I'm just a customer like you. Send a support ticket or take it up with the Admin in chat. It isn't an important issue to most. Maintain mining awards is an important issue.

@cryptojumper I've been mining with scrypt.cc for about a month now and invested quite a couple of bitcoins in it. So far so good as I get my daily returns, that I reinvest (manually on a daily basis). I withdrew a couple of times and all went well. I had a stuck deposit once and this was resolved in a few hours. Admin also responded to a question from me on the chat where I was in the wrong. So from me there are no complaints. With regards to the OK'ness of the company (aka financial stability) I do not know. But with every investment there's a bit of risk involved. Banks are low risk investments, bitcoin mining high risk. Best is to diversify your investments, and if you loose somewhere you are not too badly affected by it.

But the company is doing ok right? Will they be able to keep up the pace with all the money flowing to them recently with reduced mining capacity? You know the rule - you can never go full ponzi - it never ends well

Three of the datacenters were GPU miners and they are all shutdown now. Only one datacenter has ASICs.

I think he couldn't manage to run a service this big by his on, but he is probably the "head" behind it for sure, without his command the service have gone into serious problems back in the day. Hope he can find other effective people to relieve all the pressure on him.

My question is, if in the seriously unfortunate situation that something happens to the admin what happens to the site itself?
It seems he runs it alone (which isn't necessarily a problem) but is there any other support, someone else that can take over and lead the site to constant glory?
