Well, I see no increase in rewards from here more likely further decreases so I am out. Less than a bitcoin is all I have in gain from this mess but better than being in the red. I had more than enough opportunities to cash out with much more profit and have only myself to blame for not catching that. But it was fun, trading and all, that is worth something.

I think the reward is down by more than 20%, more like 30%. Very confusing, calculator is useless has not been updated and the rewards have been coming in lumps.

In my profile is around 33% less with the same KHS Reward I don't understand this Math! other thing no one says is changed now!
I start to believe the stats are manipulated too

No offense but derp.

I wonder if it's just the "KHS" that's fake or is the "BTC" fake too. In other words, does he have enough BTC to cover all uninvested BTC balances on the site. Probably not, or even if he does there is no reason to believe he would actually send it all out if everyone decided to withdraw.

That's a good point, of course. He may well be insolvent, but I can imagine it's possible to run a scheme like this and remain solvent by carefully adjusting the rewards and manufacturing "news" to manipulate the "KHS" market.

can't log in, near every time "time out". oh the site work fine now.

rewards are very fluctuating some time x3 or x4 or even x8

rewards aren't fluctuating. They are catch up for missed payments. look at the timestamps on rewards and you will some were missed every time you see an irregular reward.

Have to give him credit. Ponzi issues aside, My "legitimate" bank wont auto correct issues. They are more wait and see if anybody notices before we fix it.

Thats because you are not getting the reward every 10 min now. Sometimes there are 30 minutes or more between the rewards. It's not x8. It's a longer period so it's 1x your normal reward. A ponzi won't give you 8x rewards is they want to collapse soon.

Looks like the reward is down like 20% and the price looks reasonable relative to that - until the next decrease hits I guess. Its starting to look a bit like the endgame of PB mining. There the payout initially went down by 90% and soon petered out to nothing.

I think the inflow of new btc wasn't enough to sustain the current rewards. It is better that he lowers the rewards so he can continue to pay us, than the alternative of just closing the site down and leaving with our coin. I think Marcello is doing the right thing here.

You gotta admit though, this market trading is creating a very nice self-adjusting ponzi. Fewer buyers -> less revenue -> lower rewards -> better ROI -> more buyers... although there is still a possibility of a death spiral if the admin gets too greedy and tries to maintain his lavish lifestyle by flooding the market with super cheap KHS... oh wait...

Most Ponzis promise a fixed return. 1% per day, double your money in 4 days, or whatever. The genius of scrypt.cc is that they don't promise any particular return. So if new deposits slow down, they can simply reduce the "rewards". Admin can also control the price of his "KHS" by controlling the news he issues. Currently he's creating a lot of bad news, so the price drops. He can buy people's "KHS" off them very cheap. Later he can temporarily increase the rewards, fix some of the site features he broke, etc. and the "KHS" price will increase again. Then he can sell them back at a profit.

These two features (no guaranteed rate of return, and an easily controlled "KHS" market) mean the scam can continue indefinitely.

So I won't be taking any bets that the scam will shut down in the next N months. Because it could potentially still be limping along this time next year.

silly people still think scrypt.cc is a scam hihihi...
I am still making profit and i am still buying over 200 khs every 3 days...
I see no problems only that hackers attacked the website and stole btc so we all had to take one more hit after the power trouble...
I see many people or 1 person with many acounts making lots of fud...
I see khs price is cheap so i keep buying more and more...
I will see myself making lots of btc in 2016 with scrypt.cc...
I will see this storm pass by and will be good and happy...
I will see all the haters proven wrong here...
And for all my dear friends at scrypt.cc hope we will speak soon...
And for Marcelo Santos keep up the good work and many blessings...
Ps can you fix the chatbox @ scrypt i miss chatting with everybody...
xxx

lol you have it all backwards, it is lots of real people warning others not to put their money into Ponzi scheme's and just a few people with many fake newly created newbie accounts made solely for the purpose of trying to defend and promote so they can get their money out.

Hey friends  Grin
I must admit: I lie, cheat, insult, abuse, and what about? No one knows. it has been so good, someone mentioned they call it happy trolling and yes, that is what it is and that is what I do Cheesy
This is the most ridicules forum thread with time waisters I have ever seen, I had loads of fun, thanks.
For now I will not use this account anymore as you all know what I do, I will swap to another nicknames.
I hope some of you liked it, and if you did not I loved it.

Take care and see me in another suit.
