Maybe you would like to quote where admin has stated that it is not solely SCRYPT he is using.
I did see him quoting 500 ghs and buying an extra 350 ghs more recently, but nothing else, and we have to assume the 850ghs is mining scrypt only.
If he is also mining SHA256 with those chips, he will be making a loss, as 850ghs of SHA is insignificant. I have more than that sitting under my desk, switched off.

Remember these are not top of the line sites able to pay anti hacking teams to monitor there site. Unless you have IRON CLAD FACTS, it's SLANDER PLAIN & SIMPLE!

This looks like a good development. It gives hope because if they were just scramming with the money then why bother to give messages? From what I read about in the past the site owner just vanishes in a puff of smoke. But I guess we will just have to wait and see for this one.
Have you learned nothing from GAW/Hashlet/Paycoin and LTCGear?
There have to be lots of reason and excuses and promises and every other possible act which allows you to become more comfortable with the fact that you don't have access to your money until, eventually, you never have access to your money but have been strung along for so long you give up and walk away.
If they do eventually go ahead and open up again, it will be under a new structure which will probably involve something which ensures you can't withdraw everything you are owed but that you are bound to make even more munnies if you just stick with them while they sort it all out, right?
It is even possible that this whole thing is a double-bluff and there has been no hack at all so that your Lord God, Marcelo, can heroically 'repay' all the stolen btc to his customers and earn the respect, admiration and many many additional BTC's investment on top of what they have put in already because, you know, totally not a scam if he has repaid everybody from his own pocket, right?
