Why would you recommend the khashier Block explorer when the Presstab Clams explorer is way better? http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/CLAM/index.php

I recommend both, but for viewing transactions khashier is better.

Compare khashier and presstab on the same transaction and you'll see. khashier shows more information in less space, more clearly. Presstab doesn't tell me which outputs are spent and wastes lots of space writing out txids when a simple short link would be better. Presstab doesn't tell me the fee, or the amount transferred, the transaction size, etc.

Their database seems buggy. I sold 136,000 KHS this morning. The BTC balance of about .9 BTC sat there and then suddenly disappeared for no apparent reason. The KHS balance after the sale is intact. Submitted a ticket, hope they restore the balance in the near future.

Dont worry , support never answers

Well, if they don´t this should be talked about for a few months I guess. More bad publicity probably won´t be very helpful on top of all the other things.

They get tons of bad publicity but it doesn't seem to matter.

Yeah, they always seem to deliver. I´ve got some hash there and soon figured out that I better get used to a lot of things if i wanted to stick around  Grin

Are all you Scryptards still happy with Marcello using YOUR funds to pay HIS losses back?

They must be. He's still 1/4 of a million dollars ahead of the ongoing withdrawals -

Regardless of whether there is mining going on or not, admin really has it made. He probably made a killing on the power outage, he knew before he cut off rewards about power being cut, so he sells all his holdings, then when price crashes he buys back in, rinse repeat.

Honestly site never has to go down, as in go away. It's like trading stocks with insider knowledge.   Not that there's anything wrong with that, (well with stocks there is, but mining trading guess there aren't any laws lol)

Another bit of screwed up behaviour on their site.

Refresh trade page and see:

The sell for 474 disappears after a few seconds,

Then refresh page, and guess what shows up again:

Ad infinitum, same every time you refresh.

Professional site indeed.

Yeah I saw that also, it was doing that for a good 6 hrs, it stopped earlier this evening. Btw I guess I'm the unlucky one and still haven't got my deposit from the 21st before the hack/crash, ticket not resolved.

Its teh end agauin?

Oh no, I won't end while there are still people like you propping it up

PS: I don't see this when I refresh the trade page.

Well the only reason I checked, was that I saw another user in the trollbox mention it, so I thought I would test it, and that was the result.
But I guess we were imagining it if it doesn't act that way for you.

From what I've seen, he uses an exact match order book and people use tactics like that to introduce deliberate lag into the trading engine. It's no secret that the engine there has been f00ked from the start and is one of the easiest to exploit through simple delay tactics. In fact, right before the hack, the infamous "Ugly Old Goat" posted a novella to Litecointalk explaining how he used such an exploit to gain double-digit BTC worth of unearned KHS. To your original point, the site is a piece of unprofessional garbage and is a tool for multi-level market manipulation of a non-existent commodity.
