500 + 350 ghs isnt too much to begin with to be noticeable on the network. It IS possible that they were 'stealing' electricity and have been caught in the act. While they can afford to pay their dues with the noobs pouring in money there STILL NOW.
I've seen the chat and Marcello's talking about moving to a new Data Center. Which could take weeks / months.
