Hey mate it's not banned in your country no matter what country you're from actually you used Telegram X to make the account it seems. Which is why it didn't open I tried exactly the same as you and failed.

i am glad to see you here, and i just joined, no need to register directly connected to my telegram account, but is this really safe? i mean lost access to account due to restrictions from telegram, and i tried to open via VPN my account immediately logged out itself, do i need to set email and others?
