So guys, here’s the situation. Currently, due to a bug we are fixing, access to scroll.bet through web.telegram is not working properly, as the system fails to finalize the login through the Telegram ID. As a result, users have the option to register via email, but this doesn’t make sense because once the bug is resolved, it will only be possible to access via Telegram, and consequently, any account opened with an email will no longer be accessible.
I understand your issue now but if possible, why don't allow your users who registered via email addresses to add their Telegram accounts to their Scroll.bet accounts and continue using your service.
I know there are different ways to check fraudulent activities with registration from email and Telegram account directly. They can pass your check when adding that information but later when they start to use your platform, make bets, whatever, their activities if break your Terms of Service, will be detected. It's not big problem for your business operation and protection against fraud from users.
