an algorithm is not mathematical then what else can it be?

The chances of not being real is high in a project that relies on erc20 , why not own block chain since its a scientist coin ? Smart contracts and stuff in your own blockchain

I know right, at least a cloned code with an existing algo but not even that. Too many red flags on this to say the least.

They use ERC20 during the ICO. Later there will be a dedicated blockchain. It is much easier to do a crowd sale on Ethereum than on your own chain.

In this bearish market trend, only projects that are viable and has a good use case will have better chance of surviving and crypto adaptors knows that. And I believe that SCIENTIFICCOIN  will have its place in crypto verse soon.

In this case, the team decided to attract several large investments, which is a more realistic prospect than wasting time and money on advertising, following the example of numerous ISO projects. Let's see the result

I think it's a wise decision to approach only large investors considering that science projects aren't that attractive to most small investors and the tough times for crypto with a lot of recent ICOs not even reaching their softcap.

In our previous experience, we saw that small investors have problems to understand such complex projects. In addition, we don't promise something like 50X so, only people who can make a solid investment are interested

You should perhaps provide more details what you mean when you say that you are looking for solid investments only and not so much for small investments. Is that 10,000 $ or more or what is considered solid?
maybe it's true that for this kind of projects, big investors are needed, but in my opinion the team should not neglect even small investors, all the help is needed to launch a new project...
Exactly, I participated in projects where small purchases complemented and very well the whole, I hope they can enable the little ones this share of participation

Hi, we are looking for someone who can invest a sum expecting a return over the medium term (so no lambo, land an exchange and get 10x, etc).
The sum itself doesn't make an investment solid: it's the investors' perspective. Typically, in crypto, small ICO contributors look for an immediate return.

This seems to me a realistic evaluation both of your project and the crypto people's expectation Smiley. I appreciate your aim to put the project on a sound basis.

If I'm not mistaken, the team are inclined to find investors who are into medium term returns and not for quick bucks. This is really the case right now, ROI tends to be in medium term on most projects and that is quite true.

yes, no reason to promise amazing quick returns when the market is so bearish (and it's hard to predict when it will turn bullish)

Is there will be the opportunity to invest with fiat money during ICO? I think that for project team would be better to think how attract large investors not from cryptoworld at this time.

Nowadays it is more 50/ insted 50x.  Smiley

Yes  Grin
And this is an additional issue: people are hodling hoping for a bounce back (that, in many cases, will never happen).

Well some project will become very big just like in the internet days we had amazon, google, microsoft and apple, but tons of them will cease to excist in the very very near future.
They are disappearing right now. Many projects I have participated in have like -5-10Xs, so it's useless to hold their tokens for any longer...

that's true but at some point the market will reach its bottom and then ICOs won't trade for a fraction of their price anymore. When that will be, I don't know.  Cheesy
