Running 2 of those three at the same time is perfectly fine.
MalwareBytes is a malware scanner not an antivirus
Kaspersky/Norton are antivirus not malware scanners
Running Kaspersky and Norton together is stupid but you should be running MalwareBytes and a dedicated antivirus together to cover both fronts
