What genesis mining?

Today I looked at them.

Ii am on hashnest, the payout is like cha-cha.

it goes forwards and backwards.

any pointers/tips guys?

I just bought a few ghs for S5 and testing it.

On hastnest I also watched.

I was more interested genesis mining.

expensive at genisis and no bailout options.
but also very good.
but looooong time to roi.

if my 116 ghs in hashnest would yield $.26 in a day or close to it, then it's cool, invest more.

then when  i became rich from scrypt.cc, i will invest iin genisis-m

Genesis is nice with their Daily payouts, Just a lot longer on ROI.

Hashnest, if you can figure out their market will ROI quicker.  Personally I have Genesis, but I tend to prefer the Set it and forget approach they have as opposed to having to check a market to make sure I am getting the best bang for the buck like Hashnest.

All I am getting at here, is that people are wasting their time reporting the site to the Web Host.

The fact is there is a ToS, you did accept it by clicking Register, it is right under the Register Link, and to add to that if you read it, it basically states that, We are not liable to anyone for anything, you accepted ToS by clicking register.

Plus any host does their due diligence typically, and if they do, they will see the ToS and read it.  Which basically makes any of the complaints that are being tossed their way garbage.

Basically their terms of service states that they can do anything but can you violate it yourself? Do the rules apply both ways as well? and some mention about criminal activity in their jurisdiction so isn't running a HYIP an illegal gambling site? I've heard talks about XScrypt being some a website that was made with a bought Ponzi website script so then these types of sites would be illegal since the operator can just do whatever he likes, take a bit of KHS away if he likes, execute some auto-invest, delay payouts/not pay, delete you, keep your stash and make up any number he likes.

Per ToS.

IN ADDITION, YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS SITE OR THE SERVICES FOUND AT THIS SITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE PERMANENTLY BARRED.
IN ADDITION, YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL SCRYPT.CC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PARTICULAR SERVICES THAT ARE THE SUBJECT OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR THE SERVICES FOUND AT THIS SITE.

INDEMNITY
You agree to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless SCRYPT.CC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third party service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, losses, liabilities and damages of every kind and nature (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) imposed upon or incurred by SCRYPT.CC directly or indirectly arising from (i) your use of and access to this Site or the Services found at this Site; (ii) your violation of any provision of this Agreement or the policies or agreements which are incorporated herein; and/or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property or other proprietary right. The indemnification obligations under this section shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or your use of this Site or the Services found at this Site.

MISCELLANEOUS
If We are unable to perform the Services outlined in the Terms of Use due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to an event of Force Majeure, change of law or change in sanctions policy we will not have any liability to You with respect to the Services provided under this agreement and for a time period coincident with the event.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Upon such notification, it is your responsibility to review the amended Terms. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of a notice of changes to the Terms signifies that you accept and agree to the changes, and that all subsequent transactions by you will be subject to the amended Terms.

Sorry for the Caps in there, Direct Copy and Paste

Just Highlighting some of the Bigger Terms of Service people seem to forget about and or just plain didn't read because they couldn't find the ToS for whatever reason.  Or just plain too lazy to read it for themselves.

Here is the ToS that "doesn't exist" on SCC just for your enjoyment.

https://scrypt.cc/tos.php

Plus if you guys think reporting is going to do too much, look at how many other Ponzi's are still up and running in HYIP Realm.  If the website is paying the Hosts really typically could care less.

Nobody read it because it is hidden.

When registering on the site was not even visible!

Thus no one could agree with that!

Not true, I red it, it was not hidden.

TOS is hidden, no link on the main page or inside!

Only a direct link if you know it!

I mean, now yes, before it was not hidden, I have read it /by clicking on site../.

That is not true, go to Register and you will see the link to the ToS right below Register Button.

How not really see.

How is not listed on the title page.

As is not shown inside.

Today, after direct reference I saw for the first time.

Anyway, never SCC

Reporting will help a shit.
He did nothing criminal.
It's a 'gambling' website.

What you want to tell the Hoster?
You send some digital coins to a anonym guy in brazil?
And now you are pissed because you don't get them back?

This will work for sure Smiley

Funny it claims to be a cloud mining website.  If its really a gaming website then its deceptive.

Most people consider that fraud.

Also whats the game and what are the odds?

Seriously some people will come up with any excuse to defend this fraud

just a logical thinking.  If price 100perKHS is support/lowest planned/ he would never turn autoinvest for all. He want you to buy in this price and sell much lower later. I really didnt want to sell, but probably I will have to.

Reporting will get the site shut down, which isn't nothing. Any coins that you've lost, are gone. Since the domain is registered in the US and there's a web host in the US, and Ponzi schemes are illegal in the US, there are grounds to shut the site down. Sorry if you lost money, but recovery is unlikely at best.
