In a way yes, when Blocks are static in POS it's a little like a lottery (because the same amount of reward is being generated each Block and each day) you would assume that larger Blocks are better because they would Stake sooner. The Skill is in finding that sweet spot in which you can generate the highest amount of Stakes possible with the amount of Coins you have. I thought larger Blocks were better too until presstab broke up all his Blocks super small, I called him crazy but he proved me wrong. There is such a thing as too small as well and may dwindle at max age if going too low, if lots of people start using small Blocks, then you would need to use larger Blocks in order to compensate.
OK, you're talking about splitting outputs into optimal sizes for staking. I see.

Naysayers, in the beginning of his updates, Marcelo stated mining wouldn't cease, it would continue to recoup losses...well, if mining never stopped, and each account is still mining....
1.Why can't anyone mine yet 12+ hrs after the lockout has been lifted (except him)?
2.Where are MY rewards?
3.In whose possesion are the rewards?
Not in my account, what about you guys? Let's say hypothetically that he didn't rob all users blind with the alleged "hack". If he doesn't return all rewards from the past week then he has stolen them, from everybody. Face it, at the very least he's jacked all of our mining power since the site went down for his own, UNLESS I get them all back, AND the deposit I made 20 minutes before the crash...

I had a cloudminer paying out to my scrypt.cc address and by mistake i forgot to change it, so .22 btc was transferred AFTER the "hack", but these also got credited my account, and yesterday I tried to get them payed out which also worked.... May be ponzi, but a strange kind of ponzi......
