I see no problems only that hackers attacked the website and stole btc so we all had to take one more hit after the power trouble...

Not enough people buying khs. You gotta admit though, this market trading is creating a very nice self-adjusting ponzi. Fewer buyers -> less revenue -> lower rewards -> better ROI -> more buyers... although there is still a possibility of a death spiral if the admin gets too greedy and tries to maintain his lavish lifestyle by flooding the market with super cheap KHS... oh wait...

FWIW, I have openly stated that I DID invest in ScryptCC long enough to analyze and determine it was a scam, about 3 weeks. One of the first things I did was engage "Admin" in the chat box to discuss his mining operation, and it seemed like utter bullshit. Then when the LTC price went up and mining diff went down 5% in the same week, and rewards DROPPED I was certain it was a scam. I think that since there's not a lot of overlap between actual miners and SCC investors, he's able to easily perpetuate the lie. Additional things like claiming the 850 Gh/s was in one datacenter made me wary.

At the time, I'd even been made a mod in the IRC because the kids in there couldn't read the Freenode FAQ to run a channel properly, and I was openly stating in said channel that I thought it was a scam and people should pull out before it got bad.

That being said, basic hashrate analysis and a review of market liquidity for non-LTC Scrypt coins mathematically proves there's no mining taking place at ScryptCC, and even non-investors can figure that out.

And you might consider this "FUD," but if you're running a large Scrypt mining operation, and LTC price goes up and mining diff drops, it means you make MORE money not less. And this should have been a giant red flag to any Scrypt investor who had the foresight to follow LTC stats alongside their investment.
