UPDATE: After 30+ hours(!) and 250+ blockchain confirmations(!) my deposit finally arrived to my Scrypt.cc account... I dont know what was the reason of huge dealy, but fortunately it was ONLY a delay.
The delay is likely due to the fact that the criminal scammers running this fraudulent operation need to show deposits taking at least as long as withdrawals. Once you've sent them the funds they arrive within a short space of time but these crooks will manually credit your account at their own leisure because its not like you can cancel the transaction.
So they have what appears to be a 24-hour window to weigh up when and if they are going to process a withdrawal request against the deposits they've already received, to make sure that they don't accidentally send out more than they are getting in from fools who keep sending them money.
Part of this process includes creating the illusion of hundreds of btc of deposits being regularly processed through their address so that you fools will still believe they are a long way from being likely to block any of your, significantly smaller, withdrawal requests. It's just the same coin-mixed btc being sent around and around and around.
I doubt there are that many genuine transactions being sent to their deposit address by now as most people must be fully aware that scrypt.cc, proven to be a scam, is likely eyeing up the "We wuz haxxored!!1!!1!" exit-door.
